the lateral flexible compression unit is composed of an angle connecting seat (2), a supporting seat (3), an adapter plate (4), a connecting plate (5), a cover plate (6), a guide plate (7), a driving screw (8), a shaft pin screw (11), an inner hexagonal screw (12), an outer hexagonal screw (12), a T-shaped groove nut (13), a connecting screw (14), a single-port movable clamp (17) and a flexible clamp holder (18); the front end of the flexible clamp holder (18) is provided with an elastic contact, the elastic contact can be locked to realize shape retention, the tail end of the elastic contact is connected to the jaw of the single-port movable clamp (17) through the adapter plate (4), the connecting plate (5) and the connecting screws (14) with different specifications, and the jaw of the single-port movable clamp (17) can drive the flexible clamp holder (18) to stretch forwards and backwards to clamp or loosen a workpiece;
