port enters the inside of the electric power meter 3 through the access port, the fire extinguishing of the electric power meter 3 is realized, the wire 30 is separated from the electric power meter 3, the wire 30 is taken out of the shell 2, the wire 30 can be protected, and the wire 30 is prevented from being burnt due to the excessive fire, further, the electric power meter 3 is burnt to the external connection equipment along the lead 30, so that the protection effect can be improved, and finally, the fire extinguishing of the electric power meter 3 is realized, when the electric power meter 3 enters the shell 2, the closing plate 27 rotates downwards due to gravity, the front side of the shell 2 is closed, the top plate 8 closes the wire passing port 10 at the moment, when the top plate 8 is attached to the bottom wall of the shell 2, the whole wire passing port 10 can be closed by the top plate 8, the wire passing port 10 and the front side of the shell 2 are closed through 30 can be better protected, when the electric power meter 3 needs to be repaired and replaced due to the fact that a fault occurs, the round block 22 is pulled to drive the clamping plate 18 to descend through the pull rope 21, the clamping plate 18 is compressed to deform to generate acting force, meanwhile, the clamping plate 18 leaves the embedded groove, connection to the electric power
