The polishing rod 12 moves upward when rotating reversely, and because the polishing rotator 12d polishes the circumference outside of the cover body 1a, the circumference size of the cover body 1a is reduced compared with that before polishing, and therefore the second spring 16 pushes the polishing rod 12 upward so that the first polishing conical surface 12c contacts with the lower end of the circumference side surface of the cover body 1a to realize lower chamfering of the circumference side surface of the cover body 1 a.
