By automatically matching the client and authorizing the client and the client to cooperatively process the cases, case distribution efficiency can be effectively improved, and administrative law enforcement procedures are accelerated.
In other embodiments, while the collaborative cases are sent to the server, the client may further designate one or more target clients authorized to process the collaborative cases and send the target clients to the server, and when the collaborative cases and the target clients sent by the client are received, the server directly sends the collaborative cases to the target clients.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method further includes the following steps:
when query information sent by the client is received and the current law enforcement authority exists in a second authority set, the server acquires a suspicious data set and an IP address set corresponding to the suspicious data set according to the query information and sends the suspicious data set and the IP address set to the client; the suspicious data set comprises at least one piece of suspicious data, the IP address set comprises at least one IP address, and the suspicious data corresponds to the IP addresses one to one; the client is also used for generating a monitoring request according to the IP address set and sending the monitoring request to the server;
and when the monitoring request sent by the client is received, the server acquires a monitoring data set according to the monitoring request and sends the monitoring data set to the client.
It should be noted that the client is further configured to send query information to the server, where the query information includes at least one keyword information; when receiving the query information sent by the client, the server judges whether the current law enforcement authority exists in a second authority set, the second set of permissions may be custom set by a platform administrator, as one example, the second set of permissions includes the initial law enforcement permission, the primary law enforcement permission, the intermediate law enforcement permission, and the advanced law enforcement permission, when the current law enforcement authority is any one of the initial law enforcement authority, the primary law enforcement authority, the intermediate law enforcement authority, or the advanced law enforcement authority, the server acquires suspicious data sets and IP address sets corresponding to the suspicious data sets from a plurality of inquiry systems according to the keyword information, sending the suspicious data set and the IP address set to the client in a data report form; the client is further used for receiving the suspicious data set and the IP address set sent by the server. By searching data from different query systems and generating a data report containing the suspicious data and the IP addresses thereof, the distribution area of the suspicious data can be visually represented.
The client is further used for determining a target IP address needing to be monitored from the IP address set, generating a monitoring request for the target IP address and sending the monitoring request to the server. And when the monitoring request sent by the client is received, the server acquires monitoring data sets from the plurality of inquiry systems according to the target IP address and a preset monitoring period, and sends the monitoring data sets to the client. The monitoring request may further include a target monitoring period specified by the client, and at this time, the server acquires the monitoring data sets from the plurality of query systems according to the target IP address and the target monitoring period, and sends the monitoring data sets to the client.
By responding to the query request or the monitoring request of the client, the function of spot-checking can be realized, for example, data of certain types of IP addresses are spot-checked in a manual query or automatic monitoring mode, and the spot-checking result is sent to the client, so that law enforcement personnel can conveniently perform case investigation on the data which are unqualified for spot-checking.
Referring to fig. 2, a method for managing an administrative law enforcement case based on-cloud inspection, which relates to a server, a client and a censorship end, is shown, and includes:
s210, the client sends login information to the server; the server is used for determining the current law enforcement authority of the client according to the login information when the login information sent by the client is received; when the current law enforcement authority exists in the first authority set, the server is further used for determining a case set to be handled of the client according to the current law enforcement authority and sending the case set to be handled to the client;
s220, the client generates a forensics request according to the case set to be handled, and sends the forensics request to the server; the server is further used for acquiring a data evidence set according to the evidence obtaining request and sending the data evidence set to the client when the evidence obtaining request sent by the client is received;
s230, the client generates a review request according to the data evidence set and sends the review request to the server; the server is also used for generating an examination task according to the examination request and sending the examination task to the examination end when receiving the examination request sent by the client; the examination end is used for generating an examination result according to the examination task and sending the examination result to the server; the server is also used for sending the examination result to the client when receiving the examination result sent by the examination end;
s240, the client receives the examination result sent by the server.
In the following, a method for managing administrative law enforcement cases based on-cloud inspection in the exemplary embodiment will be further described.
As stated in step S210, the client sends login information to the server; the server is used for determining the current law enforcement authority of the client according to the login information when the login information sent by the client is received; when the current law enforcement authority exists in the first authority set, the server is further used for determining a to-do case set of the client according to the current law enforcement authority and sending the to-do case set to the client.
The client sends login information to the server, wherein the login information comprises a login account, a login password and the like of the client; the server is used for determining the current law enforcement authority of the client according to the login information when the login information sent by the client is received, wherein the current law enforcement authority can be an initial law enforcement authority, a primary law enforcement authority, a middle-level law enforcement authority or a high-level law enforcement authority as an example, and different law enforcement authorities correspond to different case management authorization levels and/or evidence inquiry authorization levels; after determining the current law enforcement authority, the server is further configured to determine whether the current law enforcement authority exists in a first set of authorities, where the first set of authorities may be set by a platform administrator in a user-defined manner, as an example, the first set of authorities includes the primary law enforcement authority, the intermediate law enforcement authority, and the advanced law enforcement authority, and when the current law enforcement authority is any one of the primary law enforcement authority, the intermediate law enforcement authority, or the advanced law enforcement authority, the server is further configured to send a set of cases to be handled of the client to the client.
As stated in step S220, the client generates a forensics request according to the case set to be handled, and sends the forensics request to the server; the server is further used for obtaining a data evidence set according to the forensics request and sending the data evidence set to the client when the forensics request sent by the client is received.
The client determines a suspected infringement target case from the to-do case set, generates a forensics request for the target case, and sends the forensics request to the server; the forensics request comprises a curing strategy for electronic data evidence, such as automatic curing of certain suspicious data or curing after screening of network data in a certain provincial and urban area. The server is further configured to, when the forensics request sent by the client is received, obtain electronic data evidences from a plurality of forensics systems (that is, information formed by taking pictures, recording sound, recording video, recording screen, or the like or stored in an electronic medium, specifically, special suspicious data, network reimbursement data, e-commerce data, or the like), then solidify the electronic data evidences according to the solidification strategy included in the forensics request, generate a data evidence set of the target case, and send the data evidence set to the client.
As stated in step S230, the client generates a review request according to the data evidence set, and sends the review request to the server; the server is also used for generating a review task according to the review request and sending the review task to the review end when receiving the review request sent by the client; the examination end is used for generating an examination result according to the examination task and sending the examination result to the server; the server is also used for sending the examination result to the client when receiving the examination result sent by the examination end.
The client determines one or more target evidences needing production knowing examination from the data evidence set, generates an examination request for the target evidences, and sends the examination request to the server, wherein the examination request comprises examination content and examination requirements, the examination content comprises the target evidences, and the examination requirements comprise examination standards, examination ranges, examination time limits and the like; the server is further used for generating a review task for the target evidence according to the review request when receiving the review request sent by the client, and sending the review task to the review end, wherein the review task comprises review content and the review requirement; the examination end is used for examining the examination content according to the examination requirement and sending an examination result to the server; the server is also used for sending the examination result to the client when receiving the examination result sent by the examination end. By accessing the examination end, the examination and the judgment of intellectual property right infringement can be carried out on the case suspected of infringing the intellectual property right submitted by law enforcement personnel through professional intellectual property right authentication organizations or experts, and a judgment result of whether infringement exists is given.
As stated in step S240, the client receives the examination result sent by the server.
And the client receives the examination result sent by the server. In other embodiments, the server is further configured to send the examination result to a professional authentication organization, obtain an authentication report conforming to a judicial program, and send the authentication report to the client.
In an embodiment of the present application, the method further includes the following steps:
the client sends query information to the server; when the current law enforcement authority exists in a second authority set, the server is further used for acquiring a suspicious data set and an IP address set corresponding to the suspicious data set according to the query information, and sending the suspicious data set and the IP address set to the client; the suspicious data set comprises at least one piece of suspicious data, the IP address set comprises at least one IP address, and the suspicious data corresponds to the IP addresses one to one;
the client receives the suspicious data set and the IP address set sent by the server;
the client generates a monitoring request according to the IP address set and sends the monitoring request to the server; the server is further used for acquiring a monitoring data set according to the monitoring request and sending the monitoring data set to the client.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
Referring to fig. 3, there is shown an administrative law enforcement case management device based on-cloud inspection according to an embodiment of the present application, the device relates to a server, a client and a censorship end, the device is applied to the server, and the device includes:
the login information processing module 310 is configured to, when login information sent by the client is received, determine the current law enforcement authority of the client according to the login information; when the current law enforcement authority exists in the first authority set, the login information processing module is further used for determining a case set to be handled of the client according to the current law enforcement authority and sending the case set to be handled to the client; the client is used for generating a forensics request according to the case set to be handled and sending the forensics request to a forensics request processing module;
the forensics request processing module 320 is configured to, when receiving the forensics request sent by the client, obtain a data evidence set according to the forensics request, and send the data evidence set to the client; the client is also used for generating a review request according to the data evidence set and sending the review request to a review request processing module;

the client and/or the collaborative client are/is also used for generating a forensics request according to the collaborative case and sending the forensics request to the server;
the server is further used for acquiring a data evidence set according to the forensics request and sending the data evidence set to the client and the collaborative client when the forensics request sent by the client and/or the collaborative client is received;

the client is further used for generating a monitoring request according to the IP address set when receiving the suspicious data set and the IP address set sent by the server, and sending the monitoring request to the server;
and the server is also used for acquiring a monitoring data set according to the monitoring request and sending the monitoring data set to the client when receiving the monitoring request sent by the client.
The administrative law enforcement case management system can realize the following functions:
1. providing a protocol survey function, law enforcement personnel can initiate a protocol survey:
a. data accessed to a third-party data platform comprises special suspicious data, network reimbursement data and E-commerce data, electronic data solidification is carried out according to a solidification strategy of law enforcement personnel, for example, certain suspicious data is automatically solidified, network transmission data in a certain province and city area is solidified after being screened, and case setting investigation is carried out according to certain data;
b. the electronic commerce selective inspection function is accessed, manual or automatic selective inspection is carried out on certain commodities of the electronic commerce platform, and case setting investigation is applied to products which are unqualified in selective inspection;
c. providing a complaint reporting channel, and applying for filing and surveying aiming at related complaints;
d. providing a case cloud coordination mechanism to realize case setting investigation across administrative regions;
e. and providing a case filing and applying channel under the line, and applying for case filing investigation after the auditing process is passed.
The administrative law enforcement case management system has the following advantages:

5. and by connecting with a judicial appraisal channel, law enforcement officers can check and initiate judicial appraisal report application on the cloud, and the case judicial appraisal report application process is greatly facilitated on the basis of the trusted environment of the administrative law enforcement case management system.

By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus 18, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus 18, enhanced ISA bus 18, audio Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus 18, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus 18.
Computer device 12 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by computer device 12 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The memory 28 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as random access memory 30 and/or cache memory 32. Computer device 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (commonly referred to as a "hard disk drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 5, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. The memory may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules 42, with the program modules 42 configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the application.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules 42, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally perform the functions and/or methodologies of the embodiments described herein.
Computer device 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, camera, etc.), with one or more devices that enable an operator to interact with computer device 12, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable computer device 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through the I/O interface 22. Also, computer device 12 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN)), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network (e.g., the Internet) via network adapter 20. As shown in FIG. 5, the network adapter 20 communicates with the other modules of the computer device 12 via the bus 18. It should be understood that although not shown in FIG. 5, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with computer device 12, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units 16, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems 34, etc.
The processing unit 16 executes various functional applications and data processing by running programs stored in the memory 28, for example, implementing an administrative law enforcement case management method based on-cloud inspection provided by the embodiment of the present application.
That is, the processing unit 16 implements, when executing the program,: when login information sent by the client is received, determining the current law enforcement authority of the client according to the login information; when the current law enforcement authority exists in the first authority set, determining a case set to be handled of a client according to the current law enforcement authority, and sending the case set to be handled to the client; the client is used for generating a forensics request according to the case set to be handled and sending the forensics request to the processing unit 16; when the evidence obtaining request sent by the client is received, acquiring a data evidence set according to the evidence obtaining request, and sending the data evidence set to the client; the client is further configured to generate a review request according to the data evidence set, and send the review request to the processing unit 16; when the examination request sent by the client is received, an examination task is generated according to the examination request, and the examination task is sent to an examination end; the examination end is used for generating an examination result according to the examination task and sending the examination result to the processing unit 16; and when the examination result sent by the examination end is received, sending the examination result to the client.
In an embodiment of the present application, there is further provided a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements a method for managing administrative law enforcement cases based on-cloud inspection as provided in all embodiments of the present application.
That is, the program when executed by the processor implements: when login information sent by the client is received, determining the current law enforcement authority of the client according to the login information; when the current law enforcement authority exists in the first authority set, determining a case set to be handled of a client according to the current law enforcement authority, and sending the case set to be handled to the client; the client is used for generating a forensics request according to the case set to be handled and sending the forensics request to the program; when the evidence obtaining request sent by the client is received, obtaining a data evidence set according to the evidence obtaining request, and sending the data evidence set to the client; the client is also used for generating a review request according to the data evidence set and sending the review request to the program; when the examination request sent by the client is received, an examination task is generated according to the examination request, and the examination task is sent to an examination end; the examination end is used for generating an examination result according to the examination task and sending the examination result to the program; and when the examination result sent by the examination end is received, sending the examination result to the client.
Any combination of one or more computer-readable media may be employed. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. Claims (7)

1. An administrative law enforcement case management method based on-cloud inspection, which is characterized in that the method relates to a server, a client and a checking end, and comprises the following steps:
when login information sent by the client is received, the server determines the current law enforcement authority of the client according to the login information; when the current law enforcement authority exists in the first authority set, the server also determines a case set to be handled of the client according to the current law enforcement authority and sends the case set to be handled to the client; the client is used for generating a forensics request according to the case set to be handled and sending the forensics request to the server, and the first authority set comprises a primary law enforcement authority, a middle-level law enforcement authority and a high-level law enforcement authority;
when the evidence obtaining request sent by the client is received, the server obtains a data evidence set according to the evidence obtaining request and sends the data evidence set to the client; the client is also used for generating a review request according to the data evidence set and sending the review request to the server;
when the examination request sent by the client side is received, the server generates an examination task according to the examination request and sends the examination task to the examination side; the examination end is used for generating an examination result according to the examination task and sending the examination result to the server;
when the examination result sent by the examination end is received, the server sends the examination result to the client;

when the evidence obtaining request sent by the transfer client side is received, the server obtains a data evidence set according to the evidence obtaining request and sends the data evidence set to the transfer client side; the transfer client is further used for generating a review request according to the data evidence set and sending the review request to the server;
when receiving the examination request sent by the transfer client, the server generates an examination task according to the examination request and sends the examination task to the examination end; the examination end is used for generating an examination result according to the examination task and sending the examination result to the server;
when the examination result sent by the examination end is received, the server sends the examination result to the transfer client;
when receiving a co-office case sent by the client, the server determines the co-office client according to the current law enforcement authority and sends the co-office case to the co-office client; the client and/or the collaborative client are/is also used for generating a forensics request according to the collaborative case and sending the forensics request to the server;
when the evidence obtaining request sent by the client and/or the collaborative client is received, the server obtains a data evidence set according to the evidence obtaining request and sends the data evidence set to the client and the collaborative client; the client and/or the collaborative client are/is also used for generating a review request according to the data evidence set and sending the review request to the server;
when receiving the examination request sent by the client and/or the collaborative client, the server generates an examination task according to the examination request and sends the examination task to the examination end; the examination end is used for generating an examination result according to the examination task and sending the examination result to the server;
when the examination result sent by the examination end is received, the server sends the examination result to the client and the collaborative client;
when query information sent by the client is received and the current law enforcement authority exists in a second authority set, the server acquires a suspicious data set and an IP address set corresponding to the suspicious data set according to the query information and sends the suspicious data set and the IP address set to the client; the suspicious data set comprises at least one piece of suspicious data, the IP address set comprises at least one IP address, and the suspicious data corresponds to the IP addresses one to one; the client is further used for generating a monitoring request according to the IP address set and sending the monitoring request to the server, and the second permission set comprises an initial law enforcement permission, the primary law enforcement permission, the intermediate law enforcement permission and the advanced law enforcement permission;
and when the monitoring request sent by the client is received, the server acquires a monitoring data set according to the monitoring request and sends the monitoring data set to the client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of the server determining the current law enforcement authority of the client based on the login information comprises:
when the login information exists in a historical information set, the server sets the historical law enforcement authority corresponding to the login information in the historical information set as the current law enforcement authority;
or;
when the login information does not exist in the historical information set, the server sets an initial law enforcement authority as the current law enforcement authority.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of the server determining the set of cases to be handled of the client according to the current law enforcement authority further comprises:
the server determines the case handling capacity and the case handling type of the client according to the current law enforcement authority;
and the server determines the case set to be handled according to the case processing amount and the case processing type.
4. An administrative law enforcement case management device based on-cloud inspection, which relates to a server, a client and a censorship end, and is applied to the server, and comprises:
the login information processing module is used for determining the current law enforcement authority of the client according to the login information when the login information sent by the client is received; when the current law enforcement authority exists in the first authority set, the login information processing module is further used for determining a to-do case set of the client according to the current law enforcement authority and sending the to-do case set to the client; the client is used for generating a forensics request according to the case set to be handled and sending the forensics request to a forensics request processing module, and the first permission set comprises a primary law enforcement permission, a middle-level law enforcement permission and a high-level law enforcement permission;
the evidence obtaining request processing module is used for obtaining a data evidence set according to the evidence obtaining request and sending the data evidence set to the client when the evidence obtaining request sent by the client is received; the client is also used for generating a review request according to the data evidence set and sending the review request to a review request processing module;
the examination request processing module is used for generating an examination task according to the examination request and sending the examination task to the examination end when receiving the examination request sent by the client; the examination end is used for generating an examination result according to the examination task and sending the examination result to an examination result processing module;
the examination result processing module is used for sending the examination result to the client when receiving the examination result sent by the examination end;
the case transfer and transaction information processing module is used for determining a case transfer client side according to the current law enforcement authority by the server when receiving the case transfer and transaction sent by the client side, and sending the case transfer and transaction information to the case transfer and transaction client side; the transfer client is used for generating a forensics request according to the transfer case piece and sending the forensics request to the transfer case piece forensics processing module;
the transfer case evidence collection processing module is used for acquiring a data evidence set according to the evidence collection request and sending the data evidence set to the transfer client side when receiving the evidence collection request sent by the transfer client side; the transfer client is also used for generating an examination request according to the data evidence set and sending the examination request to a transfer case examination request processing module;
the transfer-to-transaction case review request processing module is used for generating a review task by the server according to the review request and sending the review task to the review end when receiving the review request sent by the transfer-to-transaction client; the examination end is used for generating an examination result according to the examination task and sending the examination result to the transaction case examination result processing module;
the transfer-transaction case review result processing module is used for sending the review result to the transfer-transaction client by the server when receiving the review result sent by the review end;
the system comprises a client, a server and a collaborative case information processing module, wherein the client is used for executing a current law enforcement authority; the client and/or the collaborative client are/is also used for generating a forensics request according to the collaborative case and sending the forensics request to a collaborative case forensics processing module;
the supporting case evidence obtaining processing module is used for obtaining a data evidence set according to the evidence obtaining request and sending the data evidence set to the client and the supporting client when the evidence obtaining request sent by the client and/or the supporting client is received; the client and/or the collaborative client are also used for generating a review request according to the data evidence set and sending the review request to a collaborative case review request processing module;
the collaborative case examination request processing module is used for generating an examination task by the server according to the examination request and sending the examination task to the examination end when receiving the examination request sent by the client and/or the collaborative client; the examination end is used for generating examination results according to the examination tasks and sending the examination results to the collaborative case examination result processing module;
the collaborative case examination result processing module is used for sending the examination result to the client and the collaborative client by the server when receiving the examination result sent by the examination end;
the suspicious data processing module is used for acquiring a suspicious data set and an IP address set corresponding to the suspicious data set according to the query information and sending the suspicious data set and the IP address set to the client when the query information sent by the client is received and the current law enforcement authority exists in a second authority set; the suspicious data set comprises at least one piece of suspicious data, the IP address set comprises at least one IP address, and the suspicious data corresponds to the IP addresses one to one; the client is also used for generating a monitoring request according to the IP address set and sending the monitoring request to a monitoring request module, and the second authority set comprises an initial law enforcement authority, the primary law enforcement authority, the intermediate law enforcement authority and the advanced law enforcement authority;
and the monitoring request module is used for acquiring a monitoring data set by the server according to the monitoring request and sending the monitoring data set to the client when receiving the monitoring request sent by the client.
5. An administrative law enforcement case management system based on-cloud inspection is characterized by comprising a server, a client and an inspection end;
the client is used for sending login information to the server;
the server is used for determining the current law enforcement authority of the client according to the login information when the login information sent by the client is received; when the current law enforcement authority exists in a first authority set, the server is further used for determining a case set to be handled of the client according to the current law enforcement authority and sending the case set to be handled to the client, wherein the first authority set comprises a primary law enforcement authority, a middle-level law enforcement authority and a high-level law enforcement authority;

the client is also used for generating a review request according to the data evidence set and sending the review request to the server;
the server is also used for generating a review task according to the review request and sending the review task to the review end when receiving the review request sent by the client;
the examination end is used for generating an examination result according to the examination task and sending the examination result to the server;
the server is also used for sending the examination result to the client when receiving the examination result sent by the examination end;
the client is also used for receiving the examination result sent by the server;
the client is also used for sending a transfer case to the server;
the server is also used for determining a transfer client according to the current law enforcement authority when receiving the transfer case sent by the client, and sending the transfer case to the transfer client;
the transfer client is also used for generating a forensics request according to the transfer case piece and sending the forensics request to the server;
the server is further used for acquiring a data evidence set according to the evidence obtaining request and sending the data evidence set to the transfer client side when the evidence obtaining request sent by the transfer client side is received;
the transfer client is further used for generating a review request according to the data evidence set and sending the review request to the server;
