The lifting assembly 22 comprises a plurality of fifth lifting rods 222, a first connecting rod 221 and a second connecting rod, wherein the first connecting rod 221 is fixedly connected with a supporting rod 223 on one side of the plurality of slider groups 212, and the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with a supporting rod 223 on the other side of the plurality of slider groups 212; the supporting leg 23 is used for supporting the fixing seat 215, and a fixing plate 231 is arranged on the supporting leg 23, the fixing plate 231 is vertically connected with the first connecting rod 221 through a fifth lifting rod 222, and the fixing plate 231 is vertically connected with the second connecting rod through the fifth lifting rod 222; the support rod 223 is extended from the second avoiding groove 213 by the fifth elevating rod 222; the fifth lifting rod 222 can be an electric telescopic rod, a hydraulic telescopic rod or a pneumatic telescopic rod, and the starting switch of the fifth lifting rod should be arranged on the transferring base 2.
The specific working principle is as follows: when the medical staff rotates the guardrails 24 on both sides manually and simultaneously, the two driving rods 216 are driven to rotate around the axes thereof, the first screw thread 218, the second screw thread 219, the hole of the first screw thread 218 and the hole of the second screw thread 219 are matched to drive the first slider 2121 and the second slider 2122 in each set of slider group 212, and the two sliders slide in the first avoidance groove 214 as shown in fig. 13, so as to open the second avoidance groove 213, and then the fifth lifting rod 222 is started to lift the supporting rod 223 from the second avoidance groove 213, as shown in fig. 14, to support the orthopedic patient.
In this embodiment, with the aim at of orthopedics patient's rising, when transporting orthopedics patient, this embodiment will transport cloth 3 and transport together, transport cloth 3 simultaneously and supply orthopedics patient to lie in bed for a long time and use, so at the in-process of transporting, need change transporting cloth 3, utilize bracing piece 223 to support orthopedics patient back, change transporting cloth 3, make orthopedics patient descend controlling fifth lifting rod 222, lie and transport cloth 3, push away transporting frame 1 again to transporting base 2 on, draw in pole 14 with first pole 13 and the second of drawing in and connect transporting cloth 3, tighten up it, then raise, transport can.

In this embodiment, a method of orthopedic care delivery is also included, comprising the steps of:

s4: the first rotary driving member 15 and the second rotary driving member 16 are started until the first furling rod 13 and the second furling rod 14 contact with the supporting bar 315, and then the first telescopic rod 131, the second telescopic rod 132, the third telescopic rod 141 and the fourth telescopic rod 142 are controlled to ascend to lift the orthopedic patient and transfer the orthopedic patient to a destination.
Generally, if an orthopaedic patient is lying on a common hospital bed, the following steps can be performed: before the step of S1, the method further includes the following steps:
s10: the transfer cloth 3 without the support strips 315 is replaced for the orthopedic patient lying on the common sickbed;
s20: and repeating the steps S3 and S4.
It should be noted that, in the transfer cloth 3, whether the support strip 315 is provided or the transfer cloth 3 without the support strip 315 is provided, that is, the cloth piece 31 has only a small amount of the sticky portion 317 between the third flange 313 and the fourth flange 314, which is convenient for laying and replacing the transfer cloth 3, after laying, that is, after the sticky portion 317 between the adjacent cloth pieces 31 is aligned with the second avoidance groove 213, the second avoidance groove 213 needs to be manually pressed down by a medical worker, and the soft pad 211 is not recovered due to the extrusion of the soft pad 211, and then the driving rod 216 is driven to close the opening of the second avoidance groove 213, so as to fix the cloth piece 31. In addition, a magnet is further disposed on an inner wall of the second avoiding groove 213, and the support bar 315 is attracted by the magnet, so as to prevent interference with the movement of the support bar 223 when the support bar 223 ascends.
