Claims (8)

1. The easy-to-disassemble and assemble rail post for the steel deck barge comprises a hull (1) and a rail post (4), wherein an installation sleeve (2) is fixedly sleeved on the hull (1), the inner side of the installation sleeve (2) is fixedly connected with a plurality of clamping blocks (5), the easy-to-disassemble and assemble rail post is characterized in that the top surface of the installation sleeve (2) is flush with the top surface of the hull (1), the bottom of the rail post (4) extends to the inner side of the installation sleeve (2) and is clamped with the clamping blocks (5) through a connecting component so as to be used for installing and fixing the rail post (4), and a sealing component is installed at the bottom of the inner side of the installation sleeve (2);
the seal assembly comprises a lifting cylinder (3), a driving mechanism used for driving the lifting cylinder (3) to move upwards is installed on the inner side of the installation sleeve (2), a plurality of inclined struts (305) are fixedly connected to the top of each of the lifting cylinders (3), a plurality of lifting plates (306) are fixedly connected to the top of each of the inclined struts (305), a clamping mechanism matched with the clamping block (5) is installed on each of the lifting cylinders (3), the tops of the lifting plates (306) and the top surface of the installation sleeve (2) are level, the lifting cylinders (3) are fixedly connected with the clamping block (5) through the clamping mechanism, and the lifting cylinders (3) are connected with the railing columns (4) through the linkage assembly so as to be used for releasing the clamping of the clamping mechanism and the clamping block (5) when the railing columns (4) move downwards.

The easy-to-dismount steel deck barge boom post as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a plurality of guide rods (302) fixedly connected to the inner wall of the bottom of the mounting sleeve (2) and a first spring (303) sleeved outside the guide rods (302), the lifting cylinder (3) is provided with a vertical groove (301) corresponding to the plurality of fixture blocks (5), the tops of the guide rods (302) respectively extend to the inner sides of the plurality of vertical grooves (301), and the tops of the guide rods (302) are fixedly connected with the limiting plates (304).

The easy-to-dismount steel deck barge used railing column as recited in claim 2, wherein the clamping mechanism comprises two clamping tongues (504) respectively installed at the bottoms of the two sides of the vertical groove (301) and clamping grooves (502) which are arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the clamping block (5) and are matched with the clamping tongues (504), the inner walls of the bottoms of the two sides of the vertical groove (301) are both provided with mounting grooves (503), the inner wall of the bottom of each mounting groove (503) is provided with a sliding groove (506) which is arranged along the length direction of the eye mounting groove (503), the inner side of each sliding groove (506) is provided with a second spring (507) and a sliding block (508), the sliding block (508) is located at one end of the second spring (507) close to the clamping block (5), and the top of the sliding block (508) extends to the top of the sliding groove (506) and is fixedly connected with the bottoms of the clamping tongues (504).

The easy-to-dismount steel deck barge boom post as claimed in claim 3, wherein the linkage assembly comprises a first transmission block (601) and a second transmission block (602) which are mounted inside the mounting groove (503), the cross sections of the first transmission block (601) and the second transmission block (602) are both right triangle structures, the outer walls of the sides of the first transmission block (601) and the second transmission block (602) which are close to each other are inclined planes, the bottom of one end of the first transmission block (601) is fixedly connected with the outer wall of one end of the latch tongue (504) which is far away from the latch block (5), the inside of the lifting cylinder (3) is provided with mounting cavities (604) which are corresponding to the mounting grooves (503), the inside of the mounting cavities (604) is provided with the transmission rod (603), the bottom of the transmission rod (603) extends to the inside of the mounting groove (503) and is fixedly connected with the top of the second transmission block (602), the top of the transmission rod (603) extends to the top of the lifting cylinder (3).

The easy-to-disassemble and assemble balustrade for steel deck barge of claim 4, wherein the driving rod (603) is movably sleeved with a third spring (605), the top of the third spring (605) is provided with a limit ring (606), the limit ring (606) is sleeved outside the driving rod (603), the limit ring (606) is in a regular polygon structure, and one end of the limit ring (606) positioned inside the installation cavity (604) is matched with the installation cavity (604).

8. A use method of a railing column for a steel deck barge easy to disassemble and assemble comprises the following operation steps:
s1, forming holes with the same diameter as that of the installation sleeve 2 on the hull 1 of the steel deck barge;
s2, inserting the mounting sleeve 2 into the ship body 1, keeping the top surface of the mounting sleeve 2 flush with the top surface of the ship body 1, welding and fixing the mounting sleeve 2 and the ship body 1 by using a welding machine, clamping the lifting cylinder 3 with the plurality of clamping blocks 5 under the action of the plurality of first springs 303, and keeping the top surface of the lifting plate 306 flush with the top surface of the mounting sleeve 2;
s3, inserting the bottom of the railing post 4 into the mounting sleeve 2, pressing the railing post 4 downwards, enabling the lifting plate 306 to be located in the bottom circular groove 401 of the railing post 4, enabling the bottom of the lifting plate 306 to be abutted to the tops of the plurality of transmission rods 603, pushing the transmission rods 603 to move downwards to drive the linkage assembly to act, driving the clamping tongue 504 to move towards the inner side of the mounting groove 503 to be separated from the clamping block 5, and pressing the railing post 4 downwards until the bottom of the railing post 4 is abutted to the tops of the plurality of clamping blocks 5;
s4, rotating the railing post 4 to enable the bottom openings of the plurality of joining grooves 402 to be just located right above the plurality of clamping blocks 5, enabling the plurality of clamping blocks 5 to enter the plurality of joining grooves 402 respectively, then rotating the railing post 4 to enable the limiting protrusions 501 on the clamping blocks 5 to be clamped with the limiting grooves 403 in the joining grooves 402, and completing installation of the railing post 4.
