Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of refrigerants, in particular to an environment-friendly mixed refrigerant, a preparation method of the environment-friendly mixed refrigerant, application of the environment-friendly mixed refrigerant and a refrigerating system.
Background
In recent years, in order to cope with global warming and the frequent occurrence of extreme weather, a series of policies have been internationally made to accelerate the elimination of HCFCs refrigerants and gradually reduce the amount of HFCs used, so as to restrict the use of high GWP refrigerants. According to the relevant protocols, the next generation refrigerants should have zero ODP, low GWP characteristics. At present, the warming potential (GWP is more than or equal to 1300) of refrigerants such as HFCs refrigerants R134A, 410A, R134A, R404A, R407C and the like widely applied to the refrigeration and air-conditioning industry is high, so that alternative working media with excellent environmental protection performance are urgently needed to be found. For example, 1, 2-tetrafluoroethane (R134 a) is widely used in the fields of automobile air conditioners and other refrigeration systems due to its characteristics of no toxicity, incombustibility, no corrosion, good material compatibility and the like, but with the further enhancement of the control of refrigerants with high Global Warming Potential (GWP) at home and abroad, HFCs refrigerants such as R134a face the reduction and elimination.
Because no better alternative scheme is found in pure working medium at present, the mixed refrigerant can balance the characteristics of all refrigerants, and the research on the mixed refrigerant becomes a hotspot of refrigerant research. Therefore, a refrigerant with good environmental protection performance and thermal performance equivalent to or even better than that of the existing refrigerant needs to be searched for to replace the refrigerant, so as to meet the requirements of the refrigerant on environmental protection and high efficiency to the maximum extent.

TABLE 2 composition of ingredients of each example and comparative example
The embodiment of the invention protects the application of environment-friendly mixed refrigerant as the refrigerant of a refrigerating system. The environment-friendly mixed refrigerant provided by each embodiment of the invention can be used as a refrigerant to be applied to a refrigerating device, the main components of the refrigerating device are a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator and an expansion device, and a heat transfer fluid working medium in a refrigerating device system is the composition obtained in the embodiment or the comparative example. The evaporator and the condenser are heat exchangers, and any type of heat exchanger, preferably with a countercurrent tendency, can be used in the present invention.
The basic parameters of the molecular weight, the normal boiling point, the critical temperature, the critical pressure, the environmental properties, the slip temperature, and the like of examples 1 to 28 of the present invention, comparative examples 1 to 10, and R134a are shown in Table 3.
As can be seen from Table 3, the refrigerants provided in examples 1-28 of the present invention have significantly better environmental performance than R134a, and all examples have GWP of 150 or less. The sliding temperature of the refrigerant obtained in each embodiment is 4.6-23.1 ℃, small-temperature-difference heat exchange at each position of the heat exchanger can be realized by matching the sliding temperature with the inlet-outlet temperature difference of the heat exchange medium, the irreversible loss in the heat exchange process is reduced, and the purpose of improving the energy efficiency is achieved. The mass ratio of each component in comparative examples 1 to 7 is not in the range provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the temperature slippage of the obtained refrigerant is larger or smaller. Taking a non-azeotropic working medium consisting of three components of R41, R1270 and R1234yf as an example, in comparative examples 8-10, one of the three components is replaced, while the components of the other two components are kept unchanged, so that the energy efficiency improvement amplitude of the system is reduced compared with that of the proposal. And some of the comparative examples had GWPs greater than 150.
TABLE 3 basic parameters of examples, comparative examples and R134a
( * Note: the slip temperature is the difference between the dew point temperature and the bubble point temperature at the operating pressure )
In order to compare the performance effects of the systems used as refrigerants in the examples and the comparative examples, the selected design conditions are as follows: the inlet and outlet temperatures of the heat exchange fluid at the evaporator side are respectively 300.15K and 287.65K, the inlet and outlet temperatures of the heat exchange fluid at the condenser side are respectively 287.65K and 314.15K, the logarithmic mean temperature difference between the evaporator and the condenser is respectively 11K and 10K, the refrigerant at the outlet of the evaporator is in a superheated state, the superheat degree is 1K, the refrigerant at the outlet of the condenser is in a supercooled state, the outlet temperature is 291.15K, and the adiabatic efficiency of the compressor is 0.7. The performance parameters of the cycles performed in the refrigeration systems under the above-mentioned operating conditions using the refrigerants of examples 1 to 28, comparative examples 1 to 10, and R134a were measured and calculated, respectively, to obtain indexes such as the discharge temperature, the compression ratio, the relative cooling capacity per unit volume Qv (ratio to the cooling capacity per unit volume of R134 a), and the EER increase amplitude (compared to R134 a), which are recorded in table 4.
TABLE 4 Experimental data on System Performance for each example, comparative example, and R134a refrigerant
As can be seen from Table 4, the thermal performance of the environment-friendly refrigerant provided by the invention is superior to that of R134a, the refrigerating capacity per unit volume is much higher than that of R134a, the filling amount of the system can be reduced, the volume of the system is reduced, and the compression ratio of the compressor can be obviously reduced by the refrigerant in each embodiment. By adopting the mixed refrigerant in the embodiment of the invention and matching with the corresponding flow path configuration, the energy efficiency of the mixed refrigerant system can be improved by 10.3-15.4% compared with that of R134 a. The EER improvement was not as great for comparative examples 1-10 as for examples 1-28. The mass ratio and the material composition of each component of the heat exchanger are well balanced in the characteristics among the components and the heat transfer condition of the fluid inside and outside the heat exchanger.
As can be seen from the data in tables 3 and 4, in each embodiment of the present invention, the properties of each component in the composition are fully considered, and the mass ratio of each component is defined, so as to ensure that the GWP of the environment-friendly mixed refrigerant is less than 150, and the system energy efficiency is greatly improved. Therefore, the refrigerant provided by the invention can give consideration to GWP and system energy efficiency, and becomes a good alternative scheme of the working medium with high GWP under the trend that the refrigerant is accelerated to develop towards zero ODP and low GWP.
In summary, the environment-friendly mixed refrigerant provided by the embodiments of the present invention not only has the environment-friendly characteristic of low GWP, but also has system performance equivalent to or even better than that of R134a, and can better replace R134 a.
The embodiment of the invention also correspondingly protects a refrigeration system using the environment-friendly mixed refrigerant provided by the embodiment of the invention as a working medium, the refrigeration system can be applied to electric equipment including but not limited to air conditioners, refrigerators, dehumidifiers and the like, and other components and working principles of the refrigeration system are applicable to the prior art and are not described herein again.
Some embodiments in this specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
The foregoing are merely exemplary embodiments of the present invention, which enable those skilled in the art to understand or practice the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention.
