Abstract
本发明公开了一种奶盖质地的精华液及其制备方法。本发明公开的奶盖质地的精华液包含有水相组分、油相组分和乳化剂,其中,乳化剂由三(月桂醇聚醚‑4)磷酸酯和泊洛沙姆复配得到。本发明公开的奶盖质地的精华液在包装瓶中存储时外观呈现上下两层,上层是油体系,呈乳白色;下层是水体系,外观透明、漂亮;使用时将水油混合均匀,能够让油脂成分充分浸润肌肤,无需叠涂乳液即可达到良好的保湿效果,使用起来简便、快捷,用户体验度好。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品生产技术领域,具体涉及一种奶盖质地的精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的精华液其成分比较单一,一般只含有保湿剂及调理剂,不含油脂。因此,在使用过程中,为了达到更好的保湿效果,通常需要将精华液与乳液搭配使用,用户在使用时步骤,体验感差。
同时,由于现有的精华液成分较单一,向其中添加的其他成分也会有一定局限性。
因此,如何将乳液与爽肤水融合为体,使乳液与爽肤水的功效能够同时作用于肌肤,使用户在使用时不仅感觉不到传统爽肤水的黏腻感,同时提高保湿效果,节省护肤步骤,提升用户体验度,是化妆品配方行业内的一个技术难点。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明实施例提供了一种奶盖质地的精华液及其制备方法,以至少解决或缓解现有技术中的一个或多个技术问题,或至少提供一种有益的选择。本发明实施例提供的奶盖质地的精华液,其特点是精华液分为上下两层,上层是油体系,呈乳白色;下层是水体系,外观透明;使用时将水油混合均匀,能够让油脂成分充分浸润肌肤,从而更好地发挥保湿作用。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例一方面提供了一种奶盖质地的精华液,包含有水相组分、油相组分和乳化剂,其中,所述乳化剂由三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯和泊洛沙姆复配得到。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述乳化剂按重量份包括:
三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯,0.3-0.8份;泊洛沙姆,0.1-0.3份。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述水相组分按重量份包括:
丁二醇,3-8份;乙二胺四乙酸二钠,0.01-0.1份;NMF-50氨基酸保湿剂,0-5份;寡聚Ω-透明质酸钠,0-0.1份;燕麦生物碱,0.5-1份;乙酰基六肽-8,0.5-2份;烟酰胺,0.5-2份;甘草酸二钾,0.05-0.3份;余量为水。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述油相组分按重量份包括:
聚二甲基硅氧烷(及)聚二甲基硅氧烷醇,0.5-1.5份;环戊硅氧烷(及)环己硅氧烷,5-15份;RIVETOR-5,0-0.1份;合成角鲨烷,1-4份。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述RIVETOR-5包括燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)仁油、牡丹(PAEONIA SUFFRUTICOSA)籽油、稻(ORYZA SATIVA)糠油、生育酚(维生素E)中的至少一种。
本发明实施例另一方面提供了一种制备奶盖质地的精华液的方法,其中,包括以下步骤:
(1)在乳化锅中加入2%蒸发水,将聚二甲基硅氧烷(及)聚二甲基硅氧烷醇与环戊硅氧烷(及)环己硅氧烷的原料相置于所述乳化锅中常温物理搅拌溶解均匀;
(2)依次将聚二甲基硅氧烷(及)聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、环戊硅氧烷(及)环己硅氧烷、三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯、RIVETOR-5、合成角鲨烷、泊洛沙姆、香精的原料相投入所述乳化锅中,均质2-3min,混合搅拌均匀;
(3)依次将水、丁二醇、NMF-50氨基酸保湿剂、寡聚Ω-透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾、乙二胺四乙酸二钠的原料相加入所述乳化锅中,搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加热至85-88℃,开启均质至溶解均匀,溶解均匀后,保持85-88℃保温5分钟后,加入防腐剂,立即搅拌降温,至32-35℃;
(4)保持32-35℃,取约10%质量配比的去离子水、丁二醇、NMF-50氨基酸保湿剂、寡聚Ω-透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、防腐剂、燕麦生物碱、乙酰基六肽-8、烟酰胺的料体加入所述乳化锅中,同时设置搅拌速度为30-70r/min,开启均质,然后设置搅拌速度为1300-2000r/min,均质1-2min,降温搅拌3min后,再加入剩余的混合料体,搅拌均匀。
采用了上述技术方案后,本申请所取得的有益效果为:
(1)本发明实施例示例的奶盖质地的精华液包括水相组分、油相组分和乳化剂,其中乳化剂由三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯和泊洛沙姆复配得到。三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯具有优良的乳化、分散、渗透、润湿、发泡、去污、增溶能力,耐硬水等功效;泊洛沙姆是一种新型的高分子乳化剂具有优秀的清洁和乳化能力,对皮肤温和。采用三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯和泊洛沙姆复配制得的乳化剂,能够使奶盖质地的精华液达到三个重要的配方特性维度:分层界面线的连续程度、下层液体的澄清度、界面分层速度,从而使奶盖质地的精华液在存储时具有上下分明且清澈透明的外观。同时,在使用时由三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯和泊洛沙姆复配制得的乳化剂能够让水相组分与油相组分混合均匀,使油脂成分充分浸润肌肤,更好地发挥保湿作用。
(2)本发明实施例示例的奶盖质地的精华液,水相组分中保湿剂主要选用丁二醇与氨基酸保湿剂,其中丁二醇是小分子保湿成份,抓水比例小,且具有抑菌作用;氨基酸保湿剂是一种两性离子型高效保湿剂,吸收快、活性高,能够迅速改善肌肤和头发的水分保持力,激发细胞的活力,具有保持肌肤滋润,光滑,防止皮肤干燥和发暗的效果。
(3)本发明实施例示例的奶盖质地的精华液,油相组分选用聚二甲基硅氧烷(及)聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、环戊硅氧烷(及)环己硅氧烷、合成角鲨烷等轻质油脂能够达到优异的分层效果。
(4)本发明实施例示例的奶盖质地的精华液中RIVETOR-5主要成分为天然植物油脂,将米糠油,燕麦油,牡丹籽油通过黄金配比,科学填充肌肤缺失脂质,修护肌肤屏障。
(5)本发明实施例示例的制备奶盖质地的精华液的方法,能够制备出的上下两层外观的精华液,其中上层是油体系呈乳白色,下层是水体系外观透明,精华液中含有10-30份油脂,不仅具有良好的保湿效果,而且外观美丽,用户体验度高。

实施例1
一种奶盖质地的精华液,包括以下重量份组分:聚二甲基硅氧烷(及)聚二甲基硅氧烷醇,0.8份;环戊硅氧烷(及)环己硅氧烷,8份;三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯,0.55份;RIVETOR-5,0.02份;合成角鲨烷,2.5份;泊洛沙姆,0.12份;香精,0.02份;丁二醇,5份;NMF-50氨基酸保湿剂,1份;寡聚Ω-透明质酸钠,0.05份;甘草酸二钾,0.1份;乙二胺四乙酸二钠,0.03份;防腐剂,1份;燕麦生物碱,1份;乙酰基六肽-8,1份;烟酰胺,1份;余量为水。
其中,RIVETOR-5包括燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)仁油、牡丹(PAEONIA SUFFRUTICOSA)籽油、稻(ORYZA SATIVA)糠油、生育酚(维生素E)中的至少一种。
将以上组分按以下步骤制作:
步骤1、准确称量配方中各种原料,用干净并消毒好的器皿盛放,生产前检查:生产前设备清洁消毒干净,补加入2%蒸发水进水相乳化锅。将聚二甲基硅氧烷(及)聚二甲基硅氧烷醇和环戊硅氧烷(及)环己硅氧烷原料相置于容器中常温物理搅拌溶解均匀,备用;
步骤2、依次将聚二甲基硅氧烷(及)聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、环戊硅氧烷(及)环己硅氧烷、三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯、RIVETOR-5、合成角鲨烷、泊洛沙姆、香精相投进主乳化锅,开启均质2-3min,混合搅拌均匀,备用;
步骤3、依次将水、丁二醇、NMF-50氨基酸保湿剂、寡聚Ω-透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾、乙二胺四乙酸二钠原料加入水相锅中,搅拌分散均匀,再设置水相锅温度为85-88℃,缓慢加热,开启均质至溶解均匀,溶解均匀后,保持85-88℃保温5分钟后,加入防腐剂,立即搅拌降温;
步骤4、保持32-35℃,取约10%质量配比水、丁二醇、NMF-50氨基酸保湿剂、寡聚Ω-透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、防腐剂、燕麦生物碱、乙酰基六肽-8、烟酰胺的料体(不使用滤网)加入主乳化锅中,同时设置搅拌速度为中速,开启均质,高速均质1-2min,降温搅拌3min后,再加入剩余的混合料体,搅拌均匀;
步骤5、检测合格后转移料体,放置于静置间;半成品灌装;灌装过程中通过抽检的方式确认产品净含量、成品组装质量、喷码质量;成品进行外盒包装,装箱;成品入库;成品检验合格后放行。
实施例2
一种奶盖质地的精华液,包括以下重量份组分:聚二甲基硅氧烷(及)聚二甲基硅氧烷醇,0.8份;环戊硅氧烷(及)环己硅氧烷,8份;三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯,0.55份;RIVETOR-5,0.02份;合成角鲨烷,2.5份;泊洛沙姆,0.12份;香精,0.02份;丁二醇,5份;NMF-50氨基酸保湿剂,1份;寡聚Ω-透明质酸钠,0.05份;甘草酸二钾,0.1份;乙二胺四乙酸二钠,0.03份;防腐剂,1份;燕麦生物碱,1份;乙酰基六肽-8,1份;烟酰胺,1份;余量为水。

奶盖质地的精华液保湿功效测试
按上述实施例的方法制备奶盖质地的精华液,按质量百分比计,实施例1、实施例2与实施例3中示例的奶盖净化液,其中油脂的比例分别为10%、20%、30%,空白例中油脂比例为0。在常规状态下,进行皮肤含水量测试及经皮水分散失量测试,使用后皮肤含水量测试结果如图1所示,经皮水分散失量测试结果如图2所示。由测试结果可见,使用本发明实施例示例的奶盖质地的精华液后皮肤含水量随着油脂含量增加而增加。

1.一种奶盖质地的精华液,其特征在于,包含有水相组分、油相组分和乳化剂,其中,所述乳化剂由三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯和泊洛沙姆复配得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的奶盖质地的精华液,其特征在于,所述乳化剂按重量份包括:
三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯,0.3-0.8份;泊洛沙姆,0.1-0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的奶盖质地的精华液,其特征在于,所述水相组分按重量份包括:
丁二醇,3-8份;乙二胺四乙酸二钠,0.01-0.1份;NMF-50氨基酸保湿剂,0-5份;寡聚Ω-透明质酸钠,0-0.1份;燕麦生物碱,0.5-1份;乙酰基六肽-8,0.5-2份;烟酰胺,0.5-2份;甘草酸二钾,0.05-0.3份;余量为水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的奶盖质地的精华液,其特征在于,所述油相组分按重量份包括:
聚二甲基硅氧烷(及)聚二甲基硅氧烷醇,0.5-1.5份;环戊硅氧烷(及)环己硅氧烷,5-15份;RIVETOR-5,0-0.1份;合成角鲨烷,1-4份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的奶盖质地的精华液,其特征在于,所述RIVETOR-5包括燕麦(AVENA SATIVA)仁油、牡丹(PAEONIA SUFFRUTICOSA)籽油、稻(ORYZA SATIVA)糠油、生育酚(维生素E)中的至少一种。
6.一种制备奶盖质地的精华液的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)在乳化锅中加入2%蒸发水,将聚二甲基硅氧烷(及)聚二甲基硅氧烷醇与环戊硅氧烷(及)环己硅氧烷的原料相置于所述乳化锅中常温物理搅拌溶解均匀;
(2)依次将聚二甲基硅氧烷(及)聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、环戊硅氧烷(及)环己硅氧烷、三(月桂醇聚醚-4)磷酸酯、RIVETOR-5、合成角鲨烷、泊洛沙姆、香精的原料相投入所述乳化锅中,均质2-3min,混合搅拌均匀;
(3)依次将水、丁二醇、NMF-50氨基酸保湿剂、寡聚Ω-透明质酸钠、甘草酸二钾、乙二胺四乙酸二钠的原料相加入所述乳化锅中,搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加热至85-88℃,开启均质至溶解均匀,溶解均匀后,保持85-88℃保温5分钟后,加入防腐剂,立即搅拌降温,至32-35℃;
