1. taking patients with chronic gastric mucosal injury, gastric ulcer and functional dyspepsia who visit a hospital for diagnosis within a period of time as study objects, randomly extracting 180 patients, and confirming diagnosis of all patients through gastroscopy, wherein 98 men, 82 women, 49-75 years old, the average age (61.27 +/-5.78) years old, the attack period of 3.4-14.8 months and the average attack duration (8.71 +/-0.75) months; the six groups of 30 patients are statistically treated in terms of sex, age, onset time and the like, and the difference is not statistically significant and has comparability.
One group is a blank group, one group is a control group, one group is a comparative example group, and the three groups are a first example group, a second example group and a third example group;
the blank group did not receive any treatment.
Taking domperidone capsules, sucralfate tablets and amoxicillin as a control group for drug treatment, wherein the dosage frequency of the domperidone capsules is 10 mg/time and 3 times/d; the dosage frequency of the sucralfate is 1 g/time and 3 times/d; the dosage of the amoxicillin is 1 g/time and 2 times/d;
the comparison group also drinks the eight-treasure tea prepared in the comparison example on the basis of taking the domperidone capsule, the sucralfate tablet and the amoxicillin;
example one, two and three groups of examples were administered with the octave tea prepared in example one, example two and example three, based on the administration of domperidone capsules, sucralfate tablets and amoxicillin;
every group of patients take the medicine after meals, and the patients need to attach importance to the dining rules during the treatment period and can not eat uncooked, cold, spicy and hot foods, and after 6 months of treatment:
1. the degree of inflammation and the degree of erosion of the gastric mucosa of each group of patients were scored and recorded in table 1 below;
1. the integral mode of the inflammation degree is 1-4 points, wherein, the non-inflammation meter is 1 point; a small amount of inflammatory cells are counted for 2 minutes on the surface layer or the bottom of the gastric mucosa; each part of the gastric mucosa has more inflammatory cell meters for 3 points; inflammatory cells spread throughout the stomach mucosa or form lymph nodes, or aggregate in a mass of 4 points.
2. The erosion degree is divided into 4 grades of evaluation standards, and the damage degree of the gastric mucosa is divided into four grades of light, medium, heavy and overweight according to the damage depth of the gastric mucosa; wherein, the lightness score is 1, and the superficial damage of the coated epithelial cells is shown; when the degree of the stomach is 2 minutes, the stomach is damaged by the small pits, and shallow erosion occurs; the weight scale is 3 minutes, which shows that the mucosa is damaged below the fovea, and deep erosion occurs; an overweight scale of 4 points, indicated as acute ulcers.
2. Measuring the thickness of the gastric mucosa and the total length of the glandular duct at the same position of the stomach of each group of rats by using a microscopic micrometer, wherein the unit is as follows: um; and recorded in table 1 below.
