s2) preparing essence: adding the solvent in the step 1 into a stirring kettle, heating the solvent in the stirring kettle, sequentially adding all the materials except the solvent in the step 1 into the stirring kettle after heating, stirring and mixing to obtain the mask essence;
s3) prewetting the cloth: preparing three layers of cloth, performing multi-channel high-pressure spunlace on the three layers of cloth in a positive and negative way, placing the three cloth into a baking oven for drying after the high-pressure spunlace, steaming the dried cloth by steam, and ironing the steam-steamed cloth;
s4) cloth disinfection: placing the cloth ironed in the step 3 into a container filled with disinfectant for soaking, placing the soaked cloth into an ultraviolet disinfection box for irradiation disinfection, and then placing the cloth into a baking box again for drying;
s5) cloth absorption essence: placing the three cloth materials dried in the step 4 into three storage vessels respectively, then adding 30-40ml of facial mask essence into the three storage vessels respectively to soak the three cloth materials, and absorbing the essence by the soaked cloth materials;
s6) preparing mask cloth: superposing the cloth absorbing the essence in the step 5 up and down, and then physically reinforcing the three layers of cloth by using a needling composite process to obtain skin-friendly elastic facial mask cloth;
s7) packaging: and (4) placing the skin-friendly elastic facial mask cloth manufactured in the step (6) into an ultraviolet disinfection box again for irradiation disinfection, taking out the skin-friendly elastic facial mask cloth after disinfection, placing the skin-friendly elastic facial mask cloth into a storage bag after taking out the skin-friendly elastic facial mask cloth for storage, and then sealing and packaging the skin-friendly elastic facial mask cloth to finish the preparation.
