As shown in fig. 1 to 18, the fire-proof window comprises an outer frame 10 fixed on a wall body, a window frame 2 installed in the outer frame, a fire-proof cotton material layer 1 filled between the wall body and the outer frame, a windowsill 3 arranged at the bottom of the window frame and positioned outside the wall body, a window eave 4 arranged at the top of the window frame and positioned outside the wall body, a dust cover 5 arranged at one side of the window eave, a stopping component 6 fixed on the window eave and positioned in the dust cover, a fixed window body 9 and a movable window body 8 respectively installed at two sides of the window frame, and a locking device 7 with the bottom inserted in the fixed window body; the stopping component 6 comprises a bottom plate 61 arranged at the bottom of the window eave and positioned in the dust cover, a positioning ring 62 arranged on the bottom plate, a main supporting rod 63 and a secondary supporting rod 65 respectively arranged at two sides of the bottom plate, and a connecting rod component 64 used for connecting the main supporting rod and the secondary supporting rod; the bottom plate 61 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 611, auxiliary sleeve columns 612, a partition plate 613 and hinge columns 614; the bottom plate is positioned at one side of the window eave close to the fixed window body; the window eave is fixed on the wall through the mounting hole; the bottom plate is hinged with the main supporting rod and the auxiliary supporting rod through two hinge posts respectively; the positioning ring is positioned right below the main supporting rod, and the auxiliary sleeve column is positioned right above the auxiliary supporting rod; the partition plate is positioned at the side of the auxiliary sleeve column or the positioning ring; the positioning ring comprises a sleeve column 621 arranged on the bottom plate, a sleeve ring 622 sleeved in the sleeve column and a fixing head 623 vertically arranged in the sleeve column; a plurality of barrier strips 6211 are arranged on the sleeve column; the lantern ring is positioned at the outer side of the barrier strip; the sleeve column is provided with a vertical hole 6212; the fixing head is inserted into the vertical hole; the fixing head is positioned in the sleeve ring; a first baffle 6221 and a second baffle 6222 are arranged on the lantern ring, and the first baffle is positioned below the side of the fixed head; the second flap side contacts the side of the uppermost barrier strip.
The movable window body 8 is provided with a common fire window closing device in the market, when a fire disaster occurs outside the window, the window closing device automatically works to close the movable window body, and the window closing device is in the prior art and is not shown in the attached drawing of the specification; when the fixed window 9 is used daily, the fixed window 9 cannot be opened due to the action of the locking device 7, and when a fire disaster occurs in a room, the locking device 7 automatically unlocks the fixed window 9, and simultaneously controls the main support rod 63 to rotate around the hinge post 614 until being blocked by the partition plate 613 and in a vertical state, the connecting rod assembly 64 rotates along with the main support rod and drives the auxiliary support rod 65 to rotate to the vertical state, the shape of the positioning ring 62 is as shown in fig. 8, four blocking strips 6211 are uniformly distributed on the surface of the sleeve post 621, and the positioning ring is used for rotating around the axle center of the sleeve post 621 when the sleeve ring 622 rotates so as to enhance the movement stability; the main supporting rod 63 contacts the first baffle 6221 when rotating, drives the sleeve ring 622 to rotate so that the sleeve ring 622 is not supported at the bottom of the fixing head 623 any more, the bottom of the fixing head 623 falls into the main supporting rod 63 under the action of gravity, the main supporting rod 63 is fixed and cannot move, and a resident can move to one side of the fixed window 9 through the cooperation of the main supporting rod 63, the auxiliary supporting rod 65 and the windowsill 3 and keep a certain distance with a wall body, so that the resident is prevented from being burnt by flame sprayed out of the window or is prevented from being scalded by high-temperature heat radiation.
The main supporting rod 63 is provided with a first slide rail 631, a traction groove 632, a through groove 633, a first supporting block 636, a first connecting hole 638 and a supporting groove 639 in sequence from left to right; a push rod 634 is arranged in the through groove; a handle 635 is hinged to the tail end of the ejector rod; a bump 637 is arranged on the first support block; the link assembly 64 includes a first link 641 having both ends connected to the main support bar and the auxiliary support bar 65, a second link 642 having both ends connected to the main support bar and the auxiliary support bar, respectively, and an intermediate link 643 having both ends rotatably connected to the first link and the second link, respectively; a sliding groove 6421 is formed in the second connecting rod; the first slideway is communicated with the through groove; the traction groove is positioned at the outer side of the first slideway; the handle is hinged with the main supporting rod; the main supporting rod is hinged with the second connecting rod through a first connecting hole; one end of the middle connecting rod is arranged in the chute; the main support bar is in contact with the locking means 7 via brackets.
As shown in fig. 9 and 11, in the structure of the main supporting rod 63 and the connecting rod assembly 64, in the process that the main supporting rod 63 rotates to be in a vertical state, the sleeve column 621 moves to be right above the through groove 633 along the first slide way 631, the first baffle 6221 contacts the traction groove 632 and rotates until the second baffle 6222 is blocked by the baffle bar 6211, the first baffle is blocked into the traction groove 631 under the inertia effect, the inner surface of the traction groove is coated with rubber, and the sleeve ring 622 can be driven to move when the main supporting rod 63 moves; the ejector rod 634 slides to the bottom of the through groove 633 under the action of gravity, the fixing head 623 falls into the through groove 633 along the vertical hole 6212, the upper part of the fixing head 623 is still positioned in the vertical hole 6212, the position of the main supporting rod 63 is fixed, and the auxiliary supporting rod 65 moves along with the main supporting rod 63 under the cooperation of the connecting rod assembly 64; after the fire is over, the handle 635 is pulled to drive the ejector rod 634 to move upwards along the through groove 633, so that the fixing head 623 is ejected from the through groove 633; the main supporting rod 63 is lifted up to be fixed to be in a horizontal state again by the locking device 7, the traction groove 632 drives the lantern ring to rotate in the moving process, the lantern ring 622 is supported on the bottom of the fixing head 623 again until the second blocking piece 6222 is blocked by the blocking strip 6211, and the traction groove 632 and the lantern ring 622 are tripped when the main supporting rod 63 continues to move, so that the positioning ring 62 is reset.
The auxiliary supporting rod 65 includes a second connection hole 651, a supporting groove 652, a second slide 653, and an inner supporting rod 654; the inner support rod is provided with a support block 6544, a second support block 6542 and a third connecting hole 6541 in sequence from left to right; two cylindrical rods 6543 are arranged on the second supporting block; two sides of the windowsill 3 are respectively provided with a clothes-horse 31, a supporting plate 32 and a sliding rail 33; the supporting plate is provided with two cylindrical holes 321, a through groove 322 and a sliding groove 323 buckled with the sliding rail; the inner support rod is inserted into the auxiliary support rod; the supporting block is positioned in the supporting groove; the auxiliary supporting rod is hinged with the first connecting rod 641 through a second connecting hole; the auxiliary supporting rod is hinged with the second connecting rod 642 through a third connecting hole; the second slideway is positioned at the left side of the connection point of the auxiliary supporting rod and the bottom plate 61; the windowsill is connected with the supporting plate in a sliding way through a sliding rail; the shape and size of the groove and the bump 637 are complementary; the diameter of the cylindrical hole is equal to that of the cylindrical rod.
The auxiliary supporting rod 65 is in the shape of a supporting plate as shown in fig. 5 and 12, and the auxiliary sleeve column 612 is embedded into the second slideway 653 when the supporting rod 65 moves to support the auxiliary supporting rod; two ends of the second connecting rod 642 are respectively supported at the bottoms of the main supporting rod 63 and the inner supporting rod 65, and two ends of the first connecting rod 641 are respectively hinged at the middle parts of the strokes of the two supporting rods; the second link 642 is provided with a chute 6421, and the first link 641 is connected with the second link 642 through an intermediate link 643, so that the two support rods can smoothly move to the end of the stroke; the inner support blocks 6544 are used to provide tension to the inner support bar 651; when the main supporting rod 63 and the auxiliary supporting rod 65 drop down, the supporting plate 32 is pushed along the direction of the sliding rail 33 to move transversely to the first supporting block 636 and the second supporting block 6542, the cylindrical rod 6543 is embedded into the cylindrical hole 321, the protruding block 637 is embedded into the groove 322, and the supporting plate 32 is kept stable between the two supporting rods, so that the stability is improved, and the safety of the householder is protected.
The locking device 7 comprises a latch assembly 71, a switch assembly 72 located at the side of the latch assembly, a fuse assembly 73 fixed to the window frame 2 and located in the room; the window frame is provided with a mounting groove 21 communicated with the fusing component; a chute 22 is arranged on one side of the mounting groove, which is close to the bolt assembly; a vertical groove 23 is arranged on one surface of the window frame, which is positioned outside the room; the bolt assembly comprises a first bolt 711 with one end positioned in a bracket 639, a first spring 712 welded at the tail part of the first bolt, a second bolt 713 inserted at the top of the fixed window 9, and a second spring 714 fixed at the bottom of the second bolt; a slot 7111 and a push block 7112 are arranged on one side of the first bolt, which is close to the switch component; the bolt component and the switch component are positioned in the mounting groove; the vertical groove is communicated with the mounting groove; the fusing component is connected with the switch component; the switch component is contacted with the push block; the fusing component is connected with the first bolt through the slot; the second bolt is located below the first spring.
As shown in fig. 14, the top of one end of the first latch 711 embedded in the bracket 639 is a plane, and the bottom is a cambered surface, so that the first latch 711 can stably support the main support 63, and the main support is not blocked from moving when being reset; in daily use, the fusing component 73 is inserted into the slot 7111, and because the fusing component is fixed on the window frame 2, the first bolt 711 cannot move, and the second bolt 713 is inserted between the window frame 2 and the fixed window 9, so that the fixed window cannot be opened when the switch component is moved, the main support rod cannot move, and two ends of the second spring 714 are respectively welded and fixed on the second bolt 713 and the fixed window 9; the second bolt is shown in figure 14, both ends of the top of the second bolt are provided with arcs, and the arc near the outdoor end is small, so that the second bolt can be clamped between the window frame 2 and the fixed window body 9; when a fire breaks out, the fusing assembly 73 cuts off the connection with the switch assembly 72 and the first bolt 711, and at this time, an outdoor fire fighter pushes the switch assembly 72, or a resident pulls the switch assembly from the room, the first bolt 711 can move laterally in the indoor direction, so that the end of the main supporting rod 63 loses support and rotates, and meanwhile, the first bolt extrudes the second bolt 713 to retract into the fixed window 9, so that the fixed window 9 is opened, and the resident can escape.
The switch assembly 72 comprises a first rod 721 inserted in the vertical groove 23, a second rod 722 slidably connected with the first rod, two limiting plates 724 sleeved on the second rod, and a limiting spring 723 fixed between the two limiting plates; the first rod piece is provided with a connecting plate 7211 and a connecting hole 7214; one end of the connecting plate is provided with a guide rod 7212; the other end of the connecting plate is hinged with a clamping block 7213; a first convex ring 7221, a second convex ring 7222 and a stranded rope 7223 are sequentially arranged on the second rod piece along the direction close to the indoor space; the two limiting sheets are positioned between the connecting plate and the second convex ring; the twisted rope is positioned indoors; the first convex ring is positioned in the connecting hole; the guide rod slides in the chute 22; the bottom of the clamping block is contacted with the pushing block 7112.
As shown in fig. 15 and 17, in the shape of the switch assembly 72, in daily use, the fuse assembly 73 presses the two limiting pieces 724, the limiting spring 723 is in a compressed state, the second collar 7222 and the connecting plate 7211 only contact the fuse assembly 73 and do not contact the limiting pieces 724, and the first rod 721 and the second rod 722 cannot move; when a fire disaster occurs, the fusing component 73 is separated from the limiting sheet 724, the clamping block 7213 moves to one side of the push block 7112, which is close to the outside, under the action of the elastic force of the limiting spring 723, the first rod 721 extends out of the window frame 2 to move outdoors, the second rod 722 moves indoors, at the moment, the first rod 721 is pushed or the hinge rope 7223 is pulled to move indoors, the clamping block 7213 pushes the push block 7112 to move indoors, the first plug 711 is driven to be separated from the bracket 639, the second plug 713 is retracted into the fixed window 9, during resetting, the first rod 721 is continuously pushed or the hinge rope 7223 is pulled, the guide rod 7212 is obliquely lifted along the chute 22, the clamping block is separated from the push block, and the first plug 711 is reset under the action of the first spring 712.
The fusing assembly 73 comprises a shell 731 which is positioned indoors and is fixed on the window frame 2 through threaded connection, a trigger spring 732 which is fixed in the shell, a locking claw 733 which is fixed at one end of the trigger spring, a fuse 734 which is fixed in the shell at one end, and a resistance sheet 735 which is fixed at the other end of the fuse; the locking claw is provided with two gear shaping 7331 and one inserting block 7332; the blocking piece passes through the starting spring and abuts against the side face of the locking claw; the one gear shaping is located between the connection plate 7211 and one restriction piece 724 corresponding to the connection plate; the other gear shaping is located between the second convex ring 7222 and one limiting piece corresponding to the connecting plate; the insert is embedded in the slot 7111.
The fuse 734 is commercially available, when the temperature exceeds 90 °, the junction of the fuse 734 and the blocking piece 735 is melted and disconnected, the locking claw 733 moves laterally under the action of the tension force of the trigger spring 732, the gear shaping 7331 is separated from contact with the switch component 72, and the inserting block 7332 is withdrawn from the slot 7111, so that the window escape can be performed.
Further, the main supporting rod 63 and the auxiliary supporting rod 65 are provided with a plurality of safety ropes 11, and a person can fasten the safety ropes 11 to ensure self safety after moving to the supporting plate 32.
An installation method for installing a fire window, comprising the steps of:
a. preparation of window frame 2, fixed window 9, movable window 8 and outer frame 10: manufacturing a window frame and an outer frame which are required to be assembled according to a design drawing, respectively assembling a locking device 7 and a stopping assembly 6, performing routine inspection, and performing preliminary cleaning after the inspection meets the requirements;
b. pretreatment of the window frame 2 and the outer frame 10: cleaning up the window hole of a wall body provided with a window in advance, filling a fireproof cotton material layer 1 in the window hole, positioning and placing an outer frame, positioning and drilling holes between the outer frame and the window hole, and cleaning up scraps on the outer frame after drilling holes;
c. installing a window frame: cleaning the outer wall surface of the window hole, and coating silicone adhesive on the position, corresponding to the outer frame, in the outer frame obtained in the step b; mounting the docking assembly to the window frame with the primary and secondary support bars maintained in an upright position; then hoisting the window frame into the outer frame from the outdoor by using a tower crane and fixedly mounting the window frame, enabling the window eave 4 to be tightly attached to the outer wall surface, fixing the bottom plate 61 and the window eave on the wall surface by using fastening bolts at the mounting holes 611, and then fixing the window frame on the outer frame by using a conventional means;
d. the movable window 8 and the fixed window 9 are installed, namely the movable window with the hollow glass arranged in advance is arranged in a corresponding window of the window frame 2, the movable window is fixed on the window frame by using a commercially available hinge, and the opening direction of the movable window is outwards; then, the fixed window body preloaded with the hollow glass is arranged at the corresponding position of the window frame in the same way as the movable window body;
e. mounting locking device 7: mounting a first bolt 711 and a first spring 712 at corresponding positions of the mounting groove 21, embedding a second bolt 713 and a second spring 714 into the fixed window 9 obtained in the step d, and closing the fixed window to enable the second bolt to extend from the bottom of the mounting groove to the position below the first spring; penetrating the switch assembly 72 into the mounting groove, enabling the stranded rope 7223 to extend out of the mounting groove, enabling the clamping block 7213 to fall onto the pushing block 7112, pulling the stranded rope until the switch assembly moves upwards, pushing the first bolt to enable the pushing block 711 to move to one end, close to the indoor space, of the clamping block, and loosening the stranded rope and the bolt to enable the stranded rope and the bolt to reset; pulling the handle 632 to rotate the bracket 639 over the first latch; placing the locking claw 733 at the working position, and fixing the fuse assembly housing 73 outside the mounting groove;
f. sealing; silicone adhesive is uniformly coated at the contact position of the locking device 7 and the window frame 2 and the contact position of the outer frame 10 and the window frame 2; the commercially available pinch strips with beveled edges are used to pinch the fixed window 9 against the window frame, and the movable window 8 against the window frame, and the pinch strips 3 are fixed to the inner edges of the window frame.
The working flow of the fire window in the invention is as follows: ventilation is carried out through the movable window 8 during daily use; the movable window 8 is automatically closed to protect the indoor when a fire occurs outdoors; when a fire breaks in the room, the connection part of the fuse 734 and the blocking piece 735 is melted and disconnected, the gear shaping 7331 is separated from the switch component 72, the inserting block 7332 is withdrawn from the inserting groove 7111, the clamping block 7213 moves to one side of the pushing block 7112 close to the outside under the action of the elasticity of the limiting spring 723, the first rod 721 extends out of the window frame 2 to move outdoors, the second rod 722 moves indoors, at the moment, the first rod 721 is pushed or the holding twisted rope 7223 is pulled, the clamping block 7213 pushes the pushing block 7112 to move indoors, the first bolt 711 is driven to be separated from the supporting groove 639, the second bolt 713 is retracted into the fixed window body 9, the first latch 711 moves horizontally in the indoor direction, so that the end of the main supporting rod 63 loses support and rotates, and simultaneously the first latch extrudes the second latch 713 to retract into the fixed window 9, so that the fixed window 9 is opened, the main supporting rod 63 and the auxiliary supporting rod 65 rotate to the vertical state, the supporting plate 32 is pushed to move horizontally in the sliding rail 33 direction to the first supporting block 636 and the second supporting block 6542, the cylindrical rod 6543 is embedded in the cylindrical hole 321, the convex block 637 is embedded in the groove 322, the supporting plate 32 is kept stable between the two supporting rods, and a person moves to the supporting plate and fixes himself with the safety rope 11, waiting for rescue.

2. A mounting method for mounting the fire window of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
a. preparing a window frame (2), a fixed window (9), a movable window (8) and an outer frame (10): manufacturing a window frame and an outer frame which are required to be assembled according to a design drawing, respectively assembling a locking device (7) and a stopping assembly (6), performing routine inspection, and performing preliminary cleaning after the inspection meets the requirements;
b. pretreatment of window frames (2) and outer frames (10): cleaning up the window hole of a wall body provided with a window in advance, filling a fireproof cotton material layer (1) in the window hole, positioning and placing an outer frame, positioning and drilling holes between the outer frame and the window hole, and cleaning up scraps on the outer frame after drilling holes;
c. installing a window frame: cleaning the outer wall surface of the window hole, and coating silicone adhesive on the position, corresponding to the outer frame, in the outer frame obtained in the step b; mounting the docking assembly to the window frame with the primary and secondary support bars maintained in an upright position; then hoisting the window frame into the outer frame from the outside by using a tower crane and fixedly mounting the window frame, enabling the window eave (4) to be clung to the outer wall surface, fixing the bottom plate (61) and the window eave on the wall surface by using fastening bolts at mounting holes (611), and then fixing the window frame on the outer frame by using a conventional means;
d. the movable window (8) and the fixed window (9) are arranged in the corresponding window of the window frame (2), and the movable window is fixed on the window frame by using a commercially available hinge, and the opening direction of the movable window is outwards; then, the fixed window body preloaded with the hollow glass is arranged at the corresponding position of the window frame in the same way as the movable window body;
e. mounting locking means (7): the first bolt (711) and the first spring (712) are installed on the corresponding position of the installation groove (21), the second bolt (713) and the second spring (714) are embedded in the fixed window (9) obtained in the step d, and the fixed window is closed to enable the second bolt to extend out of the bottom of the installation groove to the position below the first spring; penetrating the switch assembly (72) into the mounting groove, enabling the stranded rope (7223) to extend out of the mounting groove, enabling the clamping block (7213) to fall onto the pushing block (7112), pulling the stranded rope until the switch assembly moves upwards, pushing the first bolt to enable the pushing block (7112) to move to one end, close to the indoor space, of the clamping block, and loosening the stranded rope and the bolt to enable the stranded rope and the bolt to reset; pulling the handle (635) to rotate the bracket (639) over the first detent; placing the locking claw (733) at the working position, and fixing the fusing assembly shell (731) outside the mounting groove;
f. sealing; uniformly coating silicone adhesive at the contact position of the locking device (7) and the window frame (2) and the contact position of the outer frame (10) and the window frame (2); the commercially available compaction strip with the bevel edge is used for compacting the fixed window body (9) and the window frame, the movable window body (8) and the window frame, and the compaction strip is fixed on the inner edge of the window frame.
