Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a file collaborative editing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may be used to perform collaborative editing work on a file with a higher importance degree or security level in an enterprise network disk, so as to improve a guarantee degree of the file collaborative editing and perform a whole-process supervision on a file editing process. Specifically, the file collaborative editing method in the embodiment includes the following steps:
and 110, acquiring the network disk login authentication information of the user, and determining the identity type of the user according to the network disk login authentication information, wherein the identity type comprises a supervision user and an editing user.
When the collaborative editing of a file is performed, multiple users may participate in the editing at the same time, and accordingly, different users may have different job responsibilities during the collaborative editing process. Because the user needs to input the network disk login authentication information with the identity identification function, such as the user account, in the process of logging in the enterprise network disk, in order to conveniently distinguish the work duties of the user, the embodiment can acquire the network disk login authentication information of the user, and determine the identity type of the user according to the network disk login authentication information. The department affiliation of the current user under the enterprise organization architecture can be inquired through the network disk login verification information, and the capability type of the current user can be determined according to the department affiliation, so that the work duty of the user in the collaborative editing work can be conveniently distributed according to the capability type of the user, and the identity type of the user can be further determined.
In the process of collaboratively editing a document with a higher importance degree or security level (for example, signing a contract document), in order to facilitate the whole-process supervision of the editing process and improve the guarantee degree of the document editing work, the identity types described in this embodiment may include a supervising user and an editing user. The monitoring user is responsible for monitoring the collaborative editing process of the file, and the editing user is responsible for editing the content of the file. It should be noted that, when the supervising user is selected, the user belonging to the company legal department may be selected as the supervising user, or the relevant staff of the notarization institution may be engaged from outside the company, and the temporary network disk account is opened for the staff, which is convenient for the process supervision.
And 120, acquiring a target file, generating a target file copy according to the target file, and giving preview authority of the target file copy to the supervising user and the editing user.
In order to avoid adverse effects on the original target file caused by the process of the collaborative editing of the file, the embodiment may generate the target file copy by a method of copying the target file after the target file is acquired, so as to record the working content of the collaborative editing work of the file by means of the target file copy. In addition, in order to facilitate the supervision user and the editing user to know the content of the target file copy, after the target file copy is generated, the supervision user and the editing user can be endowed with the preview authority of the target file copy, so that the supervision user and the editing user can browse the target file copy conveniently, and the content which actually needs to be edited and processed is determined.
Step 130, when the supervising user and the editing user preview the target file copy simultaneously, acquiring a target file copy watching region of the editing user and a target file copy watching region of the supervising user.
When the supervising user and the editing user preview the target file copy at the same time, the file collaborative editing work is proved to start. When the collaborative editing work is carried out, the supervising user and the editing user generally view the area needing to be edited, so that the position needing to be edited in the target file copy can be judged through the area watched by the supervising user and the editing user. In view of this, the present embodiment obtains the target file copy watching area of the editing user and the target file copy watching area of the supervising user through a common watching area collecting device, so as to determine the editing area and perform editing authorization.
It should be noted that, the gaze region capturing device described in this embodiment may be a common eye tracking device such as an eye tracker or an eye tracker in the prior art. When the eye tracking device works, the eyeball tracking device can extract features according to slight changes of eyes of a user, and judge that the user is the actual watching position according to the change condition of the features, so that the watching area of the user can be conveniently obtained.
Step 140, calculating a first region overlap ratio of the target file copy watching region of the editing user and the target file copy watching region of the supervising user, and when the first region overlap ratio is greater than a first preset overlap ratio threshold value, giving the editing user the right to edit the text content in the target file copy watching region.
In order to conveniently judge the area needing to be edited, the embodiment calculates the overlap ratio of the first area according to the target file copy watching area of the editing user and the target file copy watching area of the supervising user. When the contact ratio of the first area is larger than a first preset contact ratio threshold value, it is proved that the editing user and the supervising user watch the same area at the moment, and therefore the current area can be judged to be the area needing to be edited. At the moment, the editing user can be given the right to edit the text content in the target file copy watching region, so that the editing user can conveniently edit the text content in the region, and further the file collaborative editing work is completed.
And 150, after receiving the storage operation of the editing user, sending an audit request to a supervising user, and after the supervising user inputs an approval instruction, storing the edited target file copy in a network disk storage space.
After the editing user finishes the editing process on the target file copy, the target file copy is usually saved to avoid losing the editing process content. Therefore, after the saving operation of the editing user is received, the cooperative editing work of the target file copy can be proved to be finished. At this time, an audit request can be sent to the supervisory user to remind the supervisory user to check the edited content of the target file copy, and after the check is correct, the supervisory user can input an approval instruction so that the edited target file copy is stored in the network disk storage space, and subsequent use is facilitated.
The embodiment can judge the identity type of the user according to the network disk login verification information of the user, and can calculate the coincidence degree of the first area according to the target file copy watching area of the editing user and the target file copy watching area of the supervising user. And when the contact ratio of the first area is greater than a first preset contact ratio threshold value, giving an editing user the right to edit the text content in the target file copy watching area, and ensuring that the editing process and the editing area are supervised. In addition, the embodiment can also send an audit request to the supervising user after receiving the storage operation of the editing user, and perform the storage work of the edited target file copy after the supervising user inputs an approval instruction, so that the secondary inspection of the file collaborative editing process can be conveniently performed, and the guarantee degree of the file collaborative editing process is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a file collaborative editing method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the obtaining of the network disk login authentication information of the user and the determining of the identity type of the user according to the network disk login authentication information are optimized based on the above embodiment, where the identity type includes a supervising user and an editing user, and specifically optimized as follows:
acquiring the network disk login authentication information of a user, searching the historical login record of the user according to the network disk login authentication information, and determining the biological identification information used by the user in the historical login record according to the historical login record;
and when the biological identification information of the user is the same as the biological identification information used by the user in the historical login record, determining the identity type of the user according to the network disk login authentication information, wherein the identity type comprises a supervision user and an editing user.
Correspondingly, the file collaborative editing method provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
step 210, obtaining the network disk login authentication information of the user, searching the historical login record of the user according to the network disk login authentication information, and determining the biological identification information used by the user in the historical login record according to the historical login record; and when the biological identification information of the user is the same as the biological identification information used by the user in the historical login record, determining the identity type of the user according to the network disk login verification information, wherein the identity type comprises a supervision user and an editing user.
In the actual working process, the network disk login verification information of the user may leak due to virus invasion, so that a lawbreaker may steal the network disk login verification information of the user to log in the enterprise network disk, thereby affecting the safety factor of file collaborative editing. In order to solve the problem, the embodiment performs identity authentication on the user through the biometric information, so as to improve the guarantee degree of online collaborative editing of the file.
Specifically, after obtaining the network disk login authentication information of the user, the present embodiment searches the historical login record of the user through the network disk login authentication information, and determines the biometric information used by the user in the historical login record according to the historical login record. Then, the current biological identification information of the user can be acquired through the biological identification information acquisition equipment, and the two are compared. When the biometric information of the user is the same as the biometric information used by the user in the historical login record, the current login user can be judged to be consistent with the historical login user, so that the risk of embezzlement by others does not exist. At the moment, the identity type of the user can be determined according to the network disk login authentication information, so that subsequent file collaborative editing work is facilitated.
The biometric information described in the present embodiment is information generated using the physiological characteristics inherent to the human body, and since the physiological characteristics inherent to the human body have uniqueness that is not changed for life, the identity of the user can be identified by the information, thereby preventing the occurrence of the phenomenon of imposition.
Optionally, the biometric information in this embodiment may include at least one of the following:
fingerprint identification information generated according to a user fingerprint;
generating voiceprint identification information according to the user voice;
generating face recognition information according to the face image of the user;
iris recognition information generated from the iris of the user.
Correspondingly, when the fingerprint identification information is used as the biological identification information for user identity authentication, the biological identification information is acquired by common fingerprint acquisition equipment;
when the voiceprint identification information is used as biological identification information for user identity authentication, the biological identification information is acquired through common voiceprint acquisition equipment;
when the face recognition information is used as the biological recognition information for user identity authentication, the biological recognition information is acquired through common face recognition equipment;
when the iris identification information is used as the biometric information for user identity authentication, the biometric information should be acquired through a common iris identification device.
And step 220, acquiring a target file, generating a target file copy according to the target file, and giving preview authority of the target file copy to the supervising user and the editing user.
Step 230, when the supervising user and the editing user preview the target file copy simultaneously, acquiring a target file copy watching region of the editing user and a target file copy watching region of the supervising user.
Step 240, calculating a first region overlap ratio of a target file copy watching region of the editing user and a target file copy watching region of the supervising user, and when the first region overlap ratio is greater than a first preset overlap ratio threshold value, giving the editing user an authority to edit text contents in the target file copy watching region.
And step 250, after receiving the saving operation of the editing user, sending an auditing request to a supervising user, and after the supervising user inputs an approval instruction, saving the edited target file copy in a network disk storage space.
In this embodiment, the network disk login authentication information of the user is obtained, and the identity type of the user is determined according to the network disk login authentication information, where the identity type includes a supervising user and an editing user, and is specifically optimized as follows: acquiring the network disk login authentication information of a user, searching the historical login record of the user according to the network disk login authentication information, and determining the biological identification information used by the user in the historical login record according to the historical login record; and when the biological identification information of the user is the same as the biological identification information used by the user in the historical login record, determining the identity type of the user according to the network disk login authentication information, wherein the identity type comprises a supervision user and an editing user. The identity of the user can be checked through the biological identification information, so that the situation that other people steal the network disk to log in the verification information to carry out file collaborative editing work is avoided, and the guarantee degree of online file collaborative editing is improved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a file collaborative editing method according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, after the right for the editing user to edit the text content in the target file copy watching region is given, the following steps are added:
when an editing user edits text content inside a target file copy watching area, acquiring a real-time watching area of a supervising user and a real-time watching area of the editing user;
calculating the contact ratio of the second area according to the real-time watching area of the supervising user and the target file copy watching area of the editing user, and calculating the contact ratio of the third area according to the real-time watching area of the editing user and the target file copy watching area of the editing user;
when the second region contact ratio and/or the third region contact ratio are/is smaller than a second preset contact ratio threshold value, locking the target file copy;
and after receiving the unlocking instruction, unlocking the target file copy.
Correspondingly, the method for managing a network disk file based on a label provided by this embodiment specifically includes:
and 310, acquiring the network disk login authentication information of the user, and determining the identity type of the user according to the network disk login authentication information, wherein the identity type comprises a supervision user and an editing user.
And step 320, acquiring the target file, generating a target file copy according to the target file, and giving preview permission of the target file copy to the supervising user and the editing user.
Step 330, when the supervising user and the editing user preview the target file copy simultaneously, acquiring a target file copy watching region of the editing user and a target file copy watching region of the supervising user.
Step 340, calculating a first area overlap ratio of a target file copy watching area of the editing user and a target file copy watching area of the supervising user, and giving the editing user an authority to edit the text content in the target file copy watching area when the first area overlap ratio is larger than a first preset overlap ratio threshold value.
Step 350, when the editing user edits the text content in the target file copy watching area, acquiring a real-time watching area of a supervising user and a real-time watching area of the editing user; calculating the contact ratio of the second area according to the real-time watching area of the supervising user and the target file copy watching area of the editing user, and calculating the contact ratio of the third area according to the real-time watching area of the editing user and the target file copy watching area of the editing user; when the second region contact ratio and/or the third region contact ratio are/is smaller than a second preset contact ratio threshold value, locking the target file copy; and after receiving the unlocking instruction, unlocking the target file copy.
After the editing user is given the authority to edit the text content in the target file copy watching region, the editing user will perform text editing work. In the traditional online collaborative file editing process, the filling process of a filler cannot be supervised by a supervisor in the whole process, so that the filler has a chance of disclosure due to the fact that supervision is not in place. To solve this problem, in this embodiment, when the editing user edits the text content inside the target file copy watching area, the real-time watching area of the supervising user and the real-time watching area of the editing user are obtained. When the coincidence degree of the real-time watching region of the supervising user and the target file copy watching region (namely, the region needing to be edited) of the editing user is high, the fact that the supervising user is paying attention to the text editing action of the editing user can be judged, and at the moment, a good supervising effect is obtained in the text editing process. Correspondingly, when the coincidence degree of the real-time watching region of the editing user and the target file copy watching region of the editing user (namely, the region needing to be edited) is high, it can be determined that the editing user is concentrating on the text editing work, and the possibility of text leakage is not available.
In order to conveniently judge the coincidence degree of the real-time watching region of the supervising user and the real-time watching region of the editing user with the target file copy watching region of the editing user, the embodiment calculates the coincidence degree of the second region according to the real-time watching region of the supervising user and the target file copy watching region of the editing user, and calculates the coincidence degree of the third region according to the real-time watching region of the editing user and the target file copy watching region of the editing user. When the second region contact ratio and/or the third region contact ratio are/is smaller than a second preset contact ratio threshold value, it can be judged that the current file editing process has the risk of poor supervision effect or divulgence, and at the moment, the target file copy is locked, so that the situation that an editing user continues to perform text editing processing is avoided, and the divulgence situation is prevented.
After the supervising user and the editing user eliminate the risks of poor supervising effect and leakage, an unlocking instruction can be input, and after the unlocking instruction is received, the target file copy can be unlocked, so that the editing work of the target file copy is recovered.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the unlocking instruction may include a preset key combination operation input by the supervising user and the editing user at the same time.
When the preset keys input by the supervising user and the editing user at the same time are combined for operation, the supervising user and the editing user can be judged to eliminate the risks of poor supervising effect and divulgence, the target file copy can be unlocked at the moment, and the target file copy can be conveniently edited.
And step 360, after the storage operation of the editing user is received, sending an audit request to a supervising user, and after the supervising user inputs an approval instruction, storing the edited target file copy in a network disk storage space.
