the first fastener comprises a pin (31) and a pin sheet (32), and adjacent through grooves (23) and first through holes are selectively connected together through the pin (31) and the pin sheet (32);
the second fastener comprises a bolt (33) and a nut (34), the nut (34) is fixedly connected with the second connecting plate (13) close to the side wall of the locking plate (11), the nut (34) is opposite to the second through hole, and the bolt (33) is selectively connected with the nut (34) through threads through the adjacent through groove (23) and the second through hole.
