In some embodiments, the female buckle 1 is provided with a positioning groove 11, and the male buckle 2 is provided with a positioning block 21 embedded in the positioning groove 11; the clamping grooves 12 are formed in the periphery of the positioning groove 11 and communicated with the positioning groove 11, at least two clamping grooves 12 are formed, and when six clamping grooves 12 are formed, the six clamping grooves 12 are regularly arranged on the periphery of the positioning groove 11, so that the six clamping grooves 12 and the positioning groove 11 form a hexagonal petal-shaped groove; the fixture blocks 22 are arranged on the periphery of the positioning block 21, at least two fixture blocks 22 are arranged corresponding to the fixture grooves 12, when six fixture blocks 22 are arranged, six fixture blocks 22 are regularly arranged on the periphery of the positioning block 21, when the positioning block 21 is embedded into the positioning groove 11, six fixture blocks 22 are correspondingly embedded into six fixture grooves 12, and the support piece 31 limits the positioning block 21 to be separated from the positioning groove 11, so that the male buckle 2 is connected with the female buckle 1; more specifically, two corners of the support 31 contact the bearing portion 221, that is, a corner of the first support 311 and a corner of the second support 312 contact the bearing portion 221, so as to limit the bearing portion 221 from falling out of the card slot 12. The positioning groove 11 has a bottom wall, and when the male buckle 2 is connected with the female buckle 1, a gap is formed between the positioning block 21 of the male buckle 2 and the bottom wall of the positioning groove 11 in a natural state, so that redundancy exists when the male buckle 2 and the female buckle 1 are assembled. That is, when the pin 2 and the box 1 are assembled, the supporting member 31 is supported on the supporting portion 221 of the locking block 22 without moving the pin 2 to a specific position with respect to the box 1, and the supporting member 21 is supported on the supporting portion 221 of the locking block 22 only by moving the pin 2 to a predetermined area with respect to the box 1.
The implementation principle of the invention is as follows: when the male buckle 2 and the female buckle 1 are connected, the support member 31 is supported on the bearing portion 221 in a natural state to limit the bearing portion 221 from coming out of the slot 12, so as to limit the fixture block 22 from coming out of the slot 12, and further limit the removal of the male buckle 2 and the female buckle 1; when the male buckle 2 and the female buckle 1 need to be disassembled, an outward pressure is applied to the second end of the supporting member 31, the supporting member 31 is separated from the contact with the bearing portion 221, that is, the supporting member 31 deforms and is separated from the contact with the bearing portion 221, the supporting member 31 no longer limits the bearing portion 221 to be separated from the slot 12, so that the supporting member 31 no longer limits the fixture block 22 to be separated from the slot 12, and when the fixture block 22 is separated from the slot 12, the male buckle 2 and the female buckle 1 are disassembled. When the male buckle 2 and the female buckle 1 need to be connected, the male buckle 2 is driven to move towards the direction of the clamping groove 12 of the female buckle 1, at this time, the clamping block 22 of the male buckle 2 contacts the supporting piece 31 and applies outward pressure to the supporting piece 31, so that the supporting piece 31 deforms outwards and is separated from the opening of the clamping groove 12, the clamping block 22 is clamped into the clamping groove 12, the supporting piece 31 recovers to a natural state and contacts with the bearing part 221 of the clamping block 22, the clamping block 22 is limited to be separated from the clamping groove 12, and the male buckle 2 and the female buckle 1 are connected. Its simple structure, can be quick connect pin thread 2 and box 1 or quick dismantle pin thread 2 and box 1 to promote the efficiency of dismouting pin thread 2 and box 1.
Correspondingly, referring to fig. 4 to 6, the invention further provides a disc brush device, which includes the above-mentioned connecting mechanism, a housing component 4, a motor 5 and a disc brush 6, wherein the motor 5 is installed on the housing component 4 and located above the housing component 4, an output shaft of the motor 5 downwardly penetrates through the housing component 4, and a male buckle 2 is installed at the tail end of the output shaft of the motor 5; the disc brush 6 is positioned below the housing component 4, and the female buckle 1 is arranged at the top of the disc brush 6. The lower part of the disc brush 6 for cleaning may be a brush for rough floor, such as cement floor; the part of the lower part of the disc brush 6 used for cleaning can also be a scouring pad for maintenance of demanding floors, such as tiled floors, PVC floors or wooden floors.
When the male buckle 2 is connected with the female buckle 1, the disc brush 6 is arranged below the housing component 4; when the disc brush 6 needs to be detached, outward pressure is applied to the supporting piece 31, the supporting piece 31 deforms and is separated from contact with the bearing part 221, the supporting piece 31 no longer limits the fixture block 22 to be separated from the clamping groove 12, so that the fixture block 22 is separated from the clamping groove 12, the female buckle 1 and the male buckle 2 are detached, the disc brush 6 is detached from the lower portion of the housing component 4, and the disc brush 6 is cleaned and maintained conveniently. When the disc brush 6 needs to be installed below the housing assembly 4, the clamping groove 12 of the female buckle 1 is driven to be sleeved on the clamping block 22 of the male buckle 2, at this time, the clamping block 22 of the male buckle 2 is in contact with the supporting member 31 and applies outward pressure to the supporting member 31, so that the supporting member 31 is deformed outward and separated from the opening of the clamping groove 12, the clamping block 22 is clamped into the clamping groove 12, the supporting member 31 returns to a natural state and is in contact with the bearing portion 221 of the clamping block 22, the clamping block 22 is limited to be separated from the clamping groove 12, and the male buckle 2 and the female buckle 1 are connected.
In some embodiments, the enclosure assembly 4 includes a mounting cover 41 and two baffles 42 located at the side of the mounting cover 41, the two baffles 42 are installed at the two side portions of the mounting cover 41, and the baffles 42 are detachably connected with the side portions of the mounting cover 41 so as to facilitate the detachment of the baffles 42 from the side portions of the mounting cover 41; when the side of the mounting cover 41 of the baffle 42 is detached, on one hand, outward pressure is conveniently applied to the supporting member 31, the supporting member 31 deforms and is separated from contact with the bearing part 221, so that the clamping block 22 is conveniently separated from the clamping groove 12, and the male buckle 2 and the female buckle 1 are detached, so that the disc brush 6 is detached from the mounting cover 41; on the other hand, the clamping groove 12 of the female buckle 1 is driven to be sleeved on the clamping block 22 of the male buckle 2, at this time, the clamping block 22 of the male buckle 2 is contacted with the supporting piece 31 and applies outward pressure to the supporting piece 31, so that the supporting piece 31 is deformed outward and separated from the opening of the clamping groove 12, the clamping block 22 is clamped in the clamping groove 12, the supporting piece 31 restores to a natural state and is contacted with the bearing part 221 of the clamping block 22, the clamping block 22 is limited to be separated from the clamping groove 12, the male buckle 2 and the female buckle 1 are connected, and the disc brush 6 is installed below the installation cover 41.
The housing assembly 4 further comprises a curtain 43 installed at the front part of the installation cover 41, the height from the ground of the curtain 43 is greater than that of the baffle 42, during normal use, the curtain 43 separates and blocks large garbage from entering the installation cover 41, but can allow small garbage to enter the installation cover 41, and the baffle 42 plays a role in limiting small garbage or sewage from escaping from the side part of the installation cover 41.
In some embodiments, the motor 5 is integrated with a speed reducer 9, the speed reducer 9 is flange-mounted on the mounting cover 41 and located above the mounting cover 41, the output shaft of the motor 5 is the output shaft of the speed reducer 9, the pin 2 is provided with a through hole for the output shaft of the motor 5 to pass through, the other end of the output shaft is provided with a limiting member 10 for limiting the pin 2 on the pin 2, and the limiting member 10 is a lock nut.
Correspondingly, referring to fig. 7, the invention further provides a cleaning device, which includes the above-mentioned chassis 7, the above-mentioned disc brush 6 device and the water-absorbing raking device 8, wherein the disc brush 6 device is installed on the chassis 7, and the water-absorbing raking device 8 is installed on the chassis 7 and is located behind the disc brush 6 device; when the floor cleaning device is used, in the process of cleaning the floor, the disc brush 6 of the disc brush 6 device mixes dirt on the floor into clean water or cleaning liquid to form sewage, and the water absorption raking device 8 absorbs the sewage to clean the floor. The chassis is provided with a travelling mechanism, the travelling mechanism comprises a front wheel assembly, a rear wheel assembly and a steering assembly for driving the front wheel assembly to steer, and the steering assembly can be used for manually steering or electrically steering.
The embodiments of the present invention are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and therefore, all equivalent changes in structure, shape and principle of the present invention should be covered by the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. A coupling mechanism, comprising:
the female buckle (1) is provided with a clamping groove (12);
the male buckle (2) is provided with a fixture block (22) embedded into the clamping groove (12), and a bearing part (221) is arranged above the fixture block (22); and
the locking assembly (3) comprises a support piece (31), the support piece (31) is strip-shaped, a first end of the support piece (31) is connected with the female buckle (1), and the support piece (31) is supported on the bearing part (221) in a natural state;
applying an outward pressure to the second end of the support member (31), the support member (31) being out of contact with the bearing portion (221).
2. The connecting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the support member (31) comprises a first support member (311) and a second support member (312), a second end of the first support member (311) and a second end of the second support member (312) being arranged crosswise; or the second end of the first support (311) and the second end of the second support (312) are arranged at intervals.
3. The connection mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the support (31) comprises a first support (311) and a second support (312), the support (31) being in a single piece, a first end of the first support (311) and a first end of the second support (312) coinciding; or the supporting piece (31) is a separate piece, and the first end of the first supporting piece (311) and the first end of the second supporting piece (312) are arranged at intervals.

The connecting mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the locking assembly (3) comprises a fastening member (32) and a limiting table (33) mounted on the female buckle (1), the limiting table (33) is provided with a limiting groove, the first end of the supporting member (31) is located in the limiting groove, and the fastening member (32) is mounted in the limiting groove and applies a downward pressure to the first end of the supporting member (31).

The connecting mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the locking assembly (3) comprises a pressing member (34) mounted on the female buckle (1), the pressing member (34) is located above the female buckle (1) and near the second end of the supporting member (31), a guide groove (341) is formed between the pressing member (34) and the female buckle (1), and the supporting member (31) moves in the guide groove (341).
6. The connecting mechanism according to claim 5, characterized in that a stopping portion (342) is provided in the middle of the pressing member (34), and the first supporting member (311) and the second supporting member (312) respectively stop against both sides of the stopping portion (342).

The connecting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the bearing portion (221) is an inclined surface provided on the cartridge (22) on which the support (31) is supported in a natural state; or the bearing part (221) is a stepped surface arranged on the fixture block (22), and the support (31) is supported on the stepped surface in a natural state; or the bearing part (221) is a groove arranged on the fixture block (22), and the support part (31) is supported on the groove wall of the groove in a natural state.

The connecting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein a positioning groove (11) is formed in the female buckle (1), a positioning block (21) embedded in the positioning groove (11) is formed in the male buckle (2), the clamping groove (12) is formed in the periphery of the positioning groove (11) and communicated with the positioning groove (11), the clamping block (22) is formed in the periphery of the positioning block (21), the positioning groove (11) has a bottom wall, and a gap is formed between the positioning block (21) of the male buckle (2) and the bottom wall of the positioning groove (11) in a natural state.
9. A disc brush apparatus, comprising:
the connection mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
a housing assembly (4);
the motor (5) is installed on the housing component (4) and located above the housing component (4), an output shaft of the motor (5) downwards penetrates through the housing component (4), and the male buckle (2) is installed at the tail end of the output shaft of the motor (5); and
the dish brush (6), dish brush (6) are located the below of housing subassembly (4), box (1) is installed the top of dish brush (6).
10. A disc brush assembly according to claim 9, wherein the casing assembly (4) comprises a mounting cover (41) and a baffle (42) at a side of the mounting cover (41), the baffle (42) being detachably connected to a side of the mounting cover (41); the housing assembly (4) further comprises a curtain (43) mounted at the front of the mounting cover (41), wherein the height of the curtain (43) from the ground is greater than the height of the baffle (42) from the ground.
11. A cleaning apparatus, comprising:
a chassis (7);
a disc brush unit according to claim 9 or 10, which is mounted on the chassis (7) to mix dirt from the floor surface into the fresh or cleaning liquid to form sewage water during brushing of the floor surface;
the water absorption raking device (8) is installed on the base plate (7) and located behind the disc brush device and used for absorbing sewage.
