The lifting assembly 22 comprises a plurality of fifth lifting rods 222, a first connecting rod 221 and a second connecting rod, wherein the first connecting rod 221 is fixedly connected with support rods 223 on one side of the plurality of slide block groups 212, and the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with support rods 223 on the other side of the plurality of slide block groups 212; the supporting leg 23 is used for supporting the fixing seat 215, the supporting leg 23 is provided with a fixing plate 231, the fixing plate 231 is vertically connected with the first connecting rod 221 through a fifth lifting rod 222, and the fixing plate 231 is vertically connected with the second connecting rod through the fifth lifting rod 222; the supporting rod 223 is extended out of the second avoidance groove 213 by the fifth elevating rod 222; the fifth lifting lever 222 may be an electronic telescopic lever, a hydraulic telescopic lever or an air telescopic lever, and its start switch should be disposed on the transfer base 2.
The specific working principle is as follows: when the medical staff rotates the guardrails 24 on two sides manually at the same time, the two driving rods 216 are driven to rotate around the axis of the two driving rods, the first threads 218, the second threads 219, the first thread 218 and the second thread 219 are matched, the driving of the first sliding block 2121 and the second sliding block 2122 in each sliding block group 212 is completed, the first sliding block 2121 and the second sliding block 2122 slide into the first avoidance groove 214, as shown in fig. 13, so that the second avoidance groove 213 is opened, the fifth lifting rod 222 is started again, the supporting rod 223 is lifted from the second avoidance groove 213, as shown in fig. 14, and the orthopaedics patient is supported.
In this embodiment, the purpose of lifting the orthopedics patient is that when transporting the orthopedics patient, this embodiment will transport cloth 3 and transport together, transport cloth 3 simultaneously and supply orthopedics patient to lie in bed for a long time to use, so in the in-process of transporting, need change transporting cloth 3, use bracing piece 223 to support the orthopedics patient back, change and transport cloth 3, make orthopedics patient descend at control fifth lifter 222, lie on transporting cloth 3, will transport frame 1 again and push up on transporting base 2, connect with first folding rod 13 and second folding rod 14 and transport cloth 3, tighten up it, then raise, transport can.
It should be emphasized that, in this embodiment, for the special transfer cloth 3, the third flange 313 and the fourth flange 314 are provided with the supporting bar 315, and the supporting bar 315 is used as a rigid contact member and should not exist on the cushion 211 in the long-term bedridden process, so in this application, when the first sliding block 2121 and the second sliding block 2122 in the sliding block group 212 of each group relatively move, the second avoidance groove 213 is opened, the supporting bar 315 is hidden in the second avoidance groove 213 by using the trapezoidal second avoidance groove 213, and then the driving rod 216 is controlled to fold the second avoidance groove 213, as shown in fig. 12, the transfer cloth 3 is fixed by using the opening of the second avoidance groove 213, and at this time, the supporting bar 315 does not come out from the second avoidance groove 213, so that the transfer cloth 3 is fixed on the cushion 211, and sliding of the transfer cloth 3 during long-term bedridden is avoided.
In this embodiment, the method further includes an orthopedic nursing transfer method, including the following steps:
s1: rocking the guard rail 24 down;
s2: starting a fifth lifting rod 222, lifting the orthopaedics patient by using a supporting rod 223, and replacing the transfer cloth 3 provided with the supporting rods 315;
s3: pushing the transfer frame 1 to the upper part of the transfer base 2, controlling the first telescopic rod 131, the second telescopic rod 132, the third telescopic rod 141 and the fourth telescopic rod 142 to descend, and respectively attaching the two ends of the transfer cloth 3 to the magic tapes on the first folding rod 13 and the second folding rod 14;
s4: the first rotary driving member 15 and the second rotary driving member 16 are started until the first folding bar 13 and the second folding bar 14 are in contact with the supporting bar 315, and then the first telescopic bar 131, the second telescopic bar 132, the third telescopic bar 141 and the fourth telescopic bar 142 are controlled to ascend, so that the orthopedic patient is lifted up and transported to the destination.
Generally, if an orthopedic patient is lying on a normal hospital bed, the following steps can be performed: before step S1, the method further comprises the following steps:
s10: the transfer cloth 3 without the support bars 315 is replaced for the orthopaedics patient lying on the common sickbed;
s20: repeating the steps S3 and S4.
It should be noted that, in the transferring cloth 3, no matter the supporting bar 315 is provided or the transferring cloth 3 is not provided with the supporting bar 315, in the case of the cloth piece 31, the adhesive part 317 between the third flange 313 and the fourth flange 314 is only a bit, so that the transferring cloth 3 is convenient to be paved and replaced, after the transferring cloth 3 is paved, that is, after the adhesive part 317 between the adjacent cloth pieces 31 is opposite to the second avoiding groove 213, a medical staff is required to manually press the transferring cloth into the second avoiding groove 213, and due to the extrusion of the soft pad 211, the transferring cloth can not be restored, and then the driving rod 216 is driven to seal the opening of the second avoiding groove 213, so that the cloth piece 31 is fixed. In addition, a magnet is further disposed on the inner wall of the second avoidance groove 213, and the support bar 315 is attracted by the magnet, so that the movement of the support bar 223 is prevented from being interfered when the support bar 223 is lifted.
Finally, it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the main invention points are described in detail, and the unnecessary invention points may be adopted in the prior art, for example: as long as the patient needs to lie in bed, the material of the cushion 211 is selected, and generally, it is appropriate to provide a plurality of support rods 223 for the transfer base 2 with a length of 2m, and one support rod is typically provided at 10cm to 20 cm; for the hanging bottle hooks and the like on the transport frame 1, the prior art scheme is adopted, so in order to avoid clamping the soft cushion 211, a hard plate 2171 is also arranged at the place where the tops of the first sliding block 2121 and the second sliding block 2122 contact the soft cushion 211, and the hard plate 2171 is arranged at the bottom of the soft cushion 211 to avoid clamping the soft cushion 211; in addition, through holes are formed at the bottoms of the first sliding block 2121 and the second sliding block 2122, and a sliding rod 217 is arranged in the through holes, wherein the sliding rod 217 is used for assisting in limiting the sliding direction of the first sliding block 2121 and the second sliding block 2122.
Further, the weight sensor can be further arranged on the transferring frame 1 to detect the weight of the transferred orthopedics patient, and the ultrasonic height measuring sensor can be arranged to detect the height of the orthopedics patient, for example: DYP-ME007Y50H V module 4.1; both of the above are prior art.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, but various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
