As shown in fig. 1C, when the blockchain system of the present disclosure is applied to a check and transaction business, the blockchain system includes a check and transaction collaboration application 121, a check organ blockchain server 122, and a check and transaction business application system 123, and the specific operating principle is as follows:
(1) the collaborative application 121 for inspecting and handling cases can be used for case text data analysis, case key information transaction, file summary information storage, case handling auditing and statistical analysis, and the like, but is not limited thereto. Case information is synchronized for each node in collaborative case handling by examining the case handling collaborative application 121, so that case handling efficiency and data transmission efficiency are improved. In addition, by providing a case handling audit function, the justice fairness of the administrative flow can be effectively monitored. Finally, by providing the statistical analysis function, crime rate, criminal behavior analysis, public opinion, and the like can be efficiently analyzed and determined, but not limited thereto.
(2) The inspection authority blockchain server 121 may be used for electronic data storage, trusted electronic identity, trusted time stamp, data encryption and decryption, smart contract execution environment, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
(3) The survey and case business application system 123 may be used for a number of business applications such as, but not limited to, a complaint application, a criminal survey application, a civil survey application, an administrative survey application, and a communal litigation survey application. Further, the generated corresponding application data are respectively, but not limited to, counseling complaint data, criminal investigation data, civil investigation data, administrative investigation data and commonweal litigation investigation data.
In the related art, the application system of the investigation and case handling business stores data for case handling such as criminal investigation, examination, and public complaint of the investigation institution, and also stores data for supervision and case handling such as control complaint, criminal execution examination, civil investigation, administrative examination, and public welfare lition examination.
The two types of data are managed in a very different way, and the former data need to be strictly controlled and only be reviewed and processed by authorized node devices. The latter transaction data may be derived from public information, publicly available information, or a legal or administrative document that has been validated.
As shown in fig. 1A, 1B and 1C, when the inspection institution processes the controlled data of the case, the first intelligent contract on the judicial blockchain is called to generate the key information of the case, which can be referred to inside the inspection institution, including case number, party information, case or crime name, time, place, damage or compensation condition, etc.
Similarly, case information transacted by other inspection institutions calls the second intelligent contract on the block chain to generate case key information which can be consulted in the inspection institutions, wherein the case key information comprises case clues, party information, case causes of original judicial documents and administrative documents, main cases, dispute focuses, time, places, damages or indemnification conditions and the like.
The two intelligent contracts are software subsystems with intelligent analysis of judicial texts and internet public opinions. And automatically executing the contract account number on the judicial block chain, and storing the extraction result as a transaction on a distributed account of the block chain to form reliable, credible and traceable encrypted data.
These blockchain transactions can be reviewed by applications on other blockchains at any time (corresponding to the content of the viewed transactions on the blockchain), processed and stored again (again, a transaction is generated on the corresponding blockchain), and can be audited and statistically analyzed by applications based on the blockchain browser.
Further, case key information needing coordination in the inspection institution is stored as a blockchain transaction, node equipment of other departments inquires, processes and stores a processing result as another blockchain transaction through an authorized account number, and therefore transmission of business coordination information is formed. And the transmission processes have the technical characteristics of reliability, credibility, traceability and the like.
Specifically, in the case handling process of the inspection institution, the first node device 101 initiates a transaction command to the first intelligent contract by using a dedicated account on its trusted electronic identity login block chain, and simultaneously sends an access interface, an account and a password of offline case data to the first intelligent contract.
The first intelligent contract is automatically executed to complete the task of analyzing case data, and the analysis result (case key information) is stored on the block chain as a transaction. The authorized second node device 102 queries the authorized access blockchain transaction group using its own private account number on the trusted electronic identity login blockchain.
Since the blockchain account of the second node device 102 is authorized to access the case key information, the case number, party information, case name, time, place, damage or compensation condition, etc. in the case key information can be referred to, and the case and clues to be handled can be known from the information.
Since the judicial block chain is a distributed ledger or a distributed database, the second node apparatus 102 obtaining the cooperative message is not affected by delay or failure of the network and the system. And the first node apparatus 101 does not need to know to send the cooperation message to the second node apparatus 102.
After the inspection authority determines that the subsequent collaborative officer is the second node device 102, and authorizes the second node device 102, the second node device 102 can access the case key information, that is, obtain the message of business collaboration. The process is not influenced by the impression of time and other unexpected factors, and is a stable point-to-point inspection service cooperation message transmission mechanism.
The method for analyzing different case handling data and transmitting the result to the intelligent software module achieves the purposes of extracting key information in the case, encrypting and storing the result in the block chain distributed account book and automatically operating. The intelligent contract of the judicial block chain has an open technical model and takes the block chain intelligent contract execution environment as a standardized support platform, is very suitable for developing corresponding business system modules aiming at case types, and is beneficial to improving the research and development efficiency of examining and handling business systems and forming an open research and development ecological environment. The inspection business data analysis module based on the block chain intelligent contract technology is not only a normalized software development paradigm, but also the operation process and the result of the inspection business data analysis module are credible and traceable.
A block chain case information management method according to this embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 2.
