Referring to fig. 10, when the bamboo tableware is a knife, the profile of the milling cutter 2 is matched with the profile of one side of the knife. The knife includes a first side and a second side, the first side of the knife including: the straight line of the knife handle and the sawtooth arc shape of the knife head; the second side of the table knife comprises a straight line of the knife back. The milling cutters 2 for processing the table knife have two types, and the outlines of the milling cutters are respectively matched with the outlines of the first side and the second side of the table knife. The profile of the milling cutter for processing the first side of the table knife comprises: a straight part of the knife handle corresponding to the straight length of the knife handle and a sawtooth arc part corresponding to the knife head; the profile of the milling cutter for processing the second side of the table knife comprises: a knife back straight line part corresponding to the knife back straight line length.
Referring to fig. 11, when the bamboo tableware article is a fork, the profile of the milling cutter 2 is matched with the profile of one side of the fork. The profile of one side of the fork comprises: the straight line of the handle, the double arc shape of the joint of the handle and the head and the straight line of the head are 'S'; a profile for a milling cutter for machining a fork comprising: the fork comprises a straight line part corresponding to the fork handle straight line, a double-arc part corresponding to the double-arc part with the joint part in an S shape, and a straight line part corresponding to the fork head straight line.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the milling cutters 2 are arranged in the cutter cover 61 of the bamboo dust collecting device 6, preferably, two milling cutters 2 are arranged on two sides of the clamping piece 4 respectively, and the two milling cutters work simultaneously to finish machining and forming at one time. The two milling cutters are arranged in a staggered mode, the staggered distance is preferably 1-6 cm, if the two milling cutters are on the same horizontal line, the two milling cutters need to be tangent to ensure that the outline of the bamboo chip is complete, namely as shown in figures 9-11, the two ends of the milling cutters are tangent to each other, if the two milling cutters are not tangent to each other, the bamboo chip is unqualified, and if the two milling cutters are intersected, the milling cutters are damaged; the staggered arrangement is as shown in fig. 3, the bamboo chips can be processed by two groups of milling cutters, so that the tangent processing of the milling cutters can be effectively avoided, the cutter adjusting difficulty is reduced, and the cutter adjusting fault-tolerant rate is low; the distance is 1 cm-6 cm, so that the stress on the two sides of the bamboo chips is as uniform as possible on the premise that the milling cutters are staggered, and the scattering caused by uneven left and right stress during bamboo chip processing is reduced; the distance of 1-6 cm is determined according to the size of the milling cutter, the clamping force of the clamping piece and the number of the bamboo chips, the distance is too long, and the scattering failure rate is higher during processing.
In this embodiment, the milling cutter 2 processes the bamboo chips in a forward milling manner. Generally, a milling cutter machining method can be divided into forward milling and reverse milling, and when the rotating direction of a part of the milling cutter, which is in contact with a workpiece, is the same as the feeding direction of the workpiece, namely, the component force of the acting force of the milling cutter on the workpiece in the feeding direction is the same as the feeding direction of the workpiece, the forward milling is called as forward milling, and has the advantages of good surface quality of the workpiece and small abrasion of cutter teeth.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, at least one side of the clamping member 4 is provided with a leveling plate 7 for leveling bamboo chips, and the leveling plate 7 is arranged on the processing platform 1 through a leveling cylinder 71; in this embodiment, the number of leveling plates 7 is preferably one, and the rectangular bamboo chips need to be neat before processing, so that the multiple bamboo chips are flush with each other, and the bamboo chips can be effectively leveled by only arranging one leveling plate. The air cylinder is adopted by the executing mechanism, belongs to a pneumatic device and has the advantages of strong flexibility, compact structure, multiple stopping times, high precision, good adaptability of working environment, no oil pollution and the like compared with other executing mechanisms.
One preferred embodiment of the machine-shaping method of this embodiment comprises the steps of:
s101, arranging the milling cutter 2 in the cutter cover 61 of the bamboo dust collecting device 6, wherein the cutting part of the milling cutter extends out of the cutting opening 611 of the cutter cover 61;
s102, starting the motor 3 and the fan, controlling a clamping piece to move through the clamping cylinder 42, vertically placing a certain number (such as 70 pieces) of rectangular bamboo pieces, and arranging the rectangular bamboo pieces in a row between two clamping pieces 41; placing defective replacing blocks at two ends of 70 rectangular bamboo chips, and clamping the bamboo chips and the defective replacing blocks through clamping pieces 41;
s103: if 70 bamboo chips are not flat, controlling a leveling cylinder 71 to move a leveling plate 7 to enable the leveling plate 7 to be blocked at one side of the transverse position of the bamboo chips, and knocking and leveling the other side of the bamboo chips through a knocking tool to ensure that the 70 bamboo chips are flat; after leveling, further reducing the distance of the clamping pieces to compress the bamboo chips;
s104: the clamping piece 4 is controlled to move slowly integrally, and is cut by the milling cutter 2 along a straight line, and the straight line direction is parallel to one tangent line of a circle formed by the rotation of the milling cutter; specifically, 70 bamboo chips are slowly moved between milling cutters positioned at two sides of the bamboo chips; two sides of the bamboo chip are cut by two milling cutters in sequence, and the milling cutters form a formed milling cutter; the cutter adjusting process is mainly realized through the cutter adjusting device 5, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, the distance between the two milling cutters can be adjusted by rotating the handle, the height of the milling cutter can be adjusted by moving the air cylinder 53, and the inclination angle of the milling cutter can be adjusted by rotating the adjusting screw 513; firstly, roughly adjusting the position of a milling cutter, then rotating the milling cutter, clamping bamboo chips by a clamping piece 4, feeding the bamboo chips to be cut by the milling cutter, adjusting according to the cut bamboo chips, adjusting the distance between the two milling cutters if the middle parts of the bamboo chips are not processed, adjusting the heights of the two milling cutters if one side of the bamboo chips is higher and one side of the bamboo chips is lower, not processing one part of the middle parts of the bamboo chips, and adjusting the inclination angles of the two milling cutters if the other part of the bamboo chips is processed too much, so that the operation is circulated, namely, the cutting and the cutter adjustment are.
S105: after being cut by the milling cutter 2, the rectangular bamboo chips can be processed into bamboo tableware-shaped bamboo chips as shown in fig. 12;
s106: and after the clamping piece 4 moves out of the working range of the milling cutter 2, stopping the clamping piece 4 from moving, and controlling the clamping pieces 41 to expand the distance to loosen the bamboo chips.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (15)

1. The method for processing and forming the bamboo tableware is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, clamping a plurality of bamboo chips by adopting a clamping piece (4);
s2, controlling the milling cutter (2) to rotate;
s3, moving the clamping piece (4) and/or the milling cutter (2) and cutting the multiple bamboo chips through the milling cutter (2).
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting path of the bamboo chips is parallel to one of the tangents of the circle formed by the rotation of the milling cutter and the distance from the tangent is constant at S3.
3. The method for processing and forming bamboo tableware according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the number of the plurality of bamboo chips is 20 to 200.
4. The method for forming bamboo tableware according to claim 1 or 2, wherein S1 specifically comprises: directly clamping a plurality of bamboo chips by adopting a clamping piece; or defective replacing blocks are placed between the bamboo chips and the clamping pieces, and the bamboo chips and the defective replacing blocks are clamped by the clamping pieces.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the milling cutter selectively adjusts the position and angle of the milling cutter during the rotation in S2; or the position of the adjusting milling cutter does not comprise the feeding direction of the plurality of bamboo chips.
6. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the bamboo chips are vertically arranged and aligned between the holders, a plurality of bamboo chips are cut along a straight line by a milling cutter located at both sides thereof, and the plurality of bamboo chips are sequentially cut and formed at one time to form the bamboo chips in the shape of a bamboo dish.
7. The method for processing and forming bamboo tableware according to claim 1 or 2, which comprises the following steps:
s101: arranging the milling cutter in a cover body of the bamboo dust collecting device (6), wherein a cutting part of the milling cutter extends out of the cover body;
s201: placing and clamping a plurality of bamboo chips between the clamping pieces (4); or defective replacing blocks are placed at two ends of the plurality of bamboo chips, and the bamboo chips and the defective replacing blocks are clamped tightly through the clamping pieces (4);
s301: if the bamboo pieces are not flat, leveling to ensure that the bamboo pieces are level; further compacting a plurality of bamboo chips after leveling;
s401: the clamping piece (4) or the milling cutter (2) is controlled to move slowly, so that the multiple bamboo chips are cut in sequence along a straight line through the milling cutter, during cutting, one side of the multiple bamboo chips can be cut first, and then the other side of the multiple bamboo chips is cut; or simultaneously cutting two sides of the bamboo chips and molding at one time;
s501: after being cut by a milling cutter, the bamboo chips are processed into bamboo tableware-shaped bamboo chips; and after the clamping piece moves out of the working range of the milling cutter, controlling the clamping pieces to loosen the bamboo chips.
8. The utility model provides a bamboo tableware machine-shaping device which characterized in that includes:
a processing platform (1);
milling cutter (2): the blade profile of the milling cutter (2) is matched with at least one side profile of the bamboo tableware;
motor (3): used for controlling the milling cutter (2) to rotate;
clamping piece (4): the bamboo chip clamping device is used for clamping a plurality of bamboo chips at one time, and at least one of the clamping piece (4) and the milling cutter (2) is movably arranged on the processing platform (1).

The bamboo tableware processing and forming device according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the processing platform (1) is provided with a cutter adjusting device (5), and the milling cutter (2) is arranged on the cutter adjusting device (5); or the cutter adjusting device comprises a first adjusting part and a second adjusting part, the first adjusting part is fixedly or movably connected with the machining platform, the second adjusting part can move along the first adjusting part, and the second adjusting part is fixedly connected with the milling cutter in a sliding or rotating mode.
12. A tableware processing and forming device according to claim 8 or 9, wherein said tableware is a spoon, knife or fork;
when the bamboo tableware is a spoon, the outline of the milling cutter (2) is matched with the outline of one side of the spoon; the outline of one side of the spoon comprises a straight line of the spoon handle, a circular arc at the joint of the spoon handle and the spoon head and a semi-circular arc of the spoon head; the profile of the milling cutter (2) then comprises: a straight line part with the length corresponding to the spoon handle, an arc part with the angle and the radius corresponding to the joint, and a semi-arc part with the angle and the radius corresponding to the spoon head;
when the bamboo tableware is a table knife, the outline of the milling cutter (2) is matched with the outline of one side of the table knife; the table knife comprises a first side and a second side, the first side of the table knife comprises a straight line of the knife handle and a sawtooth arc shape of the knife head, and the second side of the table knife comprises a straight line of the knife back; the milling cutter (2) for processing the table knife has two types, and the profile of the milling cutter (2) for processing the first side of the table knife comprises the following components: a straight part of the knife handle corresponding to the straight length of the knife handle and a sawtooth arc part corresponding to the knife head; the profile of the milling cutter (2) for processing the second side of the table knife comprises: a knife back straight line part corresponding to the knife back straight line length;
when the bamboo tableware is a fork, the outline of the milling cutter (2) is matched with the outline of one side of the fork; the outline of one side of the fork comprises a straight line of the handle, an arc shape at the joint of the handle and the head and a straight line of the head; the profile of the milling cutter (2) comprises: a straight line part corresponding to the fork handle straight line, an arc part corresponding to the arc of the joint part and a straight line part corresponding to the fork head straight line.
13. A bamboo tableware processing and forming device according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that said milling cutter (2) is sleeved with a bamboo dust collecting device (6); the bamboo dust collecting device (6) comprises a cutter cover (61), a pipeline (62), a fan and a collecting box which are sequentially connected, wherein the cutter cover (61) is sleeved on the milling cutter (2); one side of the knife cover (61) is provided with a cutting opening (611).
14. A bamboo tableware processing and forming device according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that at least one side of said holding member (4) is provided with a leveling plate (7) for leveling the bamboo chips, said leveling plate (7) being arranged on the processing platform (1) by means of an actuator.
15. A forming apparatus for bamboo tableware according to claim 8 or 9 wherein said milling cutters (2) are provided in plural groups and located on the sides of the bamboo chips, respectively, and work simultaneously to complete the forming process in one step.
