本发明针对现有技术缺陷,提出一种浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,不仅具有良好的韧性及强度,同时在PVC浇注体系中有很好的应用场景,操作简单,一次成型效果显著,PVC弹性体材料配方可大大节约企业的生产资源,降低企业的生产成本。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案提供了一种浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,该材料由以下重量份的各组分制备而成:PVC糊树脂50-200重量份,增塑剂100-200重量份,抗氧剂1-3重量份,热稳定剂8-15重量份,填充剂10-20重量份,增韧剂4-7重量份,偶联剂1-3重量份,紫外吸收剂0.5-1.4重量份,消泡剂0.8-1.5重量份,色浆0.8-1.5重量份。

增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、邻苯二甲酸二己酯、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异壬基酯、环己烷二羧酸二异辛酯、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯中任选一种或几种。
抗氧剂为酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂、受阻酚与亚磷酸酯和硫代酯复合抗氧剂中任选一种或几种。
热稳定剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、钙锌热稳定剂、环氧大豆油、季戊四醇、镁铝水滑石、二苯甲酰甲烷中任选一种或几种。
填充剂为金红石型二氧化钛、重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙、改性碳酸钙,气相二氧化硅、二氧化硅粉中任选一种或几种,填充剂粒径在200-1200目。
偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、硼酸酯偶联剂中一种或两种。
紫外吸收剂为水杨酸酯类、二苯甲酮类、苯并三唑类、取代丙烯腈类、三嗪类中一种或几种。
消泡剂为非硅型、聚醚型、有机硅型和聚醚改性有机硅型中一种或几种。
需要说明的是,该配方材料经搅拌后,需经三辊研磨机研磨及抽真空处理,使用的各原料均为市售材料。该材料的生产方法:将配方所有材料倒入搅拌机中搅拌均匀后,经三辊研磨机研磨后,再进行抽真空处理。均为常规设备的常规搅拌、研磨和抽真空工艺。该材料颗粒粒径小于10μm。
实施例1:
本发明提供了一种浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,称取PVC糊树脂80重量份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯100重量份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯60重量份,1010抗氧剂0.8重量份,168抗氧剂0.8重量份,钙锌热稳定剂2重量份,水滑石8重量份,二氧化钛5重量份,二氧化硅5重量份,碳酸钙10重量份,增韧剂5重量份,偶联剂2重量份,紫外吸收剂0.8重量份,消泡剂1.2重量份,色浆1.2重量份。
将上述物料按比例称量放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀后,用三辊研磨机研磨,最后再进行抽真空处理后即成本发明的PVC弹性体材料。
实施例2:
本发明提供了一种浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,称取PVC糊树脂120重量份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯110重量份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯60重量份,1010抗氧剂1重量份,168抗氧剂1重量份,钙锌热稳定剂2重量份,水滑石8重量份,二氧化钛5重量份,二氧化硅5重量份,碳酸钙10重量份,增韧剂5重量份,偶联剂2重量份,紫外吸收剂0.8重量份,消泡剂1.2重量份,色浆1.2重量份。
将上述物料按比例称量放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀后,用三辊研磨机研磨,最后再进行抽真空处理后即成本发明的PVC弹性体材料。
实施例3:
称取PVC糊树脂160重量份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯110重量份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯80重量份,1010抗氧剂1重量份,168抗氧剂1重量份,钙锌热稳定剂2重量份,水滑石8重量份,二氧化钛5重量份,二氧化硅5重量份,碳酸钙10重量份,增韧剂5重量份,偶联剂2重量份,紫外吸收剂0.8重量份,消泡剂1.2重量份,色浆1.2重量份。
将上述物料按比例称量放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀后,用三辊研磨机研磨,最后再进行抽真空处理后即成本发明的PVC弹性体材料。
通过图1可以看出,利用实施例1-3配方制备得到的PVC弹性体的硬度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、撕裂强度和细度。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
Claims (10)
1.一种浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,其特征在于,该材料由以下重量份的各组分制备而成:PVC糊树脂50-200重量份,增塑剂100-200重量份,抗氧剂1-3重量份,热稳定剂8-15重量份,填充剂10-20重量份,增韧剂4-7重量份,偶联剂1-3重量份,紫外吸收剂0.5-1.4重量份,消泡剂0.8-1.5重量份,色浆0.8-1.5重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,其特征在于,该材料由以下重量份的各组分制备而成:PVC糊树脂50-150重量份,增塑剂100-150重量份,抗氧剂1-3重量份,热稳定剂8-15重量份,填充剂10-20重量份,增韧剂4-7重量份,偶联剂1-3重量份,紫外吸收剂0.5-1.4重量份,消泡剂0.8-1.5重量份,色浆0.8-1.5重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,其特征在于,该材料由以下重量份的各组分制备而成:PVC糊树脂80-200重量份,增塑剂120-200重量份,抗氧剂1-3重量份,热稳定剂8-15重量份,填充剂10-20重量份,增韧剂4-7重量份,偶联剂1-3重量份,紫外吸收剂0.5-1.4重量份,消泡剂0.8-1.5重量份,色浆0.8-1.5重量份。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,其特征在于,所述PVC糊树脂聚合度为1000-2500。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、邻苯二甲酸二己酯、环己烷1,2-二甲酸二异壬基酯、环己烷二羧酸二异辛酯、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯和对苯二甲酸二辛酯中任选一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求2或3所述的浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂、受阻酚与亚磷酸酯和硫代酯复合抗氧剂中任选一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求2或3所述的浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、钙锌热稳定剂、环氧大豆油、季戊四醇、镁铝水滑石、二苯甲酰甲烷中任选一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求2或3所述的浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,其特征在于,所述填充剂为金红石型二氧化钛、重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙、改性碳酸钙、气相二氧化硅、二氧化硅粉中任选一种或几种;
所述填充剂粒径在200-1200目。
9.根据权利要求2或3所述的浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、硼酸酯偶联剂中一种或两种。
10.根据权利要求2或3所述的浇注型PVC弹性体材料配方,其特征在于,所述紫外吸收剂为水杨酸酯类、二苯甲酮类、苯并三唑类、取代丙烯腈类、三嗪类中一种或几种;
所述消泡剂为非硅型、聚醚型、有机硅型和聚醚改性有机硅型中一种或几种。
