As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the marine fairlead assembly of the present embodiment includes a fairlead 10, a watertight cover 30 and a connecting mechanism 20, wherein the connecting mechanism 20 is used for connecting the fairlead 10 and the watertight cover 30; by the connection mechanism 20, the watertight cover 30 can be switched between an open state for allowing the fairlead 10 to communicate with the outside and a closed state for restricting the fairlead 10 from communicating with the outside to open or close the fairlead 10.
In a preferred embodiment, the connection mechanism 20 is a hinge, which is installed above the cable guide hole 10 and the watertight cover 30, so that the watertight cover 30 can be conveniently rotated by a shaft of the hinge to open and close, and particularly, when the cable guide hole 10 is switched from an open state to a closed state, the watertight cover 30 can be switched to the closed state by its own weight.
In alternative embodiments, other alternative attachment means may be used for the attachment mechanism 20. Preferably, the boosting mechanism 40 is provided as an air stay, and both ends of the air stay are respectively installed on the first fixing bracket 302 at the side of the watertight cover 30 and the second fixing bracket 102 at the outer side of the cable guide hole 10. The gas stay not only provides a pushing force to the watertight cover 30 away from the fairlead hole 10 during the switching of the watertight cover 30 from the closed state to the open state, but also provides a pulling force and a buffering force to the watertight cover 30 close to the fairlead hole during the switching of the watertight cover 30 from the open state to the closed state.
In this embodiment, the boosting mechanism provides the pushing force pneumatically. In other alternative embodiments, the boosting mechanism 40 may provide the pushing force electrically, i.e. the gas struts may be replaced by an electric link that switches between the open state and the closed state by means of the electrically assisted watertight lid 30. In addition, compared with an electric mode, the pneumatic mode does not need to be powered on when in use, has lower requirements on the use environment and is more convenient to use.

Specifically, when the water-tight cover 30 is in the closed state, the locking mechanism 70 rotates around the hinge pin 1031, and is locked into the end of the groove 802 of the fixing plate 80, and the sleeve 701 is rotated and screwed, and is locked into the recess 801 of the groove 802, thereby preventing the water-tight cover from falling out.
In an alternative embodiment, the locking mechanism 70 is provided with 6 groups, wherein 2 groups are arranged above the cable guide hole 10, 2 groups are arranged below the cable guide hole 10, and the left and the right of the cable guide hole 10 are also respectively provided with one group; correspondingly, 6 fixing plates for matching are arranged on the left/right/up/down of the water-tight cover 30, so that the multi-position, dispersed and uniform locking is realized.
It should be noted that in other alternative embodiments, the number of sets of locking mechanisms may be set to any other number according to actual needs.
As shown in FIG. 6, the watertight cover 30 is provided with an annular sealing rubber ring 50, and the annular sealing rubber ring 50 is fitted into an annular groove 60 formed in the inner side of the watertight cover, and in this embodiment, the annular groove 60 is formed by lath welding. When the watertight cover is closed, the outer edge of the inboard hole of the cable guide hole 10 and the sealing rubber ring 50 are compressed and deformed by the sealing rubber ring 50, so that the specified watertight requirement is met.
