(2) when the surface layer is prepared, putting polyvinyl chloride resin powder, stearic acid substances, calcium carbonate and epoxidized soybean oil into a mixing barrel according to a formula proportion, stirring at a low speed of 200r/min, after the powder is put in, continuously stirring at a high speed of 1500r/min for 60s, putting nonylundecyl phthalate and polyester high-molecular plasticizer into the mixing barrel, stirring to 125 ℃, discharging, simultaneously adding pigments, and mixing together in a sealing machine; and (2) mixing the materials by an internal mixer until the materials are plasticized, keeping the temperature of the materials at 165 ℃, conveying the materials to an open mill for heat preservation and continuously plasticizing, wherein the temperature of the open mill is 165 ℃, and the temperature of a four-roll calender is: the front upper part is 175 ℃, the middle lower part is 168 ℃, and the thickness of the surface layer is adjusted to be 0.25 mm;
(3) the pasted cloth is delivered to a guide wheel of a calender, the surface layer and the foaming layer with the adjusted thickness are pasted on the pasted cloth, and are pressed by a plain weave embossing wheel, and the pasted cloth is cooled, shaped, rolled into a roll and sent to the next section for production;
(III) coating and scraping
Selecting a water-based treating agent according to the requirements of a client on the wear resistance and hand feeling of the surface, and utilizing a 120-180-mesh treating wheel, wherein the water-based treating agent is divided into a bottom coating and a top coating, the bottom coating uses WF-71486 of Stahl, the top coating uses BF-8039 of Bosfer, the bottom coating treating agent is dried by a 6-meter drying oven at 110 ℃ after being scraped, enters a top coating treating station for coating and scraping, is conveyed to a 20-meter drying oven for drying and bridging, is firmly connected with a polyvinyl chloride material, is cooled by a cooling wheel and is rolled into a package;
(IV) foaming and baking smell
The method comprises the steps of dividing a drying oven with the length of 25 meters into 5 zones, setting the temperature to be 220 ℃, 225 ℃, 215 ℃ and 180 ℃, setting the allowable range to be +/-5 ℃, setting the higher temperature to be favorable for decomposing gas from azodicarbonamide in a foaming layer, forming foam holes in the material, heating the material to 160 ℃ through medium wave infrared after foaming in the drying oven, manufacturing required textures by using an embossing wheel, cooling and shaping the material, sending the material to a 20-meter drying oven, drying small-molecule volatile substances at 110 ℃, sampling and inspecting the material during coiling, and cutting the material into small coils for storage and transportation after testing the physical properties of a person to be tested.

polyvinyl chloride resin powder with polymerization degree of 2100, 110 parts;
nonyl undecyl phthalate, 85 parts;

2.5 parts of barium stearate;
20 parts of calcium carbonate;
2.4 parts of epoxidized soybean oil;
10 parts of pigment;
the foaming layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
polyvinyl chloride resin powder with the polymerization degree of 1300, 110 parts;
85 parts of nonyl undecyl phthalate;
25 parts of polyester polymer plasticizer;
2.0 parts of azodicarbonamide;
15 parts of antimony trioxide;
20 parts of calcium carbonate;
0.5 part of calcium stearate;
0.5 part of barium stearate;
0.4 part of milk flavor modifier OBS 1200;
5 parts of a pigment;
and coating a water-based treatment layer on the surface of the surface layer.

(2) when the surface layer is prepared, putting polyvinyl chloride resin powder, stearic acid substances, calcium carbonate and epoxidized soybean oil into a mixing barrel according to a formula proportion, stirring at a low speed of 180r/min, after the powder is put, continuously stirring at a high speed of 1400r/min for 60s, putting nonyl undecyl phthalate and polyester high-molecular plasticizer into the mixing barrel, stirring to 125 ℃, discharging, simultaneously adding pigments, and mixing together in a mixer; and (3) mixing the materials by an internal mixer until the materials are plasticized, keeping the temperature of the materials at 168 ℃, conveying the materials to an open mill for heat preservation and continuously plasticizing, wherein the temperature of the open mill is 165 ℃, and the temperature of a four-roll calender is: regulating the thickness of the surface layer to be 0.30mm at the front upper part of 175 ℃ and the middle lower part of 168 ℃;
(3) the pasted cloth is delivered to a guide wheel of a calender in a unreeling way, the surface layer and the foaming layer with the adjusted thickness are attached to the pasted cloth, and are pressed by a plain weave embossing wheel, cooled and shaped, and then coiled into a roll to be sent to the next section for production;
(III) coating and scraping
Selecting a water-based treating agent according to the requirements of a client on the wear resistance and hand feeling of the surface, and utilizing a 120-180-mesh treating wheel, wherein the water-based treating agent is divided into a bottom coating and a top coating, the bottom coating uses WF-71486 of Stahl, the top coating uses BF-8039 of Bosfer, the bottom coating treating agent is dried by a 6-meter drying oven at 110 ℃ after being scraped, enters a top coating treating station for coating and scraping, is conveyed to a 20-meter drying oven for drying and bridging, is firmly connected with a polyvinyl chloride material, is cooled by a cooling wheel and is rolled into a package;
(IV) foaming and baking smell
The method comprises the steps of dividing a drying oven with the length of 25 meters into 5 zones, setting the temperature to be 220 ℃, 225 ℃, 215 ℃ and 180 ℃, setting the allowable range to be +/-5 ℃, setting the higher temperature to be favorable for decomposing gas from azodicarbonamide in a foaming layer, forming foam holes in the material, heating the material to 160 ℃ through medium wave infrared after foaming in the drying oven, manufacturing required textures by using an embossing wheel, cooling and shaping the material, sending the material to a 20-meter drying oven, drying small-molecule volatile substances at 100 ℃, sampling and inspecting the material during coiling, and cutting the material into small coils for storage and transportation after testing the physical properties of a person to be tested.
The invention is further illustrated below by means of experimental examples.
The polyvinyl chloride artificial leather production is carried out by respectively using the embodiment 2 and the conventional method of the invention to obtain two groups of polyvinyl chloride artificial leather products, and the artificial odor evaluation is used for judging the effect. The specific evaluation method comprises cutting two groups of artificial leather products into sample blocks with the thickness of 100 multiplied by the product thickness, placing the sample blocks into a 4L standard odor test bottle, placing the sample blocks into a clean oven, baking the sample blocks for 1 hour at the temperature of 100 ℃, taking the sample blocks out, placing the sample blocks in a constant temperature and humidity environment (23 +/-2 ℃, 50 +/-5% RH) for cooling, and then carrying out olfaction judgment by a professional olfactor. Under the same conditions, the polyvinyl chloride artificial leather product prepared in the method example 2 has the odor intensity of 2.4 grade, presents obvious milk fragrance, and 5 of 6 sniffers participating in judgment like the odor; the polypropylene plastic prepared without the method has the odor intensity of 2.6 grades (the lower the odor intensity grade is, the better the odor property is), the plastic odor and the burnt odor are presented, and no one of 6 smellers participating in the judgment likes the odor.
Since polyvinyl chloride is gradually decomposed at a temperature of 80 ℃ or higher, more substances which are not favorable for human body feeling, such as hydrogen chloride with sour taste, are generated. The main components of the milk flavor modifier OBS1200 are uracil, thermoplastic phenolic resin, organic activator and the like, and the reaction mechanism is as follows:
(1) the unstable chlorine atoms on the PVC chain are replaced or substituted to generate more stable ester, thereby inhibiting dehydrochlorination reaction, protecting the stability of the structure of the polyvinyl chloride material and preventing sourness;
(2) after the artificial leather is compounded with the sponge, the modifier can also generate certain combination reaction with amine substances in the sponge, so that the ammonia smell emitted by the sponge is weakened.
Prevent destroying the specific micromolecular substance similar to chloroethylene of polyvinyl chloride structure through snatching, fix it inside the foaming layer, avoid polyvinyl chloride macromolecular structure to suffer destruction, decomposition to form stable polyvinyl chloride foaming layer, and then reduce the smell material that polyvinyl chloride synthetic leather product volatilizes, improve product smell nature.

Claims (6)

90-110 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin powder with the polymerization degree of 1800-;
60-85 parts of nonyl undecyl phthalate;
15-25 parts of polyester polymer plasticizer;
1.0-2.5 parts of barium stearate or zinc stearate;
5-20 parts of calcium carbonate;
2.0-2.4 parts of epoxidized soybean oil;
2.0-10 parts of a pigment;
the foaming layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
polyvinyl chloride resin powder with polymerization degree of 1250 +/-50 of 90-110 parts;
60-85 parts of nonyl undecyl phthalate;
15-25 parts of polyester polymer plasticizer;
0.5-2.0 parts of azodicarbonamide;
8-15 parts of antimony trioxide;
5-20 parts of calcium carbonate;
0.1-0.5 part of calcium stearate or zinc stearate;
0.2-0.5 parts of barium stearate;
0.1-0.4 parts of milk flavor modifier OBS 1200;
1.0-5 parts of a coloring material.
2. The milk-flavored polyvinyl chloride artificial leather according to claim 1, wherein: the milk flavor modifier adopts OBS 1200.
3. The milk-flavored polyvinyl chloride artificial leather according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the surface of the top layer is coated with a scratch-off water-based treatment layer.

first, pasting

(II) bonding
(1) When the foaming layer is prepared, putting polyvinyl chloride resin powder, stearic acid substances, calcium carbonate and a milk flavor modifier into a mixing barrel according to a formula proportion, stirring at a low speed of 160-200 r/min, after the powder is put in, continuously stirring at a high speed of 1300-1500 r/min for 60s, putting nonyl undecyl phthalate and a polyester polymer plasticizer into the mixing barrel, stirring to 125 ℃, discharging, simultaneously adding the rest raw materials and a pigment, and mixing in a material mixer; and (2) mixing the materials by an internal mixer until the materials are plasticized, wherein the temperature reaches 165 +/-3 ℃, conveying the materials to an open mill for heat preservation and continuous plasticization, the temperature of the open mill is 160 ℃, and the temperature of a four-roll calender is as follows: adjusting the thickness of the foaming layer to be 0.15-0.30 mm at the upper front temperature of 170 ℃ and the lower middle temperature of 164 ℃;
(2) when the surface layer is prepared, putting polyvinyl chloride resin powder, stearic acid substances, calcium carbonate and epoxidized soybean oil into a mixing barrel according to a formula proportion, stirring at a low speed of 160-200 r/min, after the powder is put in, continuously stirring at a high speed of 1300-1500 r/min for 60s, putting nonyl undecyl phthalate and polyester polymer plasticizer into the mixing barrel, stirring to 125 ℃, discharging, simultaneously adding pigments, and mixing together in a sealing machine; and (2) mixing the materials by an internal mixer until the materials are plasticized, wherein the temperature reaches 165 +/-3 ℃, conveying the materials to an open mill for heat preservation and continuous plasticization, wherein the temperature of the open mill is 165 ℃, and the temperature of a four-roll calender is: the front upper part is 175 ℃, the middle lower part is 168 ℃, and the thickness of the surface layer is adjusted to be 0.20-0.30 mm;
(3) the pasted cloth is delivered to a guide wheel of a calender in a unreeling way, the surface layer and the foaming layer with the adjusted thickness are attached to the pasted cloth, and are pressed by a plain weave embossing wheel, cooled and shaped, and then coiled into a roll to be sent to the next section for production;
(III) coating and scraping
Selecting a water-based treating agent according to the requirements of customers on the wear resistance and hand feeling of the surface, and using a 120-180-mesh treating wheel, wherein the water-based treating agent is divided into a primary coating and a surface coating, the primary coating treating agent is dried by using a 6-meter drying oven at 110 ℃ after being coated and scraped, enters a surface coating treatment station for coating and scraping, is conveyed to a 20-meter drying oven for drying and bridging, is firmly connected with a polyvinyl chloride material, and is then cooled by a cooling wheel and is rolled into a package;
(IV) foaming and baking smell
