Abstract
The invention discloses an acid water treatment device of a green anode roasting flue gas purification spray tower and a use method thereof, wherein the device comprises a water return pipe, a wastewater pool, a neutralization sedimentation pool and a clean water pool; the water return pipe is connected with the bottom of the spray tower and can convey acid water in the spray tower to the wastewater pool; the wastewater tank can settle acid water, a first overflow port is formed in the upper part of the wastewater tank, and the settled upper-layer acid water flows into the neutralization sedimentation tank through the first overflow port; a second overflow port is formed in the upper part of the neutralization sedimentation tank, lime is arranged in the neutralization sedimentation tank, the acid water is neutralized by the lime to form a neutralized substance, the neutralized substance comprises calcium sulfate and clear water, and the clear water flows into the clear water tank through the second overflow port; the conveying unit is arranged inside the clean water tank and can convey the clean water in the clean water tank to the spray tower. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenience, easy operation, low cost, high efficiency and water resource saving.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of treatment and cyclic utilization of acid water in the metallurgical industry, in particular to an acid water treatment device of a raw anode roasting flue gas purification spray tower and a using method thereof.
Background
In the process of roasting the green anode, the generated high-temperature flue gas needs to be purified by an electric tar precipitator and a bag-type dust remover, the temperature of the flue gas is as high as 130 ℃, the flue gas directly enters the electric tar precipitator and can catch fire, so that the temperature is reduced to below 90 ℃ by a spray tower, water in the spray tower can be changed into acid water when meeting sulfur in the flue gas, and the acid water cannot be directly discharged into a sewer and needs to be neutralized. The traditional treatment method is to pull the waste water outside for treatment, so that the labor cost, the pulling cost and the acid water treatment cost are increased, and the time and the labor are wasted.
