Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described electronic devices and servers are merely examples, and that other existing or future-occurring electronic devices and servers, as applicable to the present disclosure, are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure and are hereby incorporated by reference herein.
The following describes a recharging prompting method for an ETC account provided by the embodiment of the present application in combination with the above hardware architecture.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for prompting recharging of an ETC account according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be applied to the server 12 described above, and includes the following steps S201 to S204 in the implementation process.
Step S201: and acquiring an ETC account list, wherein the ETC account list comprises ETC accounts with times of entering a blacklist being higher than or equal to a preset threshold value due to insufficient balance of the ETC accounts, and the ETC accounts are currently in a white list.
Illustratively, the preset threshold is assumed to be 7 times.
To further understand the ETC account list mentioned in the embodiments of the present application, the following examples are presented. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an ETC account list provided in an embodiment of the present application.
Illustratively, the accounts in the ETC account list in FIG. 3 include: ETC account 1, ETC account 2, ETC account 3, ETC account 4, ETC account 5, and ETC account 6, and the ETC accounts are all currently on the whitelist. The number of times that ETC account 1 entered the blacklist is 8 times, the number of times that ETC account 2 entered the blacklist is 9 times, the number of times that ETC account 3 entered the blacklist is 7 times, the number of times that ETC account 4 entered the blacklist is 10 times, the number of times that ETC account 5 entered the blacklist is 12 times, and the number of times that ETC account 6 entered the blacklist is 11 times.
Fig. 3 is merely an example, and does not limit the content and layout of the ETC account list.
As can be seen from fig. 3, because the ETC account list records the ETC accounts with the number of times of entering the blacklist being higher than or equal to the preset threshold value due to insufficient balance of the ETC accounts, and the ETC accounts are all currently in the whitelist, if the ETC accounts meet the preset balance prompt condition, the prompt can be performed.
Step S202: and determining a target ETC account meeting the preset balance prompt condition from the ETC account list.
In an alternative embodiment, there are various methods for determining a target ETC account satisfying the preset balance prompt condition from the ETC account list, and the following three methods are provided in the embodiments of the present application.
The first method includes a step A11 and a step A12.
It will be appreciated that if the vehicle enters a highway, the ETC account corresponding to the vehicle has a deduction requirement.
Step A11: and scanning ETC equipment installed on the vehicle entering the expressway entrance by an ETC scanner arranged at the expressway entrance to obtain an ETC account corresponding to the ETC equipment.
The expressway entrance is provided with an ETC scanner, the scanning range of the ETC scanner at least covers one ETC channel, and the number of the ETC scanners arranged on each ETC channel entrance is one or more, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
For example, still taking fig. 3 as an example, the ETC scanner scans the ETC device installed on the vehicle entering the highway entrance, obtains the target ETC account corresponding to the ETC device installed on the vehicle as the ETC account 1, and the server obtains the target ETC account as the ETC account 1 through the ETC scanner.
Step A12: and if the ETC account is in the ETC account list, determining that the ETC account is a target ETC account meeting the preset balance prompt condition.
For example, the server obtains, through the ETC scanner, that the ETC account is the ETC account 1, where the ETC account 1 is in the ETC account list shown in fig. 3, and determines that the ETC account 1 is a target ETC account that meets the preset balance prompt condition.
The second method includes step B11 and step B12.
It will be appreciated that if the vehicle is going out of the highway, the fee deduction will be performed for the ETC account corresponding to the vehicle, and after the fee deduction, the amount of the ETC account will be reduced, and there may be a fee deduction requirement.
Step B11: an ETC account is acquired that successfully deducts the high-speed fee.
Illustratively, ETC account 3 is successfully deducted high-speed fee 50, and ETC account 3 is acquired.
Step B12: and if the ETC account is in the ETC account list, determining that the ETC account is a target ETC account meeting the preset balance prompt condition.
For example, the obtained target ETC account is the ETC account 3, still taking fig. 3 as an example, it is determined that the ETC account 3 is in the ETC account list shown in fig. 3, and the ETC account 3 is determined as the target ETC account that satisfies the preset balance prompt condition.
The third method is to determine ETC accounts with prompt duration equal to a preset prompt threshold in the ETC account list as target ETC accounts meeting the preset balance prompt conditions.
It will be appreciated that the ETC account may be prompted every prompting time period.
The preset hint threshold is, for example, 3 days.
Illustratively, still taking fig. 3 as an example, the alert duration in fig. 3 is timed from the end of generating the alert message. The prompting time length of the ETC account 1 is 47 minutes in 2 days 21, the prompting time length of the ETC account 2 is 33 minutes in 1 day 11, the prompting time length of the ETC account 3 is 22 minutes in 2 days 2, the prompting time length of the ETC account 4 is 3 days 0.00 minutes, the prompting time length of the ETC account 5 is 0 days 16.56 minutes and the prompting time length of the ETC account 6 is 1 day 18.42 minutes, wherein the prompting time length of the ETC account 4 is 3 days 0.00 minutes, 3 days 0.00 minutes are equal to a preset prompting threshold value for 3 days, and the ETC account 4 is determined to be a target ETC account meeting preset balance prompting conditions.
Step S203: and generating prompt information.
Illustratively, the prompt is for prompting the user to recharge for the target ETC account.
In combination with any of the above embodiments, there are various methods for generating the prompt message, and the embodiments of the present application provide, but are not limited to, the following two methods.
The first method for generating the prompt message includes steps C11 to C15.
Step C11: and sending a first 5G message to the electronic equipment.
Wherein a first 5G (5 th Generation Mobile Communication Technology, fifth generation mobile communication technology) message is used to indicate the user input destination.
For example, the electronic device corresponds to the mobile phone number 12345678900, and sends the first 5G message to the electronic device with the mobile phone number 12345678900.
Illustratively, the first 5G message includes a link for gathering a user input destination.
Step C12: and receiving a second 5G message fed back by the electronic equipment.
Illustratively, the second 5G message carries the destination of the user input.
Illustratively, after receiving the first 5G message sent by the server, the user clicks a link included in the first 5G message to activate an acquisition module on the electronic device to complete the acquisition of the destination.
For example, after clicking the link included in the first 5G message, the user enters the destination acquisition interface to input the destination, and after inputting, a second 5G message is formed and fed back to the server.
It will be appreciated that the method of user input of the destination includes, but is not limited to: the method comprises the steps of determining a destination by voice input, text input and clicking a map interface embedded on a display screen of the electronic device.
For example, voice input: to the destination Beijing city. Text input: to the destination Beijing city. Clicking on a map interface embedded on the display screen of the electronic device determines that the destination is beijing city.
Step C13: and determining the high-speed toll based on the destination and the corresponding starting place of the expressway entrance.
The second 5G message, which is fed back by the electronic device, is received, and the destination carried by the second 5G message is beijing city.
For example, the distance between the origin and the destination Beijing city corresponding to the entrance of the highway where the present is located is determined, and it is assumed that the distance between the origin and the destination is 50 km.
By way of example, assuming that the expressway charges 0.5 yuan per kilometer, the expressway distance between the origin and destination is determined to be 50 kilometers, and the expressway toll is determined to be 25 yuan.
Step C14: and if the balance corresponding to the target ETC account is smaller than the high-speed toll, determining a first difference value between the high-speed toll and the balance.
For example, still taking fig. 3 as an example, assuming that the target ETC account is the ETC account 4, the account balance of the ETC account is 20 yuan, 20 yuan < 25 yuan of high speed toll, the first difference between the high speed toll and the account balance of the ETC account is determined to be 5 yuan.
It will be appreciated that there may be a situation where the high-speed toll may be greater than or equal to the account balance, and by way of example, if the balance corresponding to the target ETC account is greater than or equal to the high-speed toll, determining a first balance after deducting the high-speed toll, and sending the first balance to the electronic device having logged in the communication account corresponding to the target ETC account.
For example, still taking fig. 3 as an example, assume that the target ETC account is the ETC account 2, the account balance of the ETC account is 27 yuan, the 27 yuan > 25 yuan of the high-speed toll, the first balance after deducting the high-speed toll is determined to be 2 yuan, and the first balance is sent to the electronic device logged in with the communication account corresponding to the target ETC account.
Step C15: and generating prompt information for prompting a user to supplement the amount of the first difference value in the target ETC account.
For example, determining the first difference value as 5-element, generating prompt information based on the first difference value, and assuming that the prompt information is: the account balance of the current ETC account is smaller than the high-speed toll to be deducted, and 5 yuan is needed to be charged, so that the ETC account is prevented from entering a blacklist, and charging is completed as soon as possible.
The second method for generating the prompt message includes steps D11 to D13.
Step D11: and acquiring the average value of the historical high-speed toll of the target ETC account.
In order for those skilled in the art to more understand the historical high speed toll of ETC accounts mentioned in the embodiments of the present application, an example is described below. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a historical high-speed toll for an ETC account according to an embodiment of the present application.
In fig. 4, the ETC account in fig. 3 is still taken as an example, wherein the historical high-speed transit costs of the ETC account 1 are 35, 23, 28, 33, 42, 25, the historical high-speed transit costs of the ETC account 2 are 30, 27, 29, 30, 26, the historical high-speed transit costs of the ETC account 3 are 25, 24, 32, 31, 26, 24, the historical high-speed transit costs of the ETC account 4 are 29, 26, 33, 36, 38, the historical high-speed transit costs of the ETC account 5 are 20, 21, 20, 23, and the historical high-speed transit costs of the ETC account 6 are 31, 28, 29, 21, 20, 33, 24, respectively.
Fig. 4 is merely an example, and does not limit the contents and typesetting of the historical high-speed toll of ETC accounts.
As can be seen from FIG. 4, by recording each high-speed passing fee of the ETC account, the average value of the historical high-speed passing fee of the ETC account can be obtained based on the historical high-speed passing fee, and if the balance of the account is smaller than the average value, the user is notified to recharge, so that the user is prevented from entering the blacklist.
By way of example, taking fig. 4 as an example, the average of the historical high-speed transit costs for ETC account 1 is 31 yuan, the average of the historical high-speed transit costs for ETC account 2 is 28.4 yuan, the average of the historical high-speed transit costs for ETC account 3 is 27 yuan, the average of the historical high-speed transit costs for ETC account 4 is 33.33 yuan, the average of the historical high-speed transit costs for ETC account 5 is 21 yuan, and the average of the historical high-speed transit costs for ETC account 6 is 26.57 yuan.
Step D12: and if the balance corresponding to the target ETC account is smaller than the average value, determining a second difference value between the average value and the balance.
For example, still taking fig. 3 as an example, assuming that the target ETC account is ETC account 1, the balance of ETC account 1 is 15 yuan, 15 yuan < the average 31 yuan of the historical high-speed toll of ETC account 1, the second difference between the average and the balance is determined to be 16 yuan.
Step D13: and generating prompt information for prompting a user to supplement the amount of the second difference value in the ETC account.
For example, the second difference is determined to be 16-element, and prompt information is generated based on the second difference, and the prompt information is assumed to be: the account balance of the current ETC account is smaller than the average value of the historical high-speed toll, and the historical high-speed toll can be met by 16-yuan recharging, so that the ETC account is prevented from entering a blacklist, and recharging is completed as soon as possible.
Step S204: and sending prompt information to the electronic equipment logged in with the communication account corresponding to the target ETC account.
For example, the prompt message may be that balance of the ETC account is about to be insufficient, and to avoid the ETC account entering the blacklist, prompt recharging is requested in time.
In summary, by acquiring the ETC account list currently in the white list, but because the number of times that the balance of the ETC account is insufficient and enters the black list is higher than or equal to the preset threshold value, because the ETC account in the ETC account list often enters the black list because of the insufficient balance, when the target ETC account on the ETC account list has the deduction requirement, prompt information is generated, the prompt information contains information for prompting the user, and the prompt information is sent to the electronic device logged in with the communication account corresponding to the target ETC account, so as to prompt the user to recharge, and avoid the situation that the user enters the black list.
The method is described in detail in the embodiments disclosed in the application, and the method can be implemented by using various devices, so that the application also discloses a device, and a specific embodiment is given in the following detailed description.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram of an ETC account recharge prompting device according to an exemplary embodiment, the device comprising: an acquisition unit 51, a determination unit 52, a generation unit 53, and a transmission unit 54, wherein:
the obtaining unit 51 is configured to obtain an ETC account list, where the ETC account list includes ETC accounts that have entered a blacklist more than or equal to a preset threshold due to insufficient balance of the ETC accounts, and the ETC accounts are currently in a whitelist.
And the determining unit 52 is configured to determine, from the ETC account list, a target ETC account that meets a preset balance prompt condition, where the preset balance prompt condition refers to that the target ETC account has a deduction requirement.
The generating unit 53 is configured to generate prompt information, where the prompt information is used to prompt a user to recharge the target ETC account.
And the sending unit 54 is configured to send a prompt message to an electronic device that logs in to a communication account corresponding to the target ETC account.
In an optional implementation manner, the recharging prompting device of the ETC account, the determining unit includes:
and the first acquisition subunit is used for scanning ETC equipment installed on the vehicle entering the expressway entrance through an ETC scanner arranged at the expressway entrance so as to obtain an ETC account corresponding to the ETC equipment.
And the first determining subunit is used for determining the ETC account as a target ETC account meeting the preset balance prompt condition if the ETC account is in the ETC account list.
In an optional implementation manner, the recharging prompting device of the ETC account, the generating unit includes:
and the sending subunit is used for sending a first 5G message to the electronic equipment, wherein the first 5G message is used for indicating an input destination.
And the receiving subunit is used for receiving a second 5G message fed back by the electronic equipment, and the second 5G message carries a destination.
And the second determination subunit is used for determining the high-speed toll based on the destination and the starting place corresponding to the expressway entrance.
And the third determination subunit is used for determining a first difference value between the high-speed toll and the balance if the balance corresponding to the target ETC account is smaller than the high-speed toll.
And the first generation subunit is used for generating prompt information for prompting a user to supplement the amount of the first difference value in the target ETC account.
