Then, the tightening and loosening sleeve 44 and the tightening head 21 are retracted to the original positions, the precision rotary table 11 is rotated again to enable the spindle head part 100 of the tension expansion sleeve 400 to reach the middle station D, and then the manipulator can take the spindle head part 100 together with the spindle 200 out of the middle station D and automatically place the spindle head part on the machine tool for positioning and processing.
The machined spindle head part 100 and the spindle 200 are taken back by the mechanical arm, the positioning shaft sleeve 12 of the middle station D or the empty stations A and B on the precision rotary table 11 is positioned, the precision rotary table 11 rotates the spindle head part to the machining station C, the tightening head 21 and the tightening and loosening sleeve 44 execute the previous working process again, the locking nut 300 is loosened in the reverse direction, the expansion sleeve 400 and the spindle head part 100 have a loosening space, and then the clamping and jacking mechanism 3 provides a loosening force to loosen the spindle head part.
After the tightening head 21 and the tightening and loosening sleeve 44 return to the original position again, the transverse moving cylinder 329 of the clamping and pushing and loosening mechanism 3 horizontally moves the clamping plate 331 along the clamping guide rail 332 for a fixed stroke, and the clamping part 334 at the front end of the clamping plate 331 clamps the clamping groove at the end of the mandrel 200 through the clamping opening 13 at the side of the positioning shaft sleeve 12; the transverse moving cylinder 329 pushes the top loosening base 321 to horizontally move for a fixed stroke along the base guide rail 327, the upper surface of the top loosening plate 322 reaches the lower end face of the spindle head part 100, the top loosening cylinder 325 pushes the cylinder connecting block 326 to drive the top loosening guide column 323 to move upwards along the top loosening guide sleeve 324, so that the upper surface of the top loosening plate 322 is pushed to the lower surface of the spindle head part 100, finally, the spindle head part 100 and the expansion sleeve 400 are loosened by the thrust of the top loosening cylinder 325, then, the top loosening plate 322 and the clamping plate 331 return to the original positions, the precision rotary table 11 rotates again to rotate the spindle head part 100 to the middle station D, and the manipulator takes away the spindle head part 100 at the middle station D, so that the whole automatic process of assembling and disassembling the spindle head 200 by the spindle head part 100 is completed.
The invention can continuously realize the operation of assembling and disassembling the mandrel 200 of the shaft head part 100 by matching with a manipulator. The whole structure is simple and compact, and the operation, the maintenance and the maintenance are convenient; the full-automatic process of assembling and disassembling the spindle head part 100 and the spindle 200 can be realized, and the modularization of the structural unit is realized.

Claims (10)

the rotary table mechanism comprises a base and a precise rotary table arranged on the base, wherein a plurality of rotary stations are uniformly distributed on the precise rotary table, each rotary station is provided with a positioning shaft sleeve for inserting a mandrel of a spindle head part, and the plurality of rotary stations comprise empty stations, machining stations and intermediate stations;
the tightening and loosening mechanism is arranged on one side of the precision rotary table corresponding to the machining station and comprises a main beam and an automatic tightening machine arranged on the main beam, the automatic tightening machine is arranged above the precision rotary table and right faces the machining station, and the automatic tightening machine is provided with a machining position and an original position relative to the machining station; and
the counter torque mechanism is arranged below the precision rotary table opposite to the machining station and used for providing torque opposite to that of the screwing and unscrewing mechanism, and the counter torque mechanism is provided with a working position and a withdrawing position relative to the machining station respectively;
the precise rotary table rotates once to drive the positioning shaft sleeve to move one station for positioning so as to sequentially convey the spindle head parts of the core shaft to be mounted or dismounted.
2. The apparatus for automatically assembling and disassembling mandrels as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
and the clamping and jacking mechanism is arranged right opposite to the machining station and is arranged on one side of the precision rotary table and used for loosening the expansion sleeve of the spindle head part and the spindle.
3. The automated assembly and disassembly mandrel assembly of claim 2 wherein said clamping and ejection mechanism comprises:
the base plate is connected with the main beam;
the clamping part comprises a clamping plate, a clamping air cylinder and a clamping moving member, the clamping plate is arranged on the clamping moving member and connected with the clamping air cylinder, the clamping moving member and the clamping air cylinder are respectively arranged on the base plate, and the front end of the clamping plate is provided with a clamping part for clamping the mandrel on the positioning shaft sleeve; and
the top loose part comprises a top loose plate, a top loose base, a top loose moving piece and a top loose cylinder, wherein the top loose plate is connected with the top loose base through the top loose moving piece, the top loose base is respectively connected with the top loose cylinder and the base plate, and the front end of the top loose plate is provided with a lifting part used for supporting the lower surface of the shaft head part.

The apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the chucking moving member comprises a chucking guide and a chucking slider, the chucking guide is mounted on the upper surface of the base plate, the chucking slider is mounted on the chucking guide, and the chucking plate is mounted on the chucking slider.

The device for automatically assembling and disassembling the mandrel as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the clamping part is of a V-shaped structure, a clamping opening is formed in one side of the positioning shaft sleeve, and the end face of the V-shaped structure penetrates through the clamping opening to be clamped on the end clamping groove of the mandrel, so that the mandrel is clamped on the positioning shaft sleeve.

The device as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the top loose moving member comprises a top loose guide sleeve and a top loose guide post, the top loose base is a frame structure, the top loose guide sleeve is arranged in the top loose base and is positioned at the upper part, and the top loose guide post is arranged in the top loose guide sleeve and passes through the upper plane of the top loose base; the top loose plate is installed at the top end of the top loose guide pillar, an air cylinder connecting block is arranged at the lower end of the top loose guide pillar and connected with the top loose air cylinder, and the top loose air cylinder is fixed on the lower surface of the frame of the top loose base.

The apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the top release member further comprises a traverse cylinder for driving the top release base to move horizontally, a rod of the traverse cylinder is connected to a side surface of the top release base, and a bottom of the traverse cylinder is mounted on the substrate; the top loose moving piece further comprises a base guide rail and a base sliding block, the base guide rail is installed on the lower surface of the base plate, the base sliding block is installed on the base guide rail, and the top loose base is installed on the base sliding block.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the counter torque mechanism comprises:
the lifting seat is arranged on the base through a sliding piece;
the lifting cylinder is arranged on the base and is connected with the lifting seat through a lifting cylinder connecting block, and the lifting cylinder drives the lifting seat to move up and down along the sliding piece so as to respectively switch the working position and the return position; and
the tightening sleeve is installed at the top end of the lifting seat, a tightening head is installed in a central guide hole of the tightening sleeve, the tightening head is of an outer hexagonal cylinder structure and is matched with an inner hexagonal counter bore in the bottom of the mandrel, and the tightening head is inserted into the inner hexagonal counter bore to prevent the mandrel from rotating.
9. The automated assembly and disassembly mandrel assembly of claim 8 wherein the central pilot hole of the tightening sleeve is a socket head configuration for guiding the tightening head up and down and preventing rotation of the tightening head, the lower portion of the tightening sleeve being provided with a spring for resiliently jacking the tightening head, the tightening head naturally retracting to prevent ejection of the mandrel out of the locating boss when the top pressure of the tightening head is greater than the weight of the mandrel.
10. The automatic core shaft assembling and disassembling device according to claim 8, wherein the main beam is of an L-shaped structure, the bottom end of the main beam is connected with the base, the upright of the main beam is perpendicular to the precision rotary table, a motor-driven lifting guide rail is installed on the side surface of the main beam, a moving slide block is installed on the lifting guide rail, a lifting installation seat is installed on the moving slide block, the automatic tightening machine is installed at the front end of the lifting installation seat, a tightening and loosening sleeve is installed at the lower end of a tightening shaft of the automatic tightening machine, and the axis of the tightening shaft of the automatic tightening machine is coaxial with the axis of the positioning sleeve of the machining station.
