As shown in fig. 2 and 6, a sealing block 28 is arranged inside the movable opening, the sealing block 28 completely seals the movable opening, an inclined surface is arranged on the lower portion of one side of the sealing block 28 close to the wattmeter 3, a triangular block 29 corresponding to the sealing block 28 is fixedly installed on the lower portion of one side of the wattmeter 3 close to the sealing block 28, when the wattmeter 3 moves towards the inside of the casing 2, the triangular block 29 is driven to move along with the inclined surface, the inclined surface is matched to abut against the sealing block 28 to enable the sealing block 28 to ascend, finally, the sealing block 28 leaves the movable opening and is pushed to the rear of the movable opening, the movable opening can be sealed through the sealing block 28, so that the phenomenon that external moist air is prevented from being combined with dust to form an ash layer in the movable opening is avoided, the condition that the vertical plate 5 descends is influenced, the vertical plate 5 can smoothly leave the casing 2 along with the lead 30, and the lead 30 can be better protected.
The working principle is as follows: when the electric power meter is used, when a short circuit in the electric power meter 3 catches fire, the limiting wire 24 is blown, so that the limitation on the electric power meter 3 is cancelled, the third spring 19 in a compressed state releases acting force to drive the T-shaped rod 16, the mounting shell 17 and the clamping plate 18 to move in the direction away from the electric power meter 3, the clamping plate 18 is matched with the embedded groove to pull the electric power meter 3 towards the shell 2, the electric power meter 3 drives the sliding block 6, the vertical plate 5, the top plate 8 and the wiring bolt 4 to move along with the sliding block 6, the vertical plate 5, the top plate 8 and the wiring bolt 4, the conducting wire 30 moves along the wire passing opening 10, when the vertical plate 5 moves to the movable opening, the vertical plate 5 can descend along the movable opening, the first spring 7 in a compressed state releases acting force to drive the sliding block 6 and the vertical plate 5 to descend along the movable opening, the vertical plate 5 is matched with the teeth 26 to drive the wiring bolt 4 to rotate reversely, so that the wiring bolt 4 moves in the direction away from the electric power meter 3 and moves outwards, the connection of a lead 30 is cancelled, the top of the lead 30 can move into the movable opening along with the descending of the vertical plate 5, the lead 30 can leave the inside of the shell 2, the vertical plate 5 drives the top plate 8 to descend, finally, the top plate 8 is attached to the bottom wall of the shell 2, the wire passing opening 10 and the movable opening are sealed, meanwhile, the electric power meter 3 extrudes the button 14 to open the starting electromagnetic valve 13, compressed carbon dioxide gas in the cavity 11 carries dry powder extinguishing agent to be sprayed outwards through the spraying opening, at the moment, the access opening at the top of the electric power meter 3 is aligned with the spraying opening, the dry powder extinguishing agent sprayed by the spraying opening enters the inside of the electric power meter 3 through the access opening, the fire extinguishing of the electric power meter 3 is realized, the lead 30 and the electric power meter 3 are separated, the lead 30 is taken out of the shell 2, the lead 30 can be protected, and the lead 30 is prevented from being burnt too much in the process of fire extinguishing, further, the electric power meter 3 is burnt to the external connection equipment along the lead 30, so that the protection effect can be improved, and finally, the fire extinguishing of the electric power meter 3 is realized, when the electric power meter 3 enters the shell 2, the closing plate 27 rotates downwards due to gravity, the front side of the shell 2 is closed, the top plate 8 closes the wire passing port 10 at the moment, when the top plate 8 is attached to the bottom wall of the shell 2, the whole wire passing port 10 can be closed by the top plate 8, the wire passing port 10 and the front side of the shell 2 are closed through the matching of the top plate 8 and the closing plate 27, the whole electric power meter 3 is closed in the shell 2, the external air can be isolated, the air is prevented from entering the shell 2, the fire extinguishing can be facilitated, when the electric power meter 3 moves towards the shell 2, the triangular block 29 is driven to move along with the electric power meter, the matching inclined plane abuts against the closing block 28 to enable the lifting, and finally, the closing block 28 leaves the movable opening and is pushed to the rear part of the movable opening, the movable opening can be sealed through the sealing block 28, so that the phenomenon that external moist air is combined with dust to form a dust layer in the movable opening can be avoided, the descending of the vertical plate 5 is influenced, the vertical plate 5 can be ensured to bring the wire 30 to smoothly leave the shell 2, the wire 30 can be better protected, when the electric power meter 3 is required to be broken down and needs to be maintained and replaced, the round block 22 is pulled to drive the clamping plate 18 to descend through the pull rope 21, so that the clamping plate 18 is compressed to deform to generate acting force, meanwhile, the clamping plate 18 leaves the embedded groove, the connection to the electric power meter 3 is cancelled, the electric power meter 3 can be taken down, the first spring 7 in a compressed state releases the acting force to drive the sliding block 6 and the vertical plate 5 to descend, the matching teeth 26 drives the wiring bolt 4 to reversely rotate, the wiring bolt 4 moves towards the direction far away from the electric power meter 3, the outward movement is cancelled, and the connection to the wire 30 is cancelled, the lead 30 can be separated from the vertical plate 5, then the lead 30 passes through the through hole 9 of the vertical plate 5 on the new power meter 3, the top of the lead 30 is positioned behind the wiring bolt 4, the top plate 8 is shifted to drive the vertical plate 5 to ascend, the wiring bolt 4 is driven to rotate forward by matching with the teeth 26, otherwise, the wiring bolt 4 can move close to the power meter 3, the top of the lead 30 is clamped and fixed, the connection between the lead 30 and the power meter 3 is realized, meanwhile, the vertical plate 5 drives the sliding block 6 to ascend to compress the first spring 7 to deform to generate acting force, then, the power meter 3 is placed in the shell 2, the bottom of the vertical plate 5 is butted with the bottom wall of the shell 2, then, the hook 25 is connected with the fixing cylinder 23 and then butted against the butting rod 20, make it drive T shape pole 16 and installation shell 17 to the direction motion that is close to electric power meter 3, compression third spring 19 makes its deformation produce the effort simultaneously, thereby it makes the inclined plane contradict with the draw-in groove roof to drive the cardboard 18 motion thereupon, make cardboard 18 extrude to make its decline compression second spring make its deformation produce the effort, move to and align with the embedded groove when cardboard 18, second spring release effort drives cardboard 18 and rises and enter into the embedded groove this moment, realize being connected with electric power meter 3, third spring 19 is in compression state this moment, realize the quick installation to electric power meter 3, make the cooperation that need not through screw and instrument can accomplish the quick installation to electric power meter 3.
