the rotating sleeve (53) extends into the action chamber (42) from the top end of the spraying seat (41) and is connected with the planet wheel rotating unit (43), and the end, away from the pressing cover (51), of the pressing rod (52) extends into the rotating sleeve (53);
the two driving chutes (54) are spirally and oppositely arranged on the inner wall of the rotating sleeve (53);
the driving sliding block is connected in the driving inclined groove (54) in a sliding mode and is connected with the pressing rod (52).

the middle rotating shaft (50), one end of the middle rotating shaft (50) extends into the action chamber (42) and is connected with the planet turntable (59), and the other end of the center rotating shaft (50) extends into the spraying chamber (45) and is connected with the rotating unit (46).

the outer magnetic rings (63), a plurality of the outer magnetic rings (63) are sequentially and fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the outer rotating magnetic sleeve (61) from top to bottom;
the inner rotating magnetic sleeve (64) is sleeved with the outer rotating magnetic sleeve (64) by a plurality of outer magnetic rings (63);
the fixed screw block (65), the said fixed screw block (65) is mounted to the bottom in the said spray chamber (45), the said external rotating magnetic bush (64) is threaded and fixed on the said fixed screw block (65);
