When the top cover 4 rotates, the sliding frame 901, the fixing plate 902, the toothed ring 903, the baffle 909, the second motor 905, the gear 906 and the flexible shaft 907 are driven to rotate, so that the eight sliding frames 901 are combined together, after the eight top covers 4 are combined and fixed, the second motor 905 is started to control the output shaft of the second motor 905 to rotate forwards, the output shaft of the second motor 905 drives the gear 906 to rotate, the gear 906 rotates on the toothed ring 903, so that the flexible shaft 907 and the waterproof cloth 908 are driven to rotate around the top cover 4, the waterproof cloth 908 is laid on the top cover 4 and then the second motor 905 is closed, when raining occurs, the baffle 909 can prevent the second motor 905 from entering water, the waterproof cloth 908 can prevent rainwater from flowing into the top cover 4 through a gap connected between the top covers 4, when people do not need to use the waterproof cloth 908, the second motor 905 is started to control the output shaft of the second motor 905 to rotate backwards, the output shaft of the second motor 905 drives the gear 906 to rotate reversely, so that the gear 906 rotates reversely on the gear ring 903 and resets, the flexible shaft 907 and the waterproof cloth 908 are driven to rotate reversely around the top cover 4 to reset, the waterproof cloth 908 is collected, the second motor 905 is closed, and when the top cover 4 rotates reversely to reset, the top cover 4 drives the sliding frame 901, the fixing plate 902, the gear ring 903, the baffle 909, the second motor 905, the gear 906 and the flexible shaft to rotate reversely to reset.

When the sliding frame 901 rotates, the sliding frame 901 can drive the drain pipe 101 to rotate, then people pull the drain pipe 101 to be inserted between the second fixing rod 102 and the inner side of the clamping block 103, so that the clamping block 103 can fix the drain pipe 101, and the water outlet of the drain pipe 101 is prevented from moving in a mess, when rainwater falls on the waterproof cloth 908, the rainwater flows onto the sliding frame 901 along the waterproof cloth 908 and is discharged outwards through the drain pipe 101, when the sliding frame 901 needs to be reversed and reset, the drain pipe 101 is pulled out from the position between the second fixing rod 102 and the inner side of the clamping block 103, so that the drain pipe 101 is separated from the second fixing rod 102 and the clamping block 103, and then the sliding frame 901 can drive the drain pipe 101 to be reversed and reset.
