The spring tray 15 serves to support the adjusting spring 13 at the lower end thereof, and is connected to the outer tube body 14 by a pin 16. These pins 16, which serve to connect the outer tubular body 14 with the spring tray 15, are 4 pins in total, out of phase by 90 °. The shearing pressure of a single pin is usually set to be 10MPa, and different settings can be carried out according to different well conditions.
The following describes the operation of the pressure-adjustable cyclone tube, as shown in fig. 2, including the steps of:
(1) in the well cementation process, firstly, a guide shoe 25 and a tail pipe 24 are put into the well wall 21;
(2) the pressure-adjustable cyclone tube 23 is put into the upper part of the tail tube 24;
(3) a floating hoop 22 is arranged below the upper part of the adjustable cyclone tube 23;
(4) continuing to put the casing string to a preset depth;
(5) displacing the cement paste to a designed position;
(6) closing the well and waiting for coagulation.
The adjustable cyclone tube solves the problems of low success rate of well cementation, increased construction procedures and poor well cementation quality caused by easy blockage of the float shoe in the process of well cementation of a slim-hole well. When the small well is cased, the cyclone pipe is put between the tail pipe and the upper float collar, so that the circulation can be established during well cementation, and the conventional turbulent flow well cementation can be adjusted into the horizontal push layer flow well cementation according to the change of a liquid column of the pressure adjustable cyclone, so that the small well cementation quality and success rate are greatly improved.
