Example 4: on the basis of the embodiment 1, 2 or 3, the capacity of the plurality of groups of large solar storage batteries can generate electric energy required by 2-3 days of operation of the rail car for one day under normal sunshine.
The invention realizes the operation of the rail car by arranging the transverse and vertical rail groups; by arranging a plurality of groups of large solar storage batteries, the solar power generation is utilized to provide power for the whole large farmland operation equipment, so that external power input is not needed; the cross beam is arranged, and the matched tools with different operation requirements are arranged on the cross beam, so that one vehicle has multiple purposes; the operation of the rail car and the operation of the matched tool are controlled by the PLC controller so as to reduce the labor intensity of workers.
Example 5: referring to fig. 7, at least two hydraulic cylinders are arranged below the lifting platform in any of the above embodiments, the hydraulic cylinders are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the lifting platform to ensure balanced stress, the extending ends of the hydraulic cylinders are connected with the bottom of the lifting platform, the bottom of the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with a beam or the upper surface of a plate body of the beam used for connecting the two ends, and the lifting and descending of the lifting platform are realized by the lifting and descending of the extending ends of the hydraulic cylinders. The lifting platform is of a hollow cavity structure, a tool set capable of bearing various matched works can be arranged in the lifting platform, the solar power generation panel is arranged on the lifting platform, and the railings are arranged on the periphery of the lifting platform. Various power systems and PLC control systems of the whole equipment are all arranged in the lifting platform.
The operation system in the above embodiment comprises a dust removal mechanism, so that the dust purification function of the whole operation system is realized, and the dust removal device comprises a bag-type dust remover and a dust removal driving mechanism, wherein the bag-type dust remover is connected with the dust removal driving mechanism and is arranged at the top of the lifting platform through connecting pieces such as bolts. The dust collection pipeline is driven by the driving mechanism to suck dust raised from the operation end of the equipment into the cloth bag, so that the raised dust is reduced, and the environment is protected.
In the track group disclosed in the above embodiments, each track may be a single track, or may be a combined track formed by combining a plurality of tracks. Each lifting platform is of a hollow truss structure and has large bearing capacity.
The longitudinal wheels (walking wheels) disclosed in the above embodiments are installed below the columns, the number of the walking wheels is increased according to the scale of the whole equipment, and the number of the walking wheels is matched with the number of the columns. Or the four corners of the bottom of the equipment are provided with combined traveling wheels, namely each group of traveling wheels is provided with 1-8 wheels, the mounting part and the structure of each wheel are the same, and a plurality of wheels in each group are arranged in parallel.

Claims (5)

1. A large farmland operation device with a steering device is suitable for large and medium-sized farms, a plurality of groups of vertical track groups with certain intervals are laid on a farm field after reasonable planning, and each group of vertical track group comprises a plurality of tracks which are arranged in parallel and have the intervals matched with the span of the large farmland operation device; a transverse track group vertically connected with the vertical track group is also arranged between the end parts of the adjacent vertical track groups;
the large farmland operation equipment spans the vertical track group and moves along the transverse and vertical track groups in an S-shaped track;
the method is characterized in that:
the large farmland operation equipment comprises a rail car mechanism, a power supply mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a dust removal mechanism; the rail car mechanism realizes the operation of the whole operation system and comprises a plurality of upright posts, a beam positioned at the bottom ends of the upright posts and a group of longitudinal wheels positioned at the bottom end of the beam and capable of operating along a vertical rail group and a horizontal rail group; the longitudinal wheels move on the track;
the device also comprises a steering device; the vertical track group and the transverse track group are disconnected at the intersection of the vertical track group and the transverse track group, and an independent single track is arranged and can rotate relative to the vertical track group and the transverse track group;
the longitudinal wheel in the large farmland operation equipment is connected with a steering device, the steering device comprises a motor positioned at the lower part of an upright post, a pinion connected with an output shaft of the motor, a large gear meshed with the pinion, a rotating shaft fixedly sleeved at the center of the large gear and capable of rotating relative to the upright post, and a beam fixedly connected with the lower end part of the rotating shaft, and the longitudinal wheel is arranged on a bottom beam and matched with a single rail;
the large farmland operation equipment is also provided with a PLC controller for controlling the operation of the longitudinal wheels and the matched tools and a plurality of groups of power supply systems for supplying electric energy to the longitudinal wheels, the matched tools and the PLC controller; when large farmland operation equipment carries out field cultivation, the large farmland operation equipment runs by virtue of longitudinal wheel driving, when the large farmland operation equipment runs to a single rail positioned at the intersection of a vertical rail group and a transverse rail group, a motor runs and drives a small gear and a large gear to rotate so as to drive a longitudinal wheel to rotate, the single rail rotates under the driving of the longitudinal wheel, the motor stops rotating after the single rail rotates for 90 degrees, the longitudinal wheel drives a rail vehicle to run along the transverse rail group and run onto the next vertical rail group, the motor runs in a reverse mode and finally drives the single rail at the position to reverse for 90 degrees, and the longitudinal wheel drives the rail vehicle to run in the opposite direction along the vertical rail group;
the lifting mechanism realizes the functions of adjusting the upper height and the lower height of the whole operation system and storing the height, and comprises a lifting platform positioned at the upper end of an upright post, wherein one or more groups of matched tools for field operation are arranged at the lower end of the lifting platform; the lifting platform is a cavity with a hollow structure, and the lifting platform can load various agricultural machinery and instruments, various power and control systems, various agricultural materials and agricultural product straws;
the power supply mechanism realizes the power supply of the whole operation system and is fixedly arranged at the top of the lifting platform;
the dust removal mechanism realizes the dust purification function of the whole operation system, and comprises a bag-type dust remover and a dust removal driving mechanism, wherein the bag-type dust remover is connected with the dust removal driving mechanism and is arranged at the top of the lifting platform through a connecting piece.
2. A large field work apparatus with a steering device according to claim 1, wherein: the power supply mechanism is any one of a large solar storage battery, a mains supply charging system, an engine set power generation system and an external mains supply system.
3. A large field work apparatus with a steering device according to claim 1, wherein: the frame of the rail car mechanism, the power supply mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the dust removal mechanism adopts a large steel structure truss and a grid structure.

A large field work apparatus with a steering device according to claim 1, wherein: the matched tools for field operation comprise tools for field operation such as land preparation, ditching, digging, ploughing, weeding, sowing, seedling throwing, seedling pulling, seedling transplanting, spraying, irrigating, pesticide spraying, fertilizing, inter-row weeding, harvesting or picking, straw packaging, straw returning and the like.

A large field work apparatus with a steering device according to claim 1, wherein: the track comprises a vertical track group and a transverse track group, the vertical track group and the transverse track group are disconnected at the intersection of the vertical track group and the transverse track group, and an independent single track is arranged and can rotate relative to the vertical track group and the transverse track group; the large farmland operation equipment is arranged on the track group and can run along the horizontal and vertical track groups.
