The method realizes the fast fixed evidence storage and fast office identification of the case data, and when the fast office identification condition is met, the method rapidly performs evidence obtaining data acquisition, data auditing and document configuration on the case office data to obtain final notice data, so that the processing efficiency of the case office data is improved, and the data security of the whole process is higher.
The embodiment of the application also provides a case data fixed certificate processing device based on the quick-office identification, which is used for executing any embodiment of the case data fixed certificate processing method based on the quick-office identification. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of a case data fixing and verifying device 100 based on quick identification according to an embodiment of the present application.

In this embodiment, a background server is used as an execution subject to describe a technical scheme, and the background server is a server deployed at an authority and has high confidentiality. The background server can receive case data which is acquired and uploaded by on-site duty personnel on the basis of a first type of user terminal used by the on-site duty personnel, wherein the case data comprises personnel information of a related object (such as a related object image), site information, related article information (such as a vehicle and the like), related certificate information, on-site photos and the like. After the on-site duty personnel acquire case data by using the first type user terminal and upload the case data to the background server, the background server performs fixed certificate storage on the case delivery data after the case delivery data is verified based on a preset delivery data verification strategy.
In one embodiment, the case delivery data storage unit 110 is specifically configured to:
acquiring first type terminal information of a first type user terminal corresponding to the data fixing instruction;
if the first type of terminal information is the recorded terminal information, acquiring case delivery data sent by the first type of user terminal;

In this embodiment, when receiving a data fixing instruction uploaded by any one user terminal, the background server does not directly obtain case delivery data uploaded by the user terminal, but needs to obtain first type terminal information of the user terminal, that is, first type terminal information, so as to perform white list verification on the user terminal. When the background server receives the case delivery data, the background server can acquire an internal time stamp server associated with the case delivery data in order to increase the credibility of the case delivery data, the internal time stamp server issues an internal time stamp (which is a time stamp with extremely high credibility and unchangeable) to the case delivery data, and the internal time stamp is added to the case delivery data in the background server to update the case delivery data and store the case delivery data in a fixed manner. Therefore, based on the mode, the data security after the case transaction data storage can be effectively improved.
In addition, in order to further improve the data security in the background server, a trusted execution environment can be deployed in the background server, and when the internal timestamp is added to the case delivery data in the execution process so as to update the case delivery data and secure the storage, the updated case delivery data is stored in an isolated memory corresponding to the trusted execution environment. All case handling data processing and calculation are performed in the isolated memory, and other parts of the hardware except the authorized interface cannot access the information in the isolated memory.
The specific object data obtaining unit 120 is configured to, if a target specific object corresponding to the case delivery data is detected, obtain personnel history data corresponding to the target specific object, and add the historic personnel data to the case delivery data to obtain current case delivery data.
In this embodiment, after the background server stores the case delivery data, the image capturing device that is communicatively connected to the background server and is disposed in the designated area (for example, the image capturing device is disposed at a service hall of an authority and is aligned to a transaction quick-handling area set in the service hall) may detect whether the image of the target specific object is captured. Because the previous case delivery data comprises the related object image, if the image acquisition device is detected to acquire the target specific object image of the same person corresponding to the related object image, acquiring a target object identification result corresponding to the target specific object, further acquiring personnel history data corresponding to the target object identification result, and adding the history personnel data corresponding to the target specific object to the case delivery data to obtain the current case delivery data. The current case delivery data of the target specific object is stored, so that the personnel history data of the target specific object is further increased, and the included information dimension is more diversified.
In one embodiment, the case data fixing and processing device 100 based on the quick office identification further includes:

In this embodiment, still referring to the above example, the image capturing device is disposed at a service hall of an authority, and is aligned to a business quick-handling area set in the service hall, and when the image capturing device that satisfies the above condition of the setting area captures that a person has arrived in the business quick-handling area, the image of the face of the user of the corresponding person is captured and uploaded to the background server. And acquiring a user identification result corresponding to the user face image based on at least one face identification model stored in advance in a background server, and taking user information corresponding to the user identification result as user information of the target specific object after determining that the user identification result corresponds to the target specific object (namely, determining that the user identification result is the same as a personnel object corresponding to the case delivery data). At this time, the target specific object with the transaction rapid requirement reaches the transaction rapid-handling area in the authority service hall, and the related current case delivery data can be subjected to subsequent rapid-handling application and processing.
In an embodiment, the user identification result obtaining unit is specifically configured to:
acquiring a plurality of face recognition models trained in advance, and acquiring a preset face feature data set corresponding to each face recognition model;
acquiring current face feature data corresponding to the face image of the user based on each face recognition model;
obtaining matching results of the current face feature data and each preset face feature data set to form a user candidate recognition result set;
and determining the user recognition result corresponding to the user face image based on the intersection of the user candidate recognition results in the user candidate recognition result set.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the accuracy of face recognition in the background server, a plurality of face recognition models may be preset, and face recognition of the object is completed by the plurality of face recognition models together. After the background server receives the user face image uploaded by the image acquisition device, the current face feature data corresponding to the user face image is respectively extracted based on the face recognition model 1, the face recognition model 2 and the face recognition model 3. Because the background server stores the preset face feature data set 1 corresponding to the face recognition model 1, the preset face feature data set 2 corresponding to the face recognition model 2 and the preset face feature data set 3 corresponding to the face recognition model 3, the matching result of the current face feature data and each preset face feature data set can be formed into a user candidate recognition result set.

When the current case transaction data of the target specific object enters the case quick transaction flow and the target specific object is stated and evidence obtained before reaching the case quick transaction terminal, the case quick transaction terminal can be operated to input evidence obtaining data, so that complete case related data is supplemented.

The device realizes the fast fixed evidence storage and fast office identification of the case data, and when the fast office identification condition is met, the fast evidence obtaining data acquisition, the data auditing and the document configuration are carried out on the case office data, so that the final notice data is obtained, the processing efficiency of the case office data is improved, and the data security of the whole process is higher.
The case data fixing processing apparatus based on the quick office identification described above may be implemented in the form of a computer program that can be run on a computer device as shown in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application. The computer device 500 is a server, or a cluster of servers. The server may be an independent server, or may be a cloud server that provides cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communications, middleware services, domain name services, security services, content delivery networks (Content Delivery Network, CDN), and basic cloud computing services such as big data and artificial intelligence platforms.
Referring to fig. 4, the computer apparatus 500 includes a processor 502, a memory, and a network interface 505, which are connected by a device bus 501, wherein the memory may include a storage medium 503 and an internal memory 504.
The storage medium 503 may store an operating system 5031 and a computer program 5032. The computer program 5032, when executed, may cause the processor 502 to perform a case data fixing method based on quick identification.
The processor 502 is used to provide computing and control capabilities to support the operation of the overall computer device 500.
The internal memory 504 provides an environment for the execution of a computer program 5032 in the storage medium 503, which computer program 5032, when executed by the processor 502, causes the processor 502 to perform a case data certification processing method based on quick-action recognition.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiment of the computer device shown in fig. 4 is not limiting of the specific construction of the computer device, and in other embodiments, the computer device may include more or less components than those shown, or certain components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. For example, in some embodiments, the computer device may include only a memory and a processor, and in such embodiments, the structure and function of the memory and the processor are consistent with the embodiment shown in fig. 4, and will not be described again.
It should be appreciated that in an embodiment of the application, the processor 502 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), the processor 502 may also be other general purpose processors, digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSPs), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASICs), off-the-shelf programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGAs) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or the like. Wherein the general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
In another embodiment of the application, a computer-readable storage medium is provided. The computer readable storage medium may be a nonvolatile computer readable storage medium or a volatile computer readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium stores a computer program, wherein the computer program realizes the case data fixed certificate processing method based on quick identification disclosed by the embodiment of the application when being executed by a processor.
It will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, specific working procedures of the apparatus, device and unit described above may refer to corresponding procedures in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not repeated herein. Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in electronic hardware, in computer software, or in a combination of the two, and that the elements and steps of the examples have been generally described in terms of function in the foregoing description to clearly illustrate the interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
In the several embodiments provided by the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus, device and method may be implemented in other manners. Claims (10)

if the summarized auditing result is determined to be an auditing passing result, acquiring document configuration data corresponding to the to-be-audited case data, and generating notice data based on the to-be-audited case data and the document configuration data;
if the notice data is confirmed to pass the internal verification, the notice data is sent to a case quick terminal;
the responding to the data fixed certificate instruction, obtaining the corresponding case delivery data and carrying out fixed certificate storage comprises the following steps:
acquiring first type terminal information of a first type user terminal corresponding to the data fixing instruction;
if the first type of terminal information is the recorded terminal information, acquiring case delivery data sent by the first type of user terminal;
