The method for prompting a recharge of an ETC account provided by the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to the above hardware architecture.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a recharge prompting method for an ETC account according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be applied to the server 12, and which includes the following steps S201 to S204 in implementation.
Step S201: the method comprises the steps of obtaining an ETC account list, wherein the ETC account list comprises ETC accounts, the number of times of entering a blacklist is higher than or equal to a preset threshold value due to insufficient balance of the ETC accounts, and the ETC accounts are in a white list at present.
For example, assume that the preset threshold is 7 times.
In order to make the person skilled in the art more understand the ETC account list mentioned in the embodiments of the present application, the following examples are given. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an ETC account list provided in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, the accounts in the ETC account list in fig. 3 include: ETC account 1, ETC account 2, ETC account 3, ETC account 4, ETC account 5 and ETC account 6, and, the ETC account is all in the white list at present. The number of times of the ETC account 1 entering the blacklist is 8, the number of times of the ETC account 2 entering the blacklist is 9, the number of times of the ETC account 3 entering the blacklist is 7, the number of times of the ETC account 4 entering the blacklist is 10, the number of times of the ETC account 5 entering the blacklist is 12, and the number of times of the ETC account 6 entering the blacklist is 11.
Fig. 3 is an example, and does not limit the content and layout of the ETC account list.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the ETC account list records ETC accounts, which have the number of times of entering the blacklist due to insufficient balance of the ETC accounts being higher than or equal to the preset threshold, and the ETC accounts are all currently in the white list, and if the ETC accounts meet the preset balance prompt condition, the reminding can be performed.
Step S202: and determining a target ETC account meeting a preset balance prompt condition from the ETC account list.
In an optional implementation manner, there are various methods for determining a target ETC account satisfying a preset balance prompting condition from an ETC account list, and the embodiments of the present application provide, but are not limited to, the following three methods.
The first method includes step A11 and step A12.
It can be understood that if a vehicle enters a highway, the corresponding ETC account of the vehicle has a deduction requirement.
Step A11: the ETC device installed on a vehicle driving into the entrance of the expressway is scanned through an ETC scanner arranged at the entrance of the expressway, so that an ETC account corresponding to the ETC device is obtained.
Illustratively, the highway entrance is provided with an ETC scanner, and the scanning range of the ETC scanner covers at least one ETC passageway, and the number of the ETC scanners arranged on each ETC passageway entrance is one or more, and the embodiment of the application is not limited herein.
For example, still taking fig. 3 as an example, the ETC scanner scans an ETC device installed on a vehicle entering an entrance of a highway, obtains a target ETC account corresponding to the ETC device installed on the vehicle as an ETC account 1, and the server obtains the target ETC account as the ETC account 1 through the ETC scanner.
Step A12: and if the ETC account is in the ETC account list, determining the ETC account as a target ETC account meeting the preset balance prompting condition.
Illustratively, the server obtains that the ETC account is an ETC account 1 through the ETC scanner, and the ETC account 1 is in the ETC account list shown in fig. 3, and determines that the ETC account 1 is a target ETC account meeting the preset balance prompt condition.
The second method includes step B11 and step B12.
It can be understood that if the vehicle exits the expressway, the vehicle is deducted from the corresponding ETC account, and after deduction, the amount of money of the ETC account is reduced, and at this time, the deduction requirement may also be met.
Step B11: and acquiring the ETC account successfully deducting the high-speed fee.
Illustratively, the ETC account 3 is successfully deducted by the high-speed toll 50 to acquire the ETC account 3.
Step B12: and if the ETC account is in the ETC account list, determining the ETC account as a target ETC account meeting the preset balance prompting condition.
Illustratively, the obtained target ETC account is the ETC account 3, and still taking fig. 3 as an example, it is determined that the ETC account 3 is in the ETC account list shown in fig. 3, and it is determined that the ETC account 3 is the target ETC account satisfying the preset balance prompting condition.
And determining the ETC account with the prompt duration equal to a preset prompt threshold value in the ETC account list as the target ETC account meeting the preset balance prompt condition.
It is understood that the ETC account may be prompted every prompting period.
Illustratively, the preset cue threshold is 3 days.
For example, still taking fig. 3 as an example, the prompt duration in fig. 3 is counted from the end of generating the prompt message. The prompting time length of the ETC account 1 is 47 minutes when the day is 2 21, the prompting time length of the ETC account 2 is 33 minutes when the day is 1 and 11, the prompting time length of the ETC account 3 is 22 minutes when the day is 2 and 2, the prompting time length of the ETC account 4 is 00 minutes when the day is 3 and 0, the prompting time length of the ETC account 5 is 56 minutes when the day is 0 and the prompting time length of the ETC account 6 is 42 minutes when the day is 1 and 18, wherein the prompting time length of the ETC account 4 is 00 minutes when the day is 3 and 0 hour is 3 and is equal to a preset prompting threshold value for 3 days, and the ETC account 4 is determined to be a target ETC account meeting a preset balance prompting condition.
Step S203: and generating prompt information.
Illustratively, the prompt message is used for prompting the user to recharge the target ETC account.
In combination with any of the above embodiments, there are various methods for generating the prompt message, and the examples of the present application provide, but are not limited to, the following two methods.
The first method of generating the guidance information includes steps C11 to C15.
Step C11: and sending a first 5G message to the electronic equipment.
Among them, the first 5G (5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology, fifth Generation Mobile Communication Technology) message is used to instruct the user to input a destination.
Illustratively, the electronic device corresponds to a mobile phone number 12345678900, and sends a first 5G message to the electronic device with a mobile phone number 12345678900.
Illustratively, the first 5G message includes a link for collecting user input destinations.
Step C12: and receiving a second 5G message fed back by the electronic equipment.
Illustratively, the second 5G message carries the destination entered by the user.
Illustratively, after receiving the first 5G message sent by the server, the user clicks a link included in the first 5G message to activate an acquisition module on the electronic device to complete acquisition of the destination.
For example, after clicking a link included in the first 5G message, the user enters a destination collection interface to input a destination, and after completing the input, a second 5G message is formed and fed back to the server.
It is understood that the method of user input of the destination includes, but is not limited to: voice input destination, text input destination, clicking a map interface embedded on a display screen of the electronic device to determine the destination.
For example, the speech input: go to the destination Beijing City. Text input: go to the destination Beijing City. Clicking a map interface on a display screen of the embedded electronic equipment to determine that the destination is Beijing.
Step C13: and determining the high-speed toll based on the destination and the starting place corresponding to the entrance of the expressway.
Illustratively, the second 5G message fed back by the electronic device is received, and the destination carried by the second 5G message is beijing.
For example, the distance between the starting place and the destination Beijing city corresponding to the entrance of the highway where the vehicle is located at present is determined, and the distance between the starting place and the destination of the highway is assumed to be 50 kilometers.
For example, suppose that a highway is charged 0.5 dollars per kilometer, the distance of the highway between the origin and the destination is determined to be 50 kilometers, and the highway is determined to be 25 dollars in toll.
Step C14: and if the balance corresponding to the target ETC account is smaller than the high-speed passing fee, determining a first difference value between the high-speed passing fee and the balance.
For example, still taking fig. 3 as an example, assuming that the target ETC account is an ETC account 4, the account balance of the ETC account is 20 yuan, 20 yuan < high-speed passage fee 25 yuan, and it is determined that the first difference between the high-speed passage fee and the account balance of the ETC account is 5 yuan.
It is understood that there may be a case where the high-speed toll is greater than or equal to the account balance, for example, if the balance corresponding to the target ETC account is greater than or equal to the high-speed toll, determining a first balance after deducting the high-speed toll, and sending the first balance to the electronic device logged with the communication account corresponding to the target ETC account.
For example, still taking fig. 3 as an example, assuming that the target ETC account is an ETC account 2, the account balance of the ETC account is 27 yuan, and 27 yuan > 25 yuan of the high-speed transit fare, determining that the first balance after deducting the high-speed transit fare is 2 yuan, and sending the first balance to the electronic device logged with the communication account corresponding to the target ETC account.
Step C15: and generating prompt information for prompting the user to supplement the amount of the first difference value in the target ETC account.
Illustratively, the first difference is determined to be 5-ary, and the hint information is generated based on the first difference, assuming that the hint information is: the account balance of the current ETC account is less than the high-speed traffic fee to be deducted, and 5 yuan is required to be recharged, so that the ETC account is prevented from entering a blacklist, and the recharging is required to be completed as soon as possible.
The second method of generating the guidance information includes steps D11 to D13.
Step D11: and acquiring the average value of the historical high-speed toll of the target ETC account.
In order to make those skilled in the art more understand the historical high-speed toll of the ETC account mentioned in the embodiments of the present application, the following description is made by way of example. As shown in fig. 4, a schematic diagram of historical high-speed toll of an ETC account provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown.
In fig. 4, as an example, the ETC account in fig. 3 is also taken as an example, wherein the historical high-speed passage fees of the ETC account 1 are respectively 35, 23, 28, 33, 42 and 25, the historical high-speed passage fees of the ETC account 2 are respectively 30, 27, 29, 30 and 26, the historical high-speed passage fees of the ETC account 3 are respectively 25, 24, 32, 31, 26 and 24, the historical high-speed passage fees of the ETC account 4 are respectively 29, 26, 33, 36, 38 and 38, the historical high-speed passage fees of the ETC account 5 are respectively 20, 21, 20 and 23, and the historical high-speed passage fees of the ETC account 6 are respectively 31, 28, 29, 21, 20, 33 and 24.
Fig. 4 is an example, and does not limit the content and layout of the historic high-speed toll of the ETC account.
As can be seen from fig. 4, each high-speed passage charge of the ETC account is recorded, so that the average value of the historical high-speed passage charges of the ETC account can be obtained based on the historical high-speed passage charges, and if the balance of the account is smaller than the average value, the user is notified to recharge, so that the user is prevented from entering a blacklist.
For example, taking fig. 4 as an example, the average of the historical high-speed transit fees acquired by the ETC account 1 is 31 yen, the average of the historical high-speed transit fees acquired by the ETC account 2 is 28.4 yen, the average of the historical high-speed transit fees acquired by the ETC account 3 is 27 yen, the average of the historical high-speed transit fees acquired by the ETC account 4 is 33.33 yen, the average of the historical high-speed transit fees acquired by the ETC account 5 is 21 yen, and the average of the historical high-speed transit fees acquired by the ETC account 6 is 26.57 yen.
Step D12: and if the balance corresponding to the target ETC account is smaller than the average value, determining a second difference value between the average value and the balance.
For example, still taking fig. 3 as an example, assuming that the target ETC account is an ETC account 1, the balance of the ETC account 1 is 15 yuan, 15 yuan is less than the mean value 31 yuan of the historical high-speed transit fare of the ETC account 1, and a second difference between the mean value and the balance is determined to be 16 yuan.
Step D13: and generating prompt information for prompting the user to supplement the amount of the second difference value in the ETC account.
Illustratively, the second difference is determined to be 16 bins, and the hint information is generated based on the second difference, assuming that the hint information is: the account balance of the current ETC account is smaller than the average value of the historical high-speed passing fees, 16 yuan is required to be recharged to meet the historical high-speed passing fees, and in order to prevent the ETC account from entering a blacklist, the recharging is finished as soon as possible.
Step S204: and sending prompt information to the electronic equipment logged with the communication account corresponding to the target ETC account.
For example, the prompt message may be that the balance of the ETC account is about to be insufficient, and a user should timely recharge the account to prevent the ETC account from entering a blacklist.
In summary, by acquiring the white list, but because the number of times that the balance of the ETC account is insufficient and enters the black list is higher than or equal to that of the ETC account list of the preset threshold, because the ETC accounts in the ETC account list often enter the black list because of insufficient balance, when the target ETC account on the ETC account list has a demand for deduction, prompt information is generated, the prompt information includes information prompting the user, and the prompt information is sent to the electronic device logged in with the communication account corresponding to the target ETC account, so as to prompt the user to recharge, thereby avoiding the situation that the user enters the black list.
The method is described in detail in the embodiments disclosed in the present application, and the method of the present application can be implemented by various types of apparatuses, so that an apparatus is also disclosed in the present application, and the following detailed description is given of specific embodiments.
