The next generation refrigerant should have zero ODP, low GWP, according to the relevant protocols. The heat potential values (GWP is more than or equal to 1300) of the refrigerants such as HFCs refrigerant R134A, 410A, R a, R404A and R407C which are widely applied to the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry at present are very high, so that a substitute working medium with excellent environmental protection performance is urgently needed to be searched. For example, 1, 2-tetrafluoroethane (R134 a) is widely used in the fields of automobile air-conditioning and other refrigeration systems due to the characteristics of non-toxicity, non-combustibility, non-corrosion, good material compatibility and the like, but with the further enhancement of the refrigerant management with high Global Warming Potential (GWP) at home and abroad, HFCs refrigerants such as R134a face reduction and elimination.

The environment-friendly mixed refrigerant provided by the embodiments of the application can be used as a refrigerant in a refrigeration device, the refrigeration device comprises a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator and an expansion device as main components, and a heat transfer fluid working medium in a refrigeration device system is the composition obtained in the embodiment or the comparative example. The evaporator and condenser are heat exchangers, and any type of heat exchanger, preferably a heat exchanger with a countercurrent tendency, may be used in the present application.
The basic parameters of the molecular weights, normal boiling points, critical temperatures, critical pressures, environmental properties, slip temperatures, etc. of examples 1 to 28, comparative examples 1 to 10 and R134a according to the present application are shown in Table 3.
As can be seen from Table 3, the environmental protection of the refrigerants provided in examples 1-28 of the present application is significantly better than R134a, and the GWP of all examples is less than or equal to 150. The sliding temperature of the refrigerant obtained by each embodiment is between 4.6 ℃ and 23.1 ℃, and the small temperature difference heat exchange at each part of the heat exchanger can be realized by utilizing the matching of the sliding temperature and the temperature difference between the inlet and the outlet of the heat exchange medium, so that the irreversible loss in the heat exchange process is reduced, and the aim of improving the energy efficiency is fulfilled. The mass ratio of each component in comparative examples 1 to 7 was not in the range provided in the examples of the present application, and the obtained refrigerant had a larger or smaller temperature slippage. Taking non-azeotropic working media consisting of three components of R41, R1270 and R1234yf as an example, one of the three components is replaced in comparative examples 8-10, the components of the other two components are kept unchanged, and the energy efficiency lifting amplitude of the system is reduced compared with that of the proposal. And some of the comparative examples have GWPs greater than 150.
TABLE 3 basic parameters of examples, comparative examples and R134a
( * And (3) injection: slip temperature is the difference between dew point temperature and bubble point temperature at operating pressure )
In order to compare the performance effects of the system used as a refrigerant for each of the examples and comparative examples, the design conditions selected were specifically: the inlet and outlet temperatures of the evaporator side heat exchange fluid are 300.15K and 287.65K, respectively, the inlet and outlet temperatures of the condenser side heat exchange fluid are 287.65K and 314.15K, the logarithmic averages Wen Chafen of the evaporator and condenser are 11K and 10K, respectively, the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator is in a superheated state, the degree of superheat is 1K, the refrigerant at the outlet of the condenser is in a supercooled state, the outlet temperature is 291.15K, and the adiabatic efficiency of the compressor is 0.7. The performance parameters of circulation in the refrigeration systems under the above conditions were tested and calculated using the refrigerants of examples 1 to 28, comparative examples 1 to 10 and R134a, respectively, to obtain the indexes such as the discharge temperature, the compression ratio, the relative unit volume refrigeration capacity Qv (unit volume refrigeration capacity ratio to R134 a), and the EER lift amplitude (compared to R134 a), which are recorded in table 4.
Table 4 system performance test data for each of the examples, comparative examples, and R134a refrigerant
As can be seen from Table 4, the thermal performance of the environment-friendly refrigerant provided by the application is superior to R134a, the refrigerating capacity per unit volume is far higher than that of R134a, the system filling amount can be reduced, the system volume is lightened, and the compression ratio of the compressor can be obviously reduced by the refrigerant of each embodiment. By adopting the mixed refrigerant in the embodiment of the application and matching with corresponding flow path configuration, the energy efficiency of the mixed refrigerant system can be improved by 10.3-15.4% compared with R134 a. The EER increases in comparative examples 1-10 are less than those in examples 1-28. The mass ratio and the material composition of each component material of the application are well balanced in the characteristics among the materials and the heat transfer condition of the fluid inside and outside the heat exchanger.
As can be seen from the data in tables 3 and 4, the embodiments of the present application fully consider the properties of the components in the composition, and define the mass ratio range of the components, so as to ensure that the GWP of the environment-friendly mixed refrigerant is less than 150, and meanwhile, the energy efficiency of the system is greatly improved. Therefore, the refrigerant provided by the application can give consideration to both GWP and system energy efficiency, and becomes a good alternative scheme of the high GWP working medium under the trend that the refrigerant is accelerated to develop towards the direction of zero ODP and low GWP.
In summary, the environment-friendly mixed refrigerant provided by the embodiments of the application not only has the environment-friendly characteristic of low GWP, but also has the system performance equivalent to or even better than that of R134a, and can better replace R134 a.
The embodiment of the application also correspondingly protects the refrigerating system using the environment-friendly mixed refrigerant provided by the embodiment of the application as a working medium, and the refrigerating system can be applied to electrical equipment including but not limited to an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a dehumidifier and the like, and other components and working principles of the refrigerating system are applicable to the prior art and are not repeated here.
In this specification, some embodiments are described in a progressive manner, and each embodiment focuses on a difference from other embodiments, and identical and similar parts between the embodiments are enough to refer to each other.
