Generally, the sewage discharged from the water suction outlet 11 may be recovered to a sewage recovery tank on the body of the washing robot.
In one example, the frame 1 is substantially semi-circular in shape to fit the roller assembly 8; the scraper component 2 comprises a scraper 201, a water leakage film 202 and a water absorption film 203, a water absorption cavity 9 is formed between the scraper 201 and the outer side surface of the bracket 1, the upper side of the scraper 201 is connected to the outer side surface of the bracket 1, the water leakage film 202 is arranged on the lower side of the bracket 1, the water leakage film 202 is provided with a plurality of water absorption inlets 10 which are uniformly arranged along the length direction at intervals, the water absorption film 203 is arranged on the lower side of the scraper 201, the water absorption film 203 is arranged on the outer side of the water leakage film 202 at intervals, and the water absorption outlet 11 is positioned at the top of the scraper 201. In the cleaning state, the suction device is turned on, the working squeegee assembly is moved in the cleaning direction, and the sewage is stopped and enters the suction chamber 9 from the suction inlet 10 and then is discharged through the suction outlet 11.
Wherein, the embodiment of the invention adopts the film instead of the hard material, can avoid scraping the surface to be cleaned, when the surface to be cleaned is uneven, the surface to be cleaned can be attached in a self-adaptive manner, the cleaning effect is ensured, and the cleaning device has the characteristic of strong adaptability; and, through setting up a plurality of intakes 10 that absorb water, be favorable to improving the suction velocity of sewage to reach good water absorption effect, thereby improve sewage recovery efficiency.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown with reference to fig. 1, 5 and 6, the driving assembly further includes: a water path switching valve 12, the water path switching valve 12 including: valve housing 121 and valve element 122. Wherein, the water absorbing outlets 11 of the two groups of scraper components 2 are respectively connected with the valve casing 121 through a first water path, and the valve casing 121 is used for being connected with a suction device through a second water path; the valve core 122 is positioned in the valve housing 121, and the valve core 122 and the driving motor 3 can be in transmission connection through a steering shaft 301 and the like, and in a cleaning state, the valve core 122 is suitable for disconnecting the first water way corresponding to the lifted scraper blade assembly 2. Specifically, when the steering shaft 301 rotates, the valve core 122 may be synchronously rotated, so as to switch the on/off of the first water paths corresponding to the two scraper assemblies 2.
It will be appreciated that in the initial state, since the pumping device is deactivated, there is no particular limitation on the specific position of the spool 122 in the initial state.
In a specific example, two sewage inlets 123 and two sewage outlets 124 are arranged on the valve housing 121, wherein the two sewage inlets 123 are respectively connected with the water suction outlets 11 of the two sets of scraper assemblies 2 through a first water path, and in a cleaning state, the valve core 122 can close the sewage inlet 123 corresponding to the lifted scraper assembly 2; a waste water outlet 124 is located between the two waste water inlets 123 for connection to a suction device via a second water path.

Therefore, the embodiment of the invention realizes the synchronous control of the lifting and falling switching of the scraper component 2 and the recycling and switching of the sewage at the left side and the right side by the coaxial movement of the valve core 122 and the rotary pull seat 4, and has the advantages of ingenious structure and reliable design.
According to one embodiment of the invention, at least two sets of the pulling mechanisms are provided and are arranged along the length of the squeegee assembly 2. With such a design, the swing stability of the squeegee assembly 2 can be further improved, thereby ensuring the cleaning effect.
In addition, the specific number of the driving assemblies is not particularly limited, and the driving assemblies can be designed according to actual working conditions. For example, when the squeegee assembly 2 of the cleaning device is long, two sets of drive assemblies or a larger number may be provided.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the cleaning apparatus of the present invention further comprises: a mounting bracket 13 and a connector 14. The mounting frame 13 is parallel to the support 1 and is arranged at intervals, the driving assembly is positioned between the support 1 and the mounting frame 13, the driving motor 3 is arranged on the mounting frame 13, and the waterway switching valve 12 is also integrally arranged on the mounting frame 13, so that the integration assembly performance is improved, and the interference to the swinging of the support 1 is avoided; two ends of the bracket 1 are correspondingly connected with two ends of the mounting rack 13 through connecting pieces 14 respectively.
Moreover, cover plates 15 are fixedly connected to two ends of the bracket 1, and the cover plates 15 are rotatably connected with the connecting pieces 14, so that the swinging of the bracket 1 is ensured.
The specific type of the connecting member 14 of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it can perform the connecting function, and for example, the connecting member 14 may be a connecting frame, a connecting plate, or the like.
In order to improve the stability of the steering shaft 301, at least one mounting seat 16 is further provided at the bottom of the mounting frame 13, the steering shaft 301 is rotatably disposed on the mounting seat 16, and the driving motor 3 can be disposed on the mounting seat 16.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 7, opposite sides of two connecting members 14 are respectively provided with a damping assembly 17, and the damping assembly 17 includes: a base 171, a sliding seat 172, and a second elastic member 173. Wherein, the base 171 is disposed on the connecting member 14; a sliding seat 172 is slidably disposed in the base 171, and the sliding seat 172 is used to connect with the body of the washing robot; the second elastic member 173 is disposed between the base 171 and the slider 172, and the second elastic member 173 is disposed perpendicular to the surface to be cleaned, i.e., vertically.
In the cleaning process, when there is a protruding obstacle on the surface to be cleaned, the squeegee assembly 2 is temporarily lifted up due to the engagement of the second elastic member 173 and the slide base 172, and the slide base 172 can be restored to the original position after avoiding the obstacle.
Therefore, the second elastic member 173 and the first elastic member 5 in the embodiment of the present invention can perform a double buffering function, so that the stability of the whole machine body can be effectively improved, and the normal operation of the cleaning process can be ensured, thereby improving the efficiency and having a high adaptability.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7, a first guiding post 174 is disposed in the base 171, the sliding seat 172 is slidably disposed on the first guiding post 174, and the second elastic member 173 is sleeved on the first guiding post 174. The movement of the sliding seat 172 and the extension and contraction movement of the second elastic member 173 are guided by the first guide post 174, thereby improving the buffering stability.
The specific number of the first guide posts 174 and the second elastic members 173 of the present invention is not particularly limited. For example, the first guide post 174 and the second elastic member 173 are both provided to improve a buffering effect.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7, the sliding seat 172 is provided with a second guiding column 175, the second guiding column 175 is parallel to the surface to be cleaned, that is, the second guiding column 175 is arranged along a horizontal direction, and the second guiding column 175 is used for slidably connecting with the body of the cleaning robot, the second guiding column 175 is sleeved with a third elastic member 176, at this time, the third elastic member 176 is also arranged along the horizontal direction, a first end of the third elastic member 176 abuts against the sliding seat 172, and a second end of the third elastic member 176 is used for abutting against the body of the cleaning robot.
The specific number of the second guide posts 175 and the third elastic members 176 of the present invention is not particularly limited. For example, the second guide post 175 and the third elastic member 176 are both provided to improve a buffering effect.
During the cleaning process, the cleaning device may be impacted by the side obstacles, and the third elastic member 176 plays a role in buffering, thereby avoiding hard impact, protecting the cleaning device, and avoiding the impact force from being transmitted to the machine body, thereby further improving the stability of the machine body and ensuring the operation safety.
Specific types of the first elastic member 5, the second elastic member 173 and the third elastic member 176 of the present invention are not particularly limited, for example, the first elastic member 5 may be a tension spring, and the second elastic member 173 and the third elastic member 176 may be a compression spring.
Therefore, the buffer assembly 17 of the embodiment of the invention can realize left-right obstacle avoidance and up-down obstacle avoidance, can deal with various obstacles, and improves the application range of the curtain wall cleaning robot.
According to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides a cleaning robot, which includes a body and the cleaning device of the above embodiment, wherein the body can move on the surface of the curtain wall, and the cleaning device is arranged on the body.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning device, comprising:
a support;
the two groups of scraper components are respectively fixed on two opposite sides of the bracket;
a drive assembly, comprising: driving motor with pull the mechanism, pull the mechanism and include: the driving motor is in transmission connection with the rotary pulling seat, the two first elastic pieces are positioned on two opposite sides of the rotary pulling seat, first ends of the two first elastic pieces are connected with the rotary pulling seat, and second ends of the two first elastic pieces are connected with the bracket;
the driving assembly is used for driving the support to swing so as to drive the two groups of scraper blade assemblies to switch between an initial state and a cleaning state, the two groups of scraper blade assemblies are lifted to be separated from a surface to be cleaned in the initial state, and one group of scraper blade assemblies are pressed downwards to be attached to the surface to be cleaned in the cleaning state.
2. The cleaning device of claim 1, further comprising:
and the roller assemblies are rotatably arranged at the bottom of the support and positioned between the two groups of scraper plate assemblies and are used for washing the surface to be cleaned.

The cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein a water suction chamber is formed between the scraper assembly and the frame, and the water suction chamber is provided with a water suction inlet and a water suction outlet, the water suction inlet faces the roller assembly, and the water suction outlet is used for connecting with a suction device.
4. The cleaning device of claim 3, wherein the drive assembly further comprises: a waterway switching valve, the waterway switching valve including:
the water suction outlets of the two groups of scraper assemblies are respectively connected with the valve shell through a first water path, and the valve shell is used for being connected with suction equipment through a second water path;
and the valve core is positioned in the valve shell and is in transmission connection with the driving motor, and in the cleaning state, the valve core is suitable for disconnecting the first water channel corresponding to the lifted scraper component.
5. The cleaning device defined in claim 1, wherein the tear mechanism is provided in at least two groups and is disposed along a length of the squeegee assembly.
6. The cleaning device of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising:
the driving assembly is positioned between the bracket and the mounting frame, and the driving motor is arranged on the mounting frame;
and the two ends of the support and the two ends of the mounting rack are correspondingly connected through the connecting pieces respectively.
7. The cleaning device of claim 6, wherein opposite sides of the two connecting members are respectively provided with a damping assembly, the damping assembly comprising:
the base is arranged on the connecting piece;
the sliding seat is slidably arranged in the base and is used for being connected with the body of the cleaning robot;
and the second elastic piece is arranged between the base and the sliding seat and is vertical to the surface to be cleaned.
8. The cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein a first guiding post is disposed in the base, the sliding seat is slidably disposed on the first guiding post, and the second elastic member is sleeved on the first guiding post.

The cleaning device according to claim 7, wherein the sliding seat is provided with a second guiding column, the second guiding column is parallel to the surface to be cleaned and is used for being slidably connected with the body of the cleaning robot, a third elastic member is sleeved on the second guiding column, a first end of the third elastic member abuts against the sliding seat, and a second end of the third elastic member is used for abutting against the body of the cleaning robot.
10. A cleaning robot comprising a body and a cleaning device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, said cleaning device being disposed on said body.
