Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the magnesium core three-dimensional board and the manufacturing process thereof are convenient to use and simple in structure, the arranged peculiar smell removing layer can purify air, the air quality is effectively improved, and the magnesium core three-dimensional board is prevented from being bitten by insects, the heat preservation and insulation layer comprises the flame retardant cloth layer, the polyphenyl board layer and the heat insulation aluminum foil layer, the flame retardant capability of the magnesium core three-dimensional board can be improved through the flame retardant cloth layer, the waterproof and fireproof capabilities of the board can be improved through the arranged polyphenyl board layer, the heat insulation copper foil layer improves the heat insulation capability of the magnesium core three-dimensional board, and the magnesium core three-dimensional board can be conveniently and fixedly bonded on a wall body through the wall bonding layer; the magnesium core substrate layer is composed of silica fume, magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfide, desulfurized gypsum, calcined kaolin, borax, nanometer rubber powder, polyacrylamide, aluminum potassium sulfate, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, a tackifier and water, and has the advantages of environmental protection, light weight, high strength, good fireproof and heat-insulating properties.

Referring to fig. 1-2, a magnesium core three-dimensional board and a manufacturing process thereof include an outer board 1, a peculiar smell removing layer 9 is fixedly bonded on the back surface of the outer board 1, a heat preservation and insulation layer 2 is fixedly bonded at the bottom of the peculiar smell removing layer 9, the heat preservation and insulation layer 2 includes a flame retardant cloth layer 3, a poly-benzene board layer 4 and a heat insulation aluminum foil layer 5, a magnesium core substrate layer 6 is fixedly bonded at the bottom end of the heat preservation and insulation layer 2, a wall-bonding glue layer 7 is coated on the bottom end surface of the magnesium core substrate layer 6, and a release film layer 8 is arranged at the bottom of the wall-bonding glue layer 7.
Wherein, the outer plate 1 adopts an inorganic calcium silicate panel or a decorative metal plate.
Wherein the peculiar smell removing layer 1 is a surface cloth layer which is made by weaving bamboo charcoal fiber warps and wool fiber wefts in a mixed manner, and the outer surface of the surface cloth layer is coated with flame retardant paint.
Wherein, fire-retardant cloth layer 3 adopts SM fire prevention cloth.
The magnesium core substrate layer 6 is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of silica fume, 60 parts of magnesium oxide, 40 parts of magnesium sulfide, 7 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 15 parts of calcined kaolin, 58 parts of borax, 10 parts of nano rubber powder, 20 parts of polyacrylamide, 7 parts of potassium aluminum sulfate, 14 parts of foaming agent, 12 parts of foam stabilizer, 15 parts of tackifier and 30 parts of water.
A manufacturing process of a magnesium core three-dimensional board comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing silica fume, magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfide, desulfurized gypsum, calcined kaolin, borax, nano rubber powder, polyacrylamide, aluminum potassium sulfate, foaming agent, foam stabilizer, tackifier and water in required proportion;
s2, mixing the raw materials in the step S1, heating and uniformly stirring to form mixed slurry;
s3, putting the mixed slurry in the S2 into a mold, and curing for 15-20h:
s4, after fixing and demolding, placing the magnesium core substrate layer at an appropriate temperature and maintaining for 7-10 days under an appropriate humidity condition to obtain a magnesium core substrate layer 6:
s5, overlapping the outer plate 1, the peculiar smell removing layer 9, the flame retardant cloth layer 3, the polymerized polyphenyl plate layer 4 and the heat insulation aluminum foil layer 5 on the magnesium core substrate layer 6, and carrying out adhesive bonding and fixing under the pressing of a press by using an adhesive;
and S, coating a wall adhesive layer 7 on the back of the magnesium core substrate layer 6, and attaching a release film layer 8 to form the magnesium core three-dimensional board.
Wherein the temperature in the step S4 is 30-35 ℃, and the relative humidity is 60-80%.
Wherein the pressure of the press in the step S5 is 0.1MPa.
Example 2
The difference from example 1 is that: the magnesium core substrate layer 6 is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of silica fume, 55 parts of magnesium oxide, 30 parts of magnesium sulfide, 6 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 12 parts of calcined kaolin, 6 parts of borax, 9 parts of nano rubber powder, 16 parts of polyacrylamide, 5 parts of potassium aluminum sulfate, 12 parts of foaming agent, 12 parts of foam stabilizer, 17 parts of tackifier and 45 parts of water.
Example 3
The difference from example 1 is that: the magnesium core substrate layer 6 is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of silica fume, 60 parts of magnesium oxide, 40 parts of magnesium sulfide, 7 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 15 parts of calcined kaolin, 8 parts of borax, 10 parts of nano rubber powder, 20 parts of polyacrylamide, 7 parts of potassium aluminum sulfate, 14 parts of foaming agent, 12 parts of foam stabilizer, 20 parts of tackifier and 50 parts of water.

The magnesium core three-dimensional board according to claim 4, wherein the magnesium core substrate layer (6) is made of raw materials comprising the following parts by weight: 50-70 parts of silica fume, 45-60 parts of magnesium oxide, 30-40 parts of magnesium sulfide, 4-7 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 11-15 parts of calcined kaolin, 5-8 parts of borax, 8-10 parts of nano rubber powder, 14-20 parts of polyacrylamide, 5-7 parts of aluminum potassium sulfate, 11-14 parts of foaming agent, 11-12 parts of foam stabilizer, 15-20 parts of tackifier and 30-50 parts of water.
6. The manufacturing process of the magnesium core three-dimensional board according to claim 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, weighing silica fume, magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfide, desulfurized gypsum, calcined kaolin, borax, nanometer rubber powder, polyacrylamide, aluminum potassium sulfate, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer, a tackifier and water in required proportion;
s2, mixing the raw materials in the step S1, heating and uniformly stirring to form mixed slurry;
s3, putting the mixed slurry in the S2 into a mold, and curing for 15-20h:
s4, after fixation and demolding, placing the magnesium core substrate layer at an appropriate temperature and maintaining for 7-10 days under an appropriate humidity condition to obtain the magnesium core substrate layer (6):
s5, overlapping the outer plate (1), the peculiar smell removing layer (9), the flame retardant cloth layer (3), the polymerized polyphenyl plate layer (4) and the heat insulation aluminum foil layer (5) on the magnesium core substrate layer (6), and carrying out adhesive bonding and fixing under the pressing of a press by using an adhesive;
and S, coating a wall adhesive layer (7) on the back surface of the magnesium core substrate layer (6), and attaching a release film layer (8) to form the magnesium core three-dimensional board.
7. The magnesium-core three-dimensional board and the manufacturing process thereof according to claim 6, wherein the temperature in the step S4 is 30-35 ℃ and the relative humidity is 60-80%.
8. The magnesium core three-dimensional board and the manufacturing process thereof according to claim 7, wherein the press pressure in the step S5 is 0.1MPa.
