and S4, filtering some fine particulate matters in the water by using a filter screen, and draining the water into the nature after filtering to prevent the environment from being polluted by sewage.
The working principle of the multi-filtration device and the filtration process for municipal sewage treatment will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1-7, firstly, when sewage flows into the inside of the sewage treatment tank 5, floating plastic waste can enter the inside of the floating cleaning device 2, is blocked by the filter plate 25, so that the floating plastic waste floats on the top of the floating cleaning device 2, and is rotated by the output shaft of the motor one 21 to drive the driving wheel one 22 to rotate, so that the driving wheel one 22 rotates by the driving wheel two 24, the moving pointed rod 232 can move to the outside inside of the fixed seat 231 through the elastic force of the elastic ring one 233 and the elastic ring two 234, the floating plastic waste is hooked up, when the floating plastic waste in water is transported to the top of the collecting plate 26 through the rotation of the filter screen belt 23, due to gravity, the plastic waste falls into the inside of the collecting plate 26, so that the large floating object waste is collected, when sewage flows into the inside of the triangular block 33, the flow rate of water is slowed down, the top of the water to flow in slowly flows out through the triangular block 33, so that the sewage precipitates silt in the triangular block 33, the precipitated silt flows to the inside of the screw rod 35 through the flow guide slope 32, the output shaft of the motor II 34 rotates to drive the screw rod 35 to rotate, the screw rod 35 rotates to move the silt falling to the top of the screw rod 35 to the position of the valve mechanism 36, the screw rod 35 extrudes the silt to the inside of the valve mechanism 36 through the rotation of the screw rod 35, the silt passes through the extrusion rod 362, the extrusion rod 362 rotates through the household movable rod 363, the movable rod 363 slides through the sliding block 366 by using the sliding rod 364, the silt enters the inside of the storage tank 37, the elastic force column 365 pulls the movable rod 363 to move, and the silt and the water in the storage tank 37 cannot flow back through the valve mechanism 36, the inside of the storage tank 37 settles. The water at top advances shell 31's inside again through outlet pipe 38, collect the silt of sediment, reduce the time of manual cleaning, water after the sediment gets into protective housing 41's inside, utilize water pump 42 with the inside of water suction protective housing 41, make the water pressure of filter screen 43 one side uprise, make water pass through filter screen 43's filtration fast, water through water pump 42 water spray extrudees baffle 492, make baffle 492 rotate in protective housing 41's inner wall one side, through 491 pull rods pulling sliding wheels 45 at the surface slip of slide bar 44, make extrusion frame 46 remove, elasticity pulling extrusion frame 46 through elasticity circle 48 rotates, make extrusion frame 46 drive the one side slip of scraping bar 47 at filter screen 43, make scraping bar 47 clean filter screen 43 surface accumulation's silt, prevent silt and block up the filter screen, cause the jam to the filter screen, influence the filter effect of filter screen.
