The main functions realized by the invention are as follows: need not external hoisting equipment supplementary, avoid the wooden wall to collide with, shorten the preparation time of work, improve work efficiency.
According to the temporary assembling tool for the wood assembling type building component, the mounting mode, the connecting mode or the setting mode are common mechanical modes, and the temporary assembling tool can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the temporary assembling tool can be achieved; the push cylinder 4, the electric rolling machine 9, the inhaul cable 10, the pulley 11, the wheel 17, the supporting screw 16 and the pressing plate screw 14 of the temporary assembly tool for the wood assembly type building components are purchased from the market, and technicians in the industry only need to install and operate according to the attached operating instructions without creative labor of the technicians in the field.

A temporary assembly tool for wood assembly type building components comprises four push cylinders (4); it is characterized by also comprising a base (1), an upright post (2), four telescopic arms (3) and a plurality of push cylinders (4), four location scute (5), four lean on wall post (6), four hold up wall frame (7) and pull-up mechanism, base (1) is provided with walking subassembly and supporting component, the up end middle part of base (1) is provided with stand (2), the stiff end of four flexible arm (3) rotates with base (1) respectively and is connected, four flexible arm (3) are the cross and arrange, the one end of four push away jar (4) rotates with four flexible arm (3) respectively and is connected, the other end of four push away jar (4) all rotates with stand (2) and is connected, the removal end of four flexible arm (3) all is provided with the mount pad, four location scute (5) all are provided with horizontally layer board and vertical backup plate, the backup plate of four location scute (5) is installed respectively on the lateral wall of the mount pad of four flexible arm (3), four are held up the up end middle part of the mount pad of four flexible arm (3) of vertical cartridge respectively by wall post (6), four are held up the wall frame (7) and are installed respectively on the upper portion of the lateral wall frame of four lateral wall frame (7) and pull-up wall frame (2), the lateral wall frame (7) is arranged, the lateral wall frame (7) is adjusted with the horizontal side.

The temporary assembling tool for the wood fabricated building components as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pulling mechanism comprises a rotating seat (8), an electric rolling machine (9), a pulling rope (10), four pulleys (11) and a clamping assembly, the rotating seat (8) is rotatably installed at the top end of the upright post (2), the rotating seat (8) is provided with a handle, the electric rolling machine (9) is installed on the rotating seat (8), one end of the pulling rope (10) is rolled in the electric rolling machine (9), the four pulleys (11) are respectively rotatably installed at the top ends of the four wall-leaning posts (6), and the other end of the pulling rope (10) is connected with the clamping assembly.

The tool for temporarily assembling the wood fabricated building component according to claim 2, wherein the clamping assembly comprises a channel steel (12), a pressing plate (13) and two pressing plate screws (14), the pressing plate (13) is located in a notch of the channel steel (12), the middle parts of the two pressing plate screws (14) are in threaded connection with the top wall of the channel steel (12) in a rotating mode, the lower ends of the two pressing plate screws (14) are connected with the pressing plate (13) in a rotating mode, and handles are arranged at the upper ends of the two pressing plate screws (14).

The temporary assembling tool for wooden fabricated building components as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting assembly of the base (1) comprises two supporting plates (15) and a plurality of supporting screws (16), the two supporting plates (15) are respectively located at the left and right sides of the base (1), the plurality of supporting screws (16) are respectively in threaded connection with the left and right sides of the base (1) in a rotating manner, and the lower ends of the plurality of supporting screws (16) are respectively in rotational connection with the two supporting plates (15).

The temporary assembling tool for wooden prefabricated building components as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a plurality of bolt holes (21) and a plurality of bolts (22), wherein the plurality of bolt holes (21) are formed in the moving ends of four telescopic booms (3), the plurality of bolt holes (21) are arranged in a matrix, the plurality of bolts (22) are inserted into the fixed ends of the four telescopic booms (3), and the plurality of bolts (22) penetrate through the fixed ends of the four telescopic booms (3) and are inserted into the plurality of bolt holes (21).

The temporary assembly fixture for the wooden assembly type building components according to claim 1, further comprising four protection angle plates (23), wherein each of the four protection angle plates (23) is provided with a horizontal push plate and a vertical guard plate, the four protection angle plates (23) are respectively rotatably mounted on the four positioning angle plates (5), inner end surfaces of the push plates of the four protection angle plates (23) are flush with upper end surfaces of the support plates of the four positioning angle plates (5), and a certain distance is arranged between the guard plates of the four protection angle plates (23) and backup plates of the four positioning angle plates (5).

The temporary assembly tooling for wooden fabricated building components according to claim 7, wherein four positioning corner plates (5), four wall-supporting frames (7), four protecting corner plates (23), channel steel (12) and pressing plates (13) are all provided with buffering pads, and the buffering pads are all in contact with the wooden wall.
