Along the feeding direction, punching a through hole 140 on the foam tape 110 by a first punching mechanism 409 between a second release film unreeling mechanism 408 and a first bottom supporting film reeling mechanism 402, then reeling first release paper by a first release paper reeling mechanism 410 behind the first bottom supporting film reeling mechanism 402 to expose the first double-sided adhesive 121, and unreeling a first protective film unreeling mechanism 411 and a second protective film unreeling mechanism 412 in sequence to attach a first protective film 151 and a second protective film 152 on the first double-sided adhesive 121; the second bottom supporting film unwinding mechanism 413 unwinds the second bottom supporting film, and along the feeding direction, the second punching mechanism 414 located behind the second bottom supporting film unwinding mechanism 413 cuts off the part of the foam tape 110 covered by the first protection film 151 to form the structure as shown in fig. 4: a part of the first protective film 151 is attached to the foam material tape 110, and a part of the first protective film is suspended at one side of the foam material tape 110; along the material feeding direction, the third punching mechanism 415 located behind the second punching mechanism 414 cuts off the edge of the foam material belt 110, the waste material winding mechanism 416 located behind the third punching mechanism 415 winds up the cut-off edge waste material, and along the material feeding direction, the second release film winding mechanism 417 winds up the second release film 132, the sticker unwinding mechanism 418 unwinds a sticker, the second support bottom film winding mechanism 419 winds up the second support bottom film, and the finished product winding mechanism 420 winds up the finished product of the foam protection component in the material belt form, thereby completing the whole production process of the preparation process of the foam protection component in the embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A preparation process of a foam protection component is characterized by comprising the following steps:
punching a through hole in a foam material belt, wherein the foam material belt is provided with a first surface facing downwards and a second surface opposite to the first surface;
attaching a protective film to the first surface to cover the through hole;
and punching the foam material belt and the protective film to trim the shapes of the foam material belt and the protective film, wherein the cutter is punched from top to bottom.
2. A process for preparing a foam protection assembly according to claim 1, wherein said applying a protective film on said first face comprises the steps of:
covering a first protective film with color on the foam material belt on one side of the through hole;
covering a transparent second protective film at the through hole, and the second protective film simultaneously covers a part of the first protective film.
3. The process for preparing a foam protection assembly according to claim 2, further comprising the following steps before said die cutting said foam tape and said protective film:
cutting off a portion of the foam tape covered with the first protective film to form a slit on the foam tape opposite to the through hole in a width direction.
4. The process for preparing foam protection assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein before punching through holes on the foam strip, the process further comprises the following steps:
the double-sided adhesive tape and the release film are sequentially attached to the first face and the second face, wherein the double-sided adhesive tape and the release film are respectively attached to a first double-sided adhesive and a first release film on the first face, and a second double-sided adhesive and a second release film on the second face.
5. The process for preparing a foam protection assembly according to claim 4, wherein double-sided adhesive and a release film are sequentially attached to the first face and the second face, and the process comprises the following steps:
sequentially attaching the first release film and the first double-sided adhesive to a first carrier film;
attaching the foam material belt to the first double-sided adhesive;
the foam material strip is sequentially attached with the second double-sided adhesive and the second release film.
6. The preparation process of the foam protection assembly according to claim 5, wherein the first release film and the first double-sided adhesive are sequentially attached to the first carrier film, and the preparation process comprises the following steps:
two edge strips are attached to the first support bottom film, and the two edge strips are distributed at intervals along the width direction of the first support bottom film;
attaching the first release film to the surface of the first support base film between the two edge strips;
and attaching the first double-sided adhesive to the first release film and the edge strip.
7. A process for preparing a foam protection assembly according to claim 5, wherein said applying a protective film on said first face further comprises the steps of:
peeling the first carrier film to expose the first release film;
and peeling the first release film to expose the first double-sided adhesive.
8. The process for making a foam protective assembly according to claim 7, further comprising the steps of, prior to said die cutting said foam tape and said protective film:
and the foam material strip attached with the protective film is attached to the second support base film.
9. The process for preparing a foam protection assembly according to claim 8, further comprising the following steps after said die cutting of said foam tape and said protective film:
peeling the second release film to expose the second double-sided adhesive;
re-pasting a sticker on the second double-sided adhesive;
and rolling the foam material belt pasted with the paster.
10. The process for preparing foam protection components according to claim 9, wherein before the foam material tape adhered with the sticker is rolled, the process further comprises the following steps:
and peeling the second support base film on the foam material belt.
