The front end rotary scraper unit 5 further includes a pre-scraping block 504 disposed on the transverse rotating shaft 501 and inclined toward the rear end of the rotating direction, a rotary knife 502 is disposed on the rear end side of the rotating direction of the pre-scraping block 504, the pre-scraping block 504 is provided with a first arc notch 505 and a heat dissipation groove 506, and the notch edge of the cutter body arc notch 503 is more protruded than the first arc notch 505.
In this embodiment, the rotating knife 502 is a thin steel plate, so that it is stressed greatly when scraping off the bamboo strip region of the side excess block f, so that it has a short life and is easy to break when used alone.
Therefore, the pre-scraping block 504 is further provided, which is made of steel, but is thick and blunt, and is used for primarily and integrally scraping the excessive side blocks f, and then the rotary knife 502 is used for final trimming, so that the rotary knife 502 is not easily broken, and the excessive side blocks f are also precisely scraped, and the two effects are achieved.
The function and principle of the prior arc-shaped notch 505 are consistent with those of the cutter body arc-shaped notch 503, and only have a proper inclination angle, so that the cutter body arc-shaped notch 503 matched with the subsequent cutter body arc-shaped notch is ensured, and finally the excessive blocks f on the side edges of the bamboo chips b can be dug out, and the bamboo chips b are moved, therefore, the digging action is 'connected with a line', and the excessive blocks f on the side edges of the upper side and the lower side of all the bamboo chips b are completely removed, so that the outline of the bamboo spoon c is formed.
Further, a large amount of friction occurs between the pre-scraping block 504 and the bamboo sheet b, and "impact" occurs between the two, so that the pre-scraping block 504 is hot, and it is important to provide the heat dissipation groove 506.
Finally, the cutter body arc-shaped notch 503 protrudes more than the previous arc-shaped notch 505, that is, the last "drawing and finishing" operation is performed on the former, so that the arc-shaped edge at the head c1 of the bamboo spoon is ensured to be smoother.
The rear end rotary scraper unit 6 includes a vertical rotary shaft 601, an inclined blade 602 disposed on the vertical rotary shaft 601 and having a radial outer end inclined toward a front end in the direction of rotation, and a blade arc port 603 disposed on the inclined blade 602 and configured to scrape off a head arc excess block d on a bamboo spoon head c 1.
In this embodiment, the rear rotary scraper unit 6 is similar to the front rotary scraper unit 5 in that both of them require a plurality of cutters to rotate for scraping off the corresponding redundant parts of the bamboo chips, except that the former has a smaller "workload", so the inclined blade 602 can move in the forward direction of rotation, giving priority to the strength of the scraping action, and the latter has a larger "workload", so the rotary blade 502 must move away from the forward direction of rotation, giving priority to the safety and the service life of the cutter.
Finally, the rear rotary scraper unit 6 also comprises necessary mounting frames, motors and the like, and the shape of the blade arc-shaped opening 603 corresponds to the outline of the most pointed end of the bamboo spoon head c 1.
And the rear-end rotary cutter 7 is the simplest vertically-mounted and vertically-rotated cutter head, and is additionally provided with a common mounting and driving structure, so that the cutter head is ensured to be approximately positioned at the transition position between the tail straight edge redundant block e and the bamboo spoon handle part c 2.
The rear end cylinder unit 8 includes a third bottom plate 801, a clamping cylinder 802 for scraping and cutting, which is provided on the third bottom plate 801 and is used for clamping the bamboo spoon c, and a blanking cylinder 803, which is provided on the third bottom plate 801 and is used for pushing the bamboo spoon c, wherein the clamping cylinder 802 for scraping and cutting is located on two sides or below the rear end pressing plate 404, and the blanking cylinder 803 is located below the rear end pressing plate 404.
In this embodiment, the rear end bottom plate 402 is fixedly connected to the third bottom plate 801, and the upper surface of the rear end bottom plate is flush with that of the third bottom plate, and the cylinder pushing plates of the scraping clamping cylinder 802 and the blanking cylinder 803 are all located between the third bottom plate 801 and the rear end pressing plate 404, so as to ensure that the vertical width is appropriately small.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 11, the bamboo spoon c exceeding the limiting plate on the right side of the blanking cylinder 803 can be pushed for blanking, and the rest of the bamboo spoons c are still stably pressed by the rear end pressing plate 404, at this time, the blanking cylinder 803 is removed, and the bamboo spoon c is clamped by the scraping and cutting clamping cylinder 802, so that the front end rotary scraper unit 5, the rear end rotary scraper unit 6 and the rear end rotary cutter 7 can be restarted, and the bamboo chip scraping and cutting operations are further pushed.
Finally, for the scraping and cutting clamping cylinder 802 and the scraping and cutting pushing cylinder 302, the bamboo chip bamboo spoon can be pushed to and fro properly, the clamping strength is finely adjusted in the pushing process, the situation that the bamboo chip bamboo spoon is loosened slightly due to the previous blanking action of the bamboo spoon is guaranteed to be overcome, and the bamboo chip bamboo spoon is pushed to advance at the front end rotary scraper unit 5, so that the scraping and cutting operation of the bamboo chips can be continued.
Finally, the bamboo chips are automatically cut off and formed into the integrated machine equipment of the bamboo spoon, and the integrated machine equipment can continuously run.
