The magnesium core three-dimensional board according to claim 4, wherein the magnesium core substrate layer (6) is made of raw materials comprising the following parts by weight: 50-70 parts of silica fume, 45-60 parts of magnesium oxide, 30-40 parts of magnesium sulfide, 4-7 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 11-15 parts of calcined kaolin, 5-8 parts of borax, 8-10 parts of nano rubber powder, 14-20 parts of polyacrylamide, 5-7 parts of aluminum potassium sulfate, 11-14 parts of foaming agent, 11-12 parts of foam stabilizer, 15-20 parts of tackifier and 30-50 parts of water.
6. The manufacturing process of the magnesium core three-dimensional board according to claim 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, weighing silica fume, magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfide, desulfurized gypsum, calcined kaolin, borax, nanometer rubber powder, polyacrylamide, aluminum potassium sulfate, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, a tackifier and water in required proportion;
s2, mixing the raw materials in the step S1, heating and uniformly stirring to form mixed slurry;
s3, putting the mixed slurry in the S2 into a mold, and curing for 15-20h:
s4, after fixation and demolding, placing the magnesium core substrate layer at an appropriate temperature and maintaining for 7-10 days under an appropriate humidity condition to obtain the magnesium core substrate layer (6):
s5, overlapping the outer plate (1), the peculiar smell removing layer (9), the flame retardant cloth layer (3), the polymerized polyphenyl plate layer (4) and the heat insulation aluminum foil layer (5) on the magnesium core substrate layer (6), and carrying out adhesive bonding and fixing under the pressing of a press by using an adhesive;
and S, coating a wall adhesive layer (7) on the back surface of the magnesium core substrate layer (6), and attaching a release film layer (8) to form the magnesium core three-dimensional board.
7. The magnesium-core three-dimensional board and the manufacturing process thereof according to claim 6, wherein the temperature in the step S4 is 30-35 ℃ and the relative humidity is 60-80%.
8. The magnesium core three-dimensional board and the manufacturing process thereof according to claim 7, wherein the press pressure in the step S5 is 0.1MPa.
