When the key fields comprise channel classification fields, the webpage delivery data reported by the webpage client at the moment at least comprise connection identification information and channel classification information, so that after the webpage delivery data are obtained by the server, data distribution data of user pull-up behaviors caused by different channel classifications and data analysis results of fine dimensions such as pull-up success rates of different channel classifications can be obtained according to subsequently received application delivery data, when the pull-up success rate of a certain channel classification is lower than a set value, a solution can be timely taken, and the influence on the user is reduced. In particular, the channel category field is used to identify different pull-up channels, such as a play page pull-down, a home pull button, and the like.
When the key fields comprise video address fields, the webpage delivery data reported by the webpage client at the moment at least comprise connection identification information and video address information, so that after the server acquires the webpage delivery data, the server can acquire data analysis results with fine dimensionalities such as pull-up success rates of different video addresses according to subsequently received application delivery data, and when a certain video address has a problem, the server can take solution measures in time to reduce the influence on a user. Specifically, the video address field is used for representing the identification of the video playing page.
Specifically, the key fields may be a browser type field and a connection identification field; or a video type field and a connection identification field; or a channel classification field and a connection identification field; or a video address field and a connection identification field; or a browser type field, a video type field, a channel classification field, a video address field, and a connection identification field. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, specific number and content of the key fields are not specifically limited, and a user may set the key fields according to actual data processing requirements.
In another possible implementation, the key field includes an overall field composed of at least one of a browser type, a video type, a channel classification, and a video address, and the connection identifier. At least one of the browser type, the video type, the channel classification and the video address and the connection identifier can be combined into an integral field due to the existence of the application scene with limited fields. Specifically, the segmentation may be performed using "|". In an embodiment, after the key field information corresponding to each key field in the preset delivery specification is acquired, each key field information constitutes webpage delivery data and is reported to the server, so that the server receives the webpage delivery data and knows the operation behavior of the user at the webpage client.
In a possible implementation manner, a uniform preset delivery specification is set at a web page client and an application client, and after a pull-up event exists, the web page client transmits key field information of the preset delivery specification to the application client, so that the application client acquires the key field information and carries the key field information when reporting data subsequently, wherein the key field information comprises connection identification information.
In the embodiment, when the preset delivery specification is set, the set key field contains the connection identifier, so that a precondition is provided for establishing an association relationship between the webpage delivery data and the application delivery data, and possibility is provided for meeting user requirements.
As shown in fig. 4, in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, before the step of obtaining the key field information corresponding to the pull-up event, the method further includes:
step 24, the web page client monitors an acquisition request event of the web page for a target object, and generates the connection identification information corresponding to the acquisition request event.
In an embodiment, the target object is a certain page element displayed on a web page, a user clicks the target object to enter the web page corresponding to the target object, a pull-up button is clicked on the web page corresponding to the target object, and a pull-up event is triggered, that is, the pull-up event at this time is not triggered by the first pull-up button, and other events, that is, an acquisition request event of the target object, exist before the pull-up event. In this embodiment, after the web client monitors an acquisition request event of a web page for a target object, connection identification information corresponding to the acquisition request event is generated, and one acquisition request event corresponds to one connection identification information. After the user acquires the request, subsequent operation behaviors, such as a playing operation behavior and a pulling operation behavior, often exist, so that in order to ensure that the continuous user operation behaviors are acquired, the same connection identification information is used for the webpage delivery data corresponding to the acquired request event and the webpage delivery data corresponding to the subsequent operation behaviors. It should be noted that, the subsequent operation behavior corresponding to the obtaining request event and the termination condition of the obtaining request event may be predetermined, for example, the received return instruction or the quit instruction is taken as the termination condition of the subsequent operation behavior, and if the return instruction is not received, a series of operation behaviors after the obtaining request event are all the subsequent operation behaviors.
And step 25, the webpage client reports the webpage delivery data corresponding to the acquisition request event carrying the connection identification information to the server.
In an embodiment, the request operation behavior of the user for the target object also needs to report data to the server, so that the web page delivery data corresponding to the acquisition request event is determined, and the web page delivery data corresponding to the acquisition request event is reported to the server and carries the connection identification information in the web page delivery data.
Specifically, the key field information corresponding to the acquisition request event is acquired according to the key field determined by the preset delivery specification, wherein the key field information contains connection identification information, and the webpage delivery data composed of the key field information corresponding to the acquisition request event is reported to the server. And reporting different operation behaviors of the user at the webpage client to the server in sequence according to the same connection identification information, so that the server performs correlation processing on webpage delivery data carrying the same connection identification information to acquire continuous operation data of the user at the webpage client. After the connection identification information is transmitted to the application client, the application client further reports the application delivery data carrying the same connection identification information to the server, wherein after the application client is started, the operation behaviors needing data reporting include, but are not limited to, a start behavior, a play behavior and the like. Therefore, a series of continuous operation data from the webpage client to the application client of the user can be obtained by using the connection identification information, and the requirement of server multi-dimensional data analysis is met.
In one possible application scenario, multiple videos are displayed on an H5 page, including video a, video B, video C, and so on. The user clicks the video A on the H5 page to request to enter the webpage of the video A, wherein the video A is a target object, the request event is triggered by clicking the video A, and the webpage of the video A can be a playing page of the video A directly or an introduction page of the video A. The request operation behavior of the user clicking the video A needs to report data to the server, so that connection identification information corresponding to the acquisition request event is generated first, and the acquisition request event and the connection identification information have a one-to-one correspondence relationship. Determining key field information corresponding to the acquisition request event according to key fields determined by preset delivery specifications, wherein the key field information comprises connection identification information, reporting webpage delivery data consisting of the key field information corresponding to the acquisition request event to a server, and receiving the webpage delivery data corresponding to the acquisition request event by the server.
The method comprises the steps that a user clicks an APP opening button on a webpage of a target object, namely, an application client pull-up event is triggered, key field information corresponding to the pull-up event is obtained according to a key field determined by a preset delivery specification, the obtained connection identification information is the same as the connection identification information corresponding to an obtaining request event, webpage delivery data consisting of the key field information corresponding to the pull-up event are reported to a server, the server receives the webpage delivery data corresponding to the pull-up event, and continuous operation behaviors of the user at the webpage client are obtained because the connection identification information carried by the webpage delivery data corresponding to the pull-up event is the same as the connection identification information carried by the webpage delivery data corresponding to the obtaining request event received earlier.
Responding to a pull-up event, transmitting connection identification information to an application client, starting the application client, acquiring key field information corresponding to the start-up event according to a key field determined by a preset delivery specification after the application client is started, reporting application delivery data consisting of the key field information corresponding to the start-up event to a server, and receiving the application delivery data corresponding to the start-up event by the server. And the server performs correlation processing on the webpage delivery data corresponding to the acquired request event, the webpage delivery data corresponding to the pull-up event and the application delivery data corresponding to the start event based on the connection identification information to acquire the multi-dimensional data. For example, the success rate of playing the video a by the browser a pulling up the application client is obtained.
After the application client is started, the application client plays the video A, a play event is triggered, the application client reports application delivery data corresponding to the play event carrying the connection identification information to the server, and the server receives the application delivery data corresponding to the play event. The server performs correlation processing on the webpage delivery data corresponding to the acquired request event, the webpage delivery data corresponding to the pull-up event, the application delivery data corresponding to the start event and the application delivery data corresponding to the play event based on the connection identification information, performs tracking management on continuous operation behaviors of the user by using the connection identification information, and acquires multi-dimensional data of the user from the webpage client to the application client.
It should be noted that, when the user clicks the pull-up event triggered by the home page pull-up button, because there is no previous acquisition request event for the target object, the connection identification information corresponding to the pull-up event is acquired at this time, that is, the connection identification information with uniqueness is generated for the pull-up event, and is transmitted to the application client.
In the above embodiment, the connection identification information corresponding to the acquisition request event of the target object is generated, and the same connection identification information is used in the subsequent operation behavior of the acquisition request event to acquire the continuous operation behavior of the user, so that the requirement of server multi-dimensional data analysis is met.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a data processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a server and includes at least the following steps:
step 31, analyzing webpage delivery data reported by at least one webpage client, and acquiring first connection identification information corresponding to each webpage delivery data;
step 32, analyzing the application delivery data reported by at least one application client to obtain second connection identification information corresponding to each application delivery data;
and step 33, performing association processing on target webpage delivery data and target application delivery data, which are matched with the first connection identification information and the second connection identification information, in each webpage delivery data and each application delivery data, and acquiring a data processing result.
In the above embodiment, the server parses the webpage delivery data reported by each webpage client, obtains first connection identification information corresponding to each webpage delivery data, parses the application delivery data reported by each application client, obtains second connection identification information corresponding to each application delivery data, and associates the target webpage delivery data and the target application delivery data carrying the same connection identification information if the first connection identification information matches the second connection identification information, that is, the content of the first connection identification information is the same as that of the second connection identification information, to obtain a data processing result, thereby implementing association between the reported data of the webpage client and the reported data of the application client, and satisfying the requirement of data multidimensional analysis.
As shown in fig. 6, in an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
step 34, determining the current pull-up result of the application client pulled up by the webpage client based on the data processing result;
and step 35, if the relationship between the current pull-up result and the historical pull-up result conforms to a preset relationship, generating alarm prompt information.
In the above embodiment, after the data processing data is obtained, the current pull-up result of the web client pull-up application client is further obtained according to the data processing data, and if the relationship between the current pull-up result and the historical pull-up result conforms to the preset relationship, an alarm prompt message is generated. The preset relationship is a preset rule used for identifying that the deviation between the current pulling-up result and the historical pulling-up result is large, for example, when the absolute value of the difference between the current pulling-up result and the historical pulling-up result is larger than a set value, or the ratio of the current pulling-up result to the historical pulling-up result is larger than a set upper limit value or smaller than a set lower limit value, it is proved that the webpage client pulls up the application client possibly has a problem, and alarm prompt information is generated to remind relevant workers to process in time.

Based on the same conception as the method embodiment, the embodiment of the invention also provides a data processing system.
FIG. 7 is a block diagram of a data processing system including at least one terminal 71 and a server 72, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention; the terminal 71 is provided with a webpage client and an application client;
the terminal 71 is configured to monitor a pull-up event of the application client of the web page by using the web client, report web delivery data corresponding to the pull-up event to the server 72, and acquire first connection identification information in the web delivery data;
the terminal 71, configured to transmit the first connection identification information to the application client by using the web client in response to the pull event; and starting the application client;
the terminal 71 is configured to report, by using the application client, the application delivery data carrying the first connection identification information to the server 72 after the application client is started;
the server 72 is configured to analyze the webpage delivery data reported by at least one webpage client, and acquire second connection identification information corresponding to each webpage delivery data; analyzing the application delivery data reported by at least one application client to acquire third connection identification information corresponding to each application delivery data; and performing association processing on the target webpage delivery data and the target application delivery data matched with the second connection identification information and the third connection identification information to obtain a data processing result.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a data processing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, where the data processing apparatus is configured in a terminal, and the terminal is installed with a web client and an application client, and the apparatus includes:
a connection identifier obtaining module 81, configured to monitor a pull-up event of the application client of the web page by using the web client, report web delivery data corresponding to the pull-up event to the server, and obtain connection identifier information in the web delivery data;
a connection identifier delivery module 82 configured to deliver the connection identifier information to the application client using the web client in response to the pull event; starting the application client by using a terminal;
and a data reporting processing module 83, configured to report, by using the application client, the application delivery data carrying the connection identifier information to a server after the application client is started, so that the server performs association processing on the webpage delivery data and the application delivery data carrying the matching connection identifier information, and obtains a data processing result.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the connection identifier obtaining module is configured to obtain, by using a key field determined by the web client according to a preset delivery specification, key field information corresponding to the pull-up event, where the key field information includes connection identifier information; and reporting the webpage delivery data consisting of the key field information corresponding to the pull-up event to a server by using the webpage client.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the key fields include a browser type field, a video type field, at least one of a channel classification field and a video address field, and a connection identification field.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the key field includes an overall field composed of at least one of a browser type, a video type, a channel classification, and a video address, and the connection identification.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the data processing apparatus further includes:
a connection identifier generating module, configured to monitor, by using the web client, an acquisition request event of the web page for a target object, and generate the connection identifier information corresponding to the request event; and the web page client is further used for reporting the web page delivery data corresponding to the acquisition request event carrying the connection identification information to the server.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a data processing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, where the data processing apparatus is configured on a server, and includes:
the first data analysis module 91 is configured to analyze webpage delivery data reported by at least one webpage client, and acquire first connection identification information corresponding to each webpage delivery data;
the second data analysis module 92 is configured to analyze application delivery data reported by at least one application client, and obtain second connection identification information corresponding to each application delivery data;
a processing result obtaining module 93, configured to perform association processing on the target webpage delivery data and the target application delivery data that are in match with the first connection identifier information and the second connection identifier information in each webpage delivery data and each application delivery data, so as to obtain a data processing result.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the apparatus further comprises: the prompt information generation module is used for determining the current pull-up result of the application client pulled up by the webpage client based on the data processing result; and if the relation between the current pull-up result and the historical pull-up result accords with a preset relation, generating alarm prompt information.

As shown in fig. 10, the electronic device 100 includes one or more processors 101 and memory 102.
The processor 101 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other form of processing unit having data processing capabilities and/or instruction execution capabilities, and may control other components in the electronic device 100 to perform desired functions.
Memory 102 may include one or more computer program products that may include various forms of computer-readable storage media, such as volatile memory and/or non-volatile memory. Claims (12)

1. A data processing method is applied to a data processing system, wherein the data processing system comprises at least one terminal and a server; the terminal is provided with a webpage client and an application client; the method comprises the following steps:
the webpage client monitors a pull-up event of the application client of a webpage, reports webpage delivery data corresponding to the pull-up event to the server, and acquires first connection identification information in the webpage delivery data;
in response to the pull event, the web client passing the first connection identification information to the application client; the terminal starts the application client;
after the application client is started, the application client reports the application delivery data carrying the first connection identification information to the server;
the server analyzes webpage delivery data reported by at least one webpage client to acquire second connection identification information corresponding to each webpage delivery data; analyzing application delivery data reported by at least one application client to acquire third connection identification information corresponding to each application delivery data; and performing association processing on the target webpage delivery data and the target application delivery data matched with the second connection identification information and the third connection identification information to obtain a data processing result.
2. A data processing method is applied to a terminal, and is characterized in that the terminal is provided with a webpage client and an application client, and the method comprises the following steps:
the webpage client monitors the pull-up event of the application client of the webpage, reports webpage delivery data corresponding to the pull-up event to the server, and acquires connection identification information in the webpage delivery data;
in response to the pull event, the web client communicating the connection identification information to the application client; the terminal starts the application client;
after the application client is started, the application client reports the application delivery data carrying the connection identification information to the server, so that the server performs association processing on the webpage delivery data carrying the matched connection identification information and the application delivery data, and a data processing result is obtained.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the connection identification information in the webpage delivery data comprises:
and acquiring each piece of key field information corresponding to the pull-up event according to key fields determined by preset delivery specifications, wherein the key field information contains the connection identification information, and the webpage delivery data consists of each piece of key field information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the key fields comprise a connection identification field and at least one of a browser type field, a video type field, a channel classification field, and a video address field;
or, the key field comprises an overall field composed of at least one of a browser type, a video type, a channel classification and a video address and the connection identifier.
5. The method according to claim 3, wherein before the step of obtaining the key field information corresponding to the pull-up event, the method further comprises:
the webpage client monitors an acquisition request event of the webpage aiming at a target object, and generates the connection identification information corresponding to the acquisition request event;
and the webpage client reports the webpage delivery data corresponding to the acquisition request event carrying the connection identification information to the server.
6. A data processing method is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
analyzing webpage delivery data reported by at least one webpage client to acquire first connection identification information corresponding to each webpage delivery data;
analyzing application delivery data reported by at least one application client to acquire second connection identification information corresponding to each application delivery data;
and performing association processing on target webpage delivery data and target application delivery data which are matched with the first connection identification information and the second connection identification information in each webpage delivery data and each application delivery data to obtain a data processing result.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
determining a current pull-up result of the application client pulled up by the webpage client based on the data processing result;
and if the relation between the current pull-up result and the historical pull-up result accords with a preset relation, generating alarm prompt information.
8. A data processing system, characterized in that the data processing system comprises at least one terminal and a server; the terminal is provided with a webpage client and an application client;
the terminal is used for monitoring the pull-up event of the application client of the webpage by using the webpage client, reporting webpage delivery data corresponding to the pull-up event to the server, and acquiring first connection identification information in the webpage delivery data;
the terminal is used for responding to the pull-up event and transmitting the first connection identification information to the application client by utilizing the webpage client; and starting the application client;
the terminal is used for reporting the application delivery data carrying the first connection identification information to the server by using the application client after the application client is started;
the server is used for analyzing webpage delivery data reported by at least one webpage client and acquiring second connection identification information corresponding to each webpage delivery data; analyzing the application delivery data reported by at least one application client to acquire third connection identification information corresponding to each application delivery data; and performing association processing on the target webpage delivery data and the target application delivery data matched with the second connection identification information and the third connection identification information to obtain a data processing result.
9. A data processing apparatus, provided in a terminal, wherein the terminal is installed with a web client and an application client, the apparatus comprising:
a connection identifier obtaining module, configured to monitor a pull-up event of the application client of the web page by using the web client, report web delivery data corresponding to the pull-up event to the server, and obtain connection identifier information in the web delivery data;
a connection identifier transfer module for transferring the connection identifier information to the application client by using the web client in response to the pull event; and starting the application client;
and the data reporting processing module is used for reporting the application delivery data carrying the connection identification information to a server by using the application client after the application client is started, so that the server performs association processing on the webpage delivery data and the application delivery data carrying the matched connection identification information, and a data processing result is obtained.
10. A data processing apparatus configured on a server, comprising:
the first data analysis module is used for analyzing webpage delivery data reported by at least one webpage client and acquiring first connection identification information corresponding to each webpage delivery data;
the second data analysis module is used for analyzing the application delivery data reported by at least one application client to acquire second connection identification information corresponding to each application delivery data;
and the processing result acquisition module is used for performing association processing on target webpage delivery data and target application delivery data which are matched with the first connection identification information and the second connection identification information in each webpage delivery data and each application delivery data to acquire a data processing result.
11. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for executing the data processing method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
