本发明的目的在于,提供一种用于改善毛囊的血液循环的消除炎症的组合物,以防止脱发,从而解决上述问题。
本发明的防脱发及促进生发的组合物,可包含:山莓提取物或者其馏分物;桂皮提取物或者其馏分物;甘草提取物或者其馏分物;靛草提取物或者其馏分物;茴香提取物或者其馏分物;及糖醇。
另,所述防脱发及促进生发的组合物,可包括如下步骤制备而得:混合所述山莓提取物的馏分物、桂皮提取物的馏分物及甘草提取物的馏分物的步骤;对所述混合的所述山莓提取物的馏分物、桂皮提取物的馏分物及甘草提取物的馏分物施加超声波的步骤;及对所述施加了超声波的所述山莓提取物的馏分物、桂皮提取物的馏分物及甘草提取物的馏分物施加电刺激的步骤。
另,所述山莓提取物的馏分物、桂皮提取物的馏分物及甘草提取物的馏分物可通过施加所述超声波而被纳米化。
另,所述防脱发及促进生发的组合物,可包括如下步骤制备而得:混合所述靛草提取物的馏分物和所述茴香提取物的馏分物的步骤;对所述混合的所述靛草提取物的馏分物和所述茴香提取物的馏分物施加超声波的步骤;对所述施加了超声波的所述靛草提取物的馏分物和所述茴香提取物的馏分物施加电刺激的步骤。
另,所述靛草提取物的馏分物和所述茴香提取物的馏分物可通过施加所述超声波而被纳米化。
根据本发明一实施例的防脱发及促进生发的护法精华液,可包含麦芽糖糊精、抗坏血酸、糊精、脱脂奶粉、葡萄糖、果糖、氯化钠、椰子油当中的至少一个。
本发明通过利用含有天然植物由来提取物的血液循环改善剂,以改善毛囊中的血液循环,从而具有防脱发的效果。
另,本发明提供用于消除毛囊中的炎症的消炎组合物,以消除妨碍毛囊中的血液循环的因素,从而具有防脱发的效果。

具体实施方式
根据本发明一实施例的天然植物由来毛囊血液循环改善用组合物,可包含:甘草提取物、山莓提取物、桂皮提取物或者甘草提取物、山莓提取物、桂皮提取物的馏分物。
1.毛囊血液循环改善用组合物的制备
<提取物制备步骤>
根据本发明的甘草提取物、山莓提取物、桂皮提取物可使用利用本领域公知的提取及分离方法进行提取及分离来制备而得的甘草提取物、山莓提取物、桂皮提取物,且本发明所定义的‘提取物’为利用适当的溶剂从甘草、山莓、桂皮中提取而得的,例如:甘草、山莓、桂皮的粗提取物、极性溶剂的可溶性提取物或者非极性溶剂的可溶性提取物均包含与此。
关于为了从所述甘草、山莓、桂皮提取提取物,而所使用的适当溶剂而言,其适当溶剂只要是药学上允许使用的有机溶剂则均可使用,可使用水或者有机溶剂,但并不限于此,比如:可单独或者混合使用精制水、甲醇(methanol)、乙醇(ethanol)、丙醇(propanol)、异丙醇(isopropanol)、丁醇(butanol)等的含有1至4个碳原子个数的酒精、丙酮(acetone)、乙醚(ether)、苯(benzene)、三氯甲烷(chloroform)、乙酸乙酯(ethylacetate)、二氯甲烷(methylene chloride)、己烷(hexane)及环己烷(cyclohexane)等各种溶剂。提取方法可采取:选自热水提取法、冷浸提取法、回流冷凝提取法、溶剂提取法、水蒸气提取法、超声波提取法、熔融提取法、压榨法等方法当中的任一个。
<粉末化步骤>
利用旋转减压浓缩仪对所述甘草提取物、山莓提取物、桂皮提取物进行浓缩后,进行冻结干燥并粉末化。将通过这一粉末化步骤的所述甘草提取物、山莓提取物、桂皮提取物分别称之为甘草提取物粉末、山莓提取物粉末、桂皮提取物粉末。
<馏分物获取步骤>
对所述甘草提取物粉末混合蒸馏水,以使所述甘草提取物粉末分散于蒸馏水中。然后,加入有机溶剂,以获得所述甘草提取物的馏分物。所述有机溶剂为,使用由选自己烷(hexane)、三氯甲烷(chloroform)、乙酸乙酯(ethylacetate)、丁醇(butanol)当中的一种或两种以上的组合。
对所述山莓提取物粉末混合蒸馏水,以使所述山莓提取物粉末分散于蒸馏水中。然后,加入有机溶剂,以获得所述山莓提取物的馏分物。所述有机溶剂为,使用由选自己烷(hexane)、三氯甲烷(chloroform)、乙酸乙酯(ethylacetate)、丁醇(butanol)当中的一种或两种以上的组合。
对所述桂皮提取物粉末混合蒸馏水,以使所述桂皮提取物粉末分散于蒸馏水中。然后,加入有机溶剂,以获得所述桂皮提取物的馏分物。所述有机溶剂为,使用由选自己烷(hexane)、三氯甲烷(chloroform)、乙酸乙酯(ethylacetate)、丁醇(butanol)当中的一种或两种以上的组合。
<混合步骤>
将所述甘草提取物的馏分物、山莓提取物的馏分物及桂皮提取物的馏分物放入蒸馏水中。优选地,可将所述甘草提取物的馏分物、山莓提取物的馏分物及桂皮提取物的馏分物放入蒸馏水中,并在摄氏45~65℃下,混合50分钟至70分钟。
<纳米化步骤>
在常温下,对所述甘草-山莓-桂皮提取物的混合物进行冷却。然后,对所述甘草-山莓-桂皮提取物的混合物施加超声波。所述超声波刺激为,使用35000Hz至50000Hz频率的超声波进行三分钟刺激后再稳定两分钟,该过程可总共反复12次。通过此,可获得纳米化的甘草提取物的馏分物、山莓提取物的馏分物、桂皮提取物的馏分物。
<电刺激步骤>
然后,施加电刺激,以使得通过超声波刺激而被纳米化的甘草提取物的馏分物、山莓提取物的馏分物、桂皮提取物的馏分物相互之间渗透。在此,电刺激可为,以80~110V、50~65mA进行一次刺激,该刺激时间为10~30分钟,或者以50~110V、30~50mA进行两次刺激,该刺激时间为10~20分钟。在此过程中,被纳米化的甘草提取物的馏分物可渗透到被纳米化的山莓提取物的馏分物中,或者,被纳米化的山莓提取物的馏分物可渗透到被纳米化的桂皮提取物的馏分物中,或者,被纳米化的桂皮提取物的馏分物可渗透到被纳米化的甘草提取物的馏分物中。
<加热及真空干燥步骤>
然后,将经过电刺激的甘草提取物的馏分物、山莓提取物的馏分物、桂皮提取物的馏分物在900~1100摄氏度下加热25~35分钟之后,真空干燥7个小时,就可获得天然植物由来毛囊血液循环改善用组合物。
图1图示了涂覆了上述本发明的毛囊血液循环改善用组合物的头顶部位的血流量的变化。参照图1,可知,涂覆了本发明的毛囊血液循环改善用组合物后头顶部位的血流量的改善。
图2图示了涂覆了上述毛囊血液循环改善用组合物的实验群和和用水清洗头顶部位的被实验群的血管扩张变化的比较图。参照图2,可知,作为实验群的涂覆了所述毛囊血液循环改善用组合物的头顶部位的血管有被扩张,但是作为对照群的用水清洗的头顶部位的血管则并未扩张。
图3图示了在头顶部位上涂覆了上述毛囊血液循环改善用组合物实验群和将头顶部位用水清洗的被实验群的血液循环的速度。
参照图3,可知,作为实验群的涂覆了所述毛囊血液改善用组合物的头顶部位的血液循环急剧增加后减少,但是作为对照群的用水清洗的头顶部位的血液循环则增加甚微后减少。
如上所示,将所述毛囊血液循环改善用组合物涂覆于头顶部位时,头顶部位的靠近毛囊的毛细血管的血流量增加,其血管被扩张,而且随着血液循环速度急剧增加,供应给毛囊的养分也增加,因此具有防脱发、促进生发的效果。
2.毛囊抗炎组合物
根据本发明一实施例的毛囊抗炎组合物,可包括:天然植物由来抗炎物质和糖醇。
(1)天然植物由来抗炎物质的制备
根据本发明一实施例的天然植物由来抗炎物质,可通过以下步骤制备而得:
<提取物制备步骤>
将茴香和靛草清洗干净后,分别使用乙醇作为提取溶剂各进行二次回流提取,每次回流提取时间各为一小时,从而获得茴香提取物和靛草提取物。
<粉末化步骤>
然后,利用通常的方法对茴香提取物和靛草提取物进行过滤,并利用旋转减压浓缩仪对经过过滤的茴香提取物和靛草提取物进行浓缩,对经过浓缩的茴香提取物和靛草提取物分别进行冷冻干燥并粉末化。将经由这一粉末化步骤的的茴香提取物和靛草提取物分别称为茴香提取物粉末和靛草提取物粉末。
<馏分物获取步骤>
在茴香提取物粉末和靛草提取物粉末中,分别加入蒸馏水,以使茴香提取物粉末和靛草提取物粉末分散于蒸馏水中,然后加入有机溶剂,以获得茴香提取物的馏分物和靛草提取物的馏分物。
根据本发明一实施例,通过将茴香提取物粉末分散于蒸馏水中,可制备含有茴香提取物的水溶液(以下,简称为‘茴香提取物水溶液’)。同理,通过将靛草提取物粉末分散于蒸馏水中,可制备含有靛草提取物的水溶液(以下,简称为‘靛草提取物水溶液’)。
茴香提取物粉末和蒸馏水的重量比等同于靛草提取物粉末和蒸馏水的重量比。根据一实施例,粉末和蒸馏水的重量比,可为:1:1至1:10。
所述茴香提取物水溶液和靛草提取物水溶液的重量比,可为:1:0.1至1:5。
可在茴香提取物水溶液中加入有机溶剂,以获得茴香提取物的馏分物。同理,可在靛草提取物水溶液中加入有机溶剂,以获得靛草提取物的馏分物。
优选地,茴香提取物水溶液和有机溶剂的重量比,可为1:1.5至1:8。另,靛草提取物水溶液和有机溶剂的重量比,也可为1:1.5至1:8。
所述有机溶剂为,使用由选自己烷(hexane)、三氯甲烷(chloroform)、乙酸乙酯(ethylacetate)、丁醇(butanol)当中的一种或两种以上的组合。
<纳米化步骤>
将所获得的茴香提取物馏分物和靛草提取物馏分物进行混合。然后,对其施加超声波刺激,以使得经由混合的茴香提取物馏分物和靛草提取物馏分物被纳米化。所述超声波刺激为,使用35000Hz至50000Hz频率的超声波进行三分钟刺激后再稳定两分钟,该过程可总共反复12次。通过此,可获得纳米化的茴香提取物馏分物和靛草提取物馏分物。
<电刺激步骤>
然后,施加电刺激,以使得被纳米化的茴香提取物的馏分物渗透到被纳米化的靛草提取物的馏分物中。在此,电刺激可为,以80~110V、50~65mA进行一次刺激,该刺激时间为10~30分钟,或者以50~110V、30~50mA进行两次刺激,该刺激时间各为10~20分钟。在此过程中,被纳米化的茴香提取物的馏分物可渗透到被纳米化的靛草提取物的馏分物中,或者,与此相反地,被纳米化的靛草提取物的馏分物可渗透到被纳米化的茴香提取物的馏分物中。
<加热及真空干燥步骤>
然后,将经过电刺激的茴香及靛草提取物的馏分物在900~1100摄氏度下加热25~35分钟之后,真空干燥7个小时,就可获得天然抗炎物质。
经过上述过程制备而得的天然植物由来抗炎物质,因纳米化的茴香提取物的馏分物和纳米化的靛草提取物的馏分物进行相互间渗透,因此相比于以往的植物提取浓缩液,能够提高对于具有抗炎性的有效成分耦合部位的耦合亲和度,从而能够提高抗炎功能。
(2)糖醇
根据本发明一实施例的抗炎组合物,还可在天然植物由来抗炎物质上添加糖醇而制备而得。
所述糖醇,可包括:山梨糖醇(Sorbitol)、麦芽糖醇(Maltitol)、木糖醇(Xylitol)、赤藓醇(Erythritol)、乳糖醇(Lactitol)当中的至少一个。
3.防脱发及促进生发用护法精华液
根据本发明一实施例的防脱发及促进生发的护发精华液,还可在所述毛囊血液循环改善用组合物、毛囊抗炎组合物上添加添加剂而制备而得。
包含于所述护发精华液的毛囊血液循环改善用组合物和毛囊抗炎组合物与上述所述一样,因此,在此不再赘述。
添加于所述防脱发及促进生发的护发精华液,可包含:麦芽糖糊精、抗坏血酸、糊精、脱脂奶粉、葡萄糖、果糖、氯化钠、椰子油当中的至少一个。
图4为持续三个月使用本发明护发精华液的脱发患者的头顶部位。参照图4,可知,使用了本发明护发精华液的脱发患者的头顶部位的头发其密度大有增加。另外,在使用本发明护法精华液之前,一个毛孔至生长有一根头发,且其头发也比较细,而持续三个月使用本发明护发精华液之后,一个毛孔中生长有2~3根头发,而且其头发也有变粗。
Claims (6)
1.一种防脱发及促进生发的组合物,其特征在于,
包含:
山莓提取物或者其馏分物;
桂皮提取物或者其馏分物;
甘草提取物或者其馏分物;
靛草提取物或者其馏分物;
茴香提取物或者其馏分物;及
糖醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防脱发及促进生发的组合物,其特征在于,
所述防脱发及促进生发的组合物,包括如下步骤制备而得:
混合所述山莓提取物的馏分物、桂皮提取物的馏分物及甘草提取物的馏分物的步骤;
对所述混合的所述山莓提取物的馏分物、桂皮提取物的馏分物及甘草提取物的馏分物施加超声波的步骤;及
对所述施加了超声波的所述山莓提取物的馏分物、桂皮提取物的馏分物及甘草提取物的馏分物施加电刺激的步骤。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防脱发及促进生发的组合物,其特征在于,
所述山莓提取物的馏分物、桂皮提取物的馏分物及甘草提取物的馏分物通过施加所述超声波而被纳米化。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防脱发及促进生发的组合物,其特征在于,
所述防脱发及促进生发的组合物,包括如下步骤制备而得:
混合所述靛草提取物的馏分物和所述茴香提取物的馏分物的步骤;
对所述混合的所述靛草提取物的馏分物和所述茴香提取物的馏分物施加超声波的步骤;
对所述施加了超声波的所述靛草提取物的馏分物和所述茴香提取物的馏分物施加电刺激的步骤。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防脱发及促进生发的组合物,其特征在于,
所述靛草提取物的馏分物和所述茴香提取物的馏分物通过施加所述超声波而被纳米化。
6.根据权利要求1至5的任一项所述的防脱发及促进生发的组合物,及包含麦芽糖糊精、抗坏血酸、糊精、脱脂奶粉、葡萄糖、果糖、氯化钠、椰子油当中的至少一个的防脱发及促进生发的护发精华液。
