the adjustable rod assembly (4) comprises a fixing strip (41), a bolt (43) is arranged on the fixing strip (41) in a threaded mode, the fixing strip (41) is fixedly connected with the U-shaped block (35), a first push rod (42) is arranged in the fixing strip (41) in a sliding mode, a plurality of positioning holes (421) are formed in the first push rod (42), the bolt (43) is in threaded connection with the positioning holes (421), the first push rod (42) movably penetrates through the first guide strip (15) and is fixedly connected with a clamping sleeve (44), and the clamping sleeve (44) is in transmission connection with the guide rod assembly (5); the guide rod assembly (5) comprises a second push rod (51), one end of the second push rod (51) is sleeved in the clamping sleeve (44), a connecting block (52) is fixedly connected to the outer surface of one end of the second push rod (51), a slide rod (53) is fixedly arranged at one end of the connecting block (52), the slide rod (53) and the second push rod (51) movably penetrate through the second guide strip (16), a spline shaft (54) is connected to one end of the second push rod (51), and the spline shaft (54) is in transmission connection with the medicine chest (6).
