The layer provides users with full life cycle management services such as trusted data uplink, accurate right-confirming evidence storage, fair transaction, infringement evidence storage, trusted supervision and the like for intellectual property.
The platform comprises four modules, and modules such as supervision, evidence storage, transaction receiving and the like are added in comparison with other systems, the platform introduces a review and audit mechanism, can supervise platform data in real time, realizes the infringement and evidence storage of intellectual property rights through alliance chain bottom layer technology-a prediction machine, and captures all webpage operations through an evidence storage structure to provide strong evidence for infringement. A certification mechanism is introduced into the platform, so that convenient transaction service can be provided for both transaction parties.
The alliance chain comprises eight modules which are respectively a pre-teller machine, an authority-confirming matching technology, a security access control strategy (an examination mechanism which confirms that a part of people is opened), a consensus algorithm (a guarantee block chain), a supervision technology (a supervision node), a zero-knowledge proof, a DID verifiable statement and a distributed book technology, the modules provide bottom-layer technical support for upper-layer services, the improved consensus algorithm accelerates the node consensus speed, and platform throughput rate is provided. The prediction machine can ensure the credible uplink of data and provide strong evidence for the infringement behavior. DID verifiable claims, zero knowledge proof, secure access control policies can protect user identity privacy data and on-chain data security.
The intellectual property management system utilizes the characteristics of decentralized, distributed storage, non-tampering and the like of a block chain, and guarantees the reality, effectiveness and non-tampering of data through a consensus mechanism; the complete storage and real-time update of data can be realized through a point-to-point transmission protocol; the chain structure, the Hash algorithm and the encryption algorithm of the block chain can protect data, and the traceability of the data is realized; and an audit department is introduced to monitor the data on the chain in real time. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus for the intellectual property management system to perform services of trusted uplink of intellectual property data, certified right deposit, transaction, supervision, infringement deposit and the like are merely illustrative, wherein the elements described as separate elements may or may not be physically separate, and the elements displayed as elements may or may not be physical elements, that is, may be located in one place, or may be distributed to a plurality of network elements. the fair transaction unit is used for providing a transaction window, managing a transaction mode, recording a transaction record and storing the transaction record in a block chain;
and the infringement evidence storage unit is used for recording the operation of the user on the intellectual property data and storing the operation in the block chain.
