the platform (1) is provided with T-shaped grooves which are uniformly distributed and parallel to each other and a screw hole matrix which is arranged in a standard size, wherein the screw hole matrix is arranged on the structure of the platform (1) between two adjacent T-shaped grooves; the lifting screw (15) is arranged at the 4 corners of the platform (1) and is used for lifting the device; the positioning support seat (16) and the adjustable support screw (9) are connected with threaded holes on the platform (1) through threads, the positions of the positioning support seat and the adjustable support screw are distributed according to the shape of a product, wherein the positioning support seat (16) shares 3 pieces, the positioning support seat and the adjustable support screw (9) are generally fixedly arranged according to a three-point one-surface method, and the adjustable support screw (9) is arranged according to the auxiliary support requirement of the product;
the lateral flexible compression unit is composed of an angle connecting seat (2), a supporting seat (3), an adapter plate (4), a connecting plate (5), a cover plate (6), a guide plate (7), a driving screw (8), a shaft pin screw (11), an inner hexagonal screw (12), an outer hexagonal screw (12), a T-shaped groove nut (13), a connecting screw (14), a single-port movable clamp (17) and a flexible clamp holder (18); the front end of the flexible clamp holder (18) is provided with an elastic contact, the elastic contact can be locked to realize shape retention, the tail end of the elastic contact is connected to the jaw of the single-port movable clamp (17) through the adapter plate (4), the connecting plate (5) and the connecting screws (14) with different specifications, and the jaw of the single-port movable clamp (17) can drive the flexible clamp holder (18) to stretch forwards and backwards to clamp or loosen a workpiece; the two driving screws (8) respectively penetrate through U-shaped grooves on bosses at two ends of the cover plate (6) from two ends and then are inserted into square holes formed by the supporting seat (3) and the cover plate (6), and step parts of the two driving screws (8) are respectively arranged in annular grooves formed by the supporting seat (3) and bosses at two ends of the cover plate (6), so that the driving screws (8) can rotate in the square through holes and are fixed with the relative positions between the supporting seat (3) and the cover plate (6); the guide plate (7) is of a block structure, a threaded round through hole is formed in the center line of the guide plate (7), a wedge-shaped opening is formed in the front end of the guide plate, the V-shaped opening is symmetrical along the center line of the guide plate (7), the guide plate (7) is provided with two ends which are respectively arranged in square holes formed by the supporting seat (3) and the cover plate (6), the wedge-shaped opening of the guide plate (7) is oppositely arranged towards the bottom surface direction of the supporting seat (3) and inwards towards the V-shaped opening during installation, and the square holes formed by the supporting seat (3) and the cover plate (6) are in clearance sliding fit with the guide plate (7); the tail end of the driving screw (8) is inserted into a round through hole of the guide plate (7), the driving screw and the guide plate are connected through threads, and the driving screw (8) is rotated to control the guide plate (7) to slide in a square hole formed by the supporting seat (3) and the cover plate (6); the annular groove on the rotating shaft of the angle connecting seat (2) corresponds to the small end through groove on the supporting seat (3), the bottom surface of the annular groove is slightly higher than the bottom surface of a square hole formed by the supporting seat (3) and the cover plate (6), so that a boss is formed, when the angle connecting seat is used, the front ends of V-shaped openings of two guide plates (7) are driven to be inserted into the annular groove on the angle connecting seat (2) by rotating two driving screws (8), the wedge-shaped surface of the guide plates (7) is contacted with a boss shoulder formed by the bottom surface of the annular groove of the angle connecting seat (2), downward force is applied to the angle connecting seat (2) through the wedge-shaped surface of the guide plates (7), and therefore the angle connecting seat (2) is fixed, and a plurality of equidistant grooves are formed on the wedge-shaped surface of the guide plates (7) and are used for increasing friction force between the wedge-shaped surface of the guide plates and the angle connecting seat (2); the two sides of the bottom surface of the supporting seat (3) are not provided with plate-shaped structures, two ends of each plate-shaped structure, namely, four corners of the bottom surface of the supporting seat (3) are provided with U-shaped grooves perpendicular to the bottom surface, the notch directions of two adjacent U-shaped grooves are mutually perpendicular, the four U-shaped groove notches are arranged in a shape like a Chinese character 'mu', four inner and outer hexagon screws (12) are respectively matched with the four T-shaped groove nuts (13) through the U-shaped grooves, the lateral flexible compression units are fixed in the T-shaped grooves on the platform (1), when the lateral flexible compression units are installed, the four pairs of T-shaped groove nuts (13) and the inner and outer hexagon screws (12) are firstly installed in the T-shaped grooves of the positioning supporting seat (16), then the notches of the U-shaped grooves at the four corners of the supporting seat (3) are aligned with the installed four inner and outer hexagon screws (12), and the U-shaped grooves are clamped into the inner hexagon screws (12) through the four U-shaped grooves, and the whole assembled lateral flexible compression units are rotated, so that rapid installation of the lateral flexible compression units can be realized, and rapid disassembly can be realized by reverse operation.
