Abstract
本发明提供了一种固体化妆品,包括复合酸为9~21%、复合有机碱为0.35~2.1%、无机增稠剂为5~15%、乳化剂为1~5%、植物及矿物提取物为5~10%、油脂为3~8%,其余为纯水;其中复合酸复合酸选自高级脂肪酸两种及以上组合,复合有机碱为精氨酸、三乙醇胺、氨丁三醇、乳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾两种及以上组合;先将复合酸及复合有机碱复配,再按相应重量比依次加入其它组分,乳化均质反应。通过对原材料进行合理组方及工艺优化,开发出了固体及棒状的水性化妆品,可以直接作为固体面膜、棒状面膜或固体霜的任一成品中使用,具有很好的清洁护理功效,亮肤养颜,具有显著地抗氧化及抗衰老作用及美白作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体属于一种固体及棒状水性化妆品。
背景技术
目前市面上出现及大众使用的护肤产品多以液状、乳状、及膏状产品为主,除了彩妆及蜡基类的油性产品有些是固体或棒状产品外,基本没有固体及棒状水性化妆品、护肤品。
发明内容
本发明通过对原材料进行合理组方及工艺优化,开发出了固体及棒状的水性化妆品,增加了化妆品的新品类,方便广大群众直接使用,并可体验到很好的清洁护理功效,亮肤养颜。为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种固体化妆品,其特征在于,含有:
(A)复合酸
(B)复合碱
(C)矿物质粉
(D)表面活性剂
(E)植物及矿物提取物
(F)无机增稠剂
(G)油脂
(H)纯水
相对于所述固体化妆品的总重量百分比,所述(A)复合酸为9~21%,所述(B)复合有机碱为0.35~2.1%,所述(C)矿物质粉为5~15%,所述(D)表面活性剂为1~5%,所述(E)植物及矿物提取物为5~10%,所述(F)无机增稠剂为0.5~1.0%,所述(G)油脂为3~8%,其余为纯水。
进一步地:所述(A)复合酸选自高级脂肪酸两种及以上组合;
进一步地:所述(B)复合碱中为精氨酸、三乙醇胺、氨丁三醇、乳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾两种及以上组合。
进一步地:所述的(C)矿物质粉包含高岭土。
进一步地:所述(D)表面活性剂包含HLB值为8以上的非离子型表面活性剂。
进一步地:所述的(E)植物及矿物提取物中植物提取物包含厚朴树皮提取物与红景天发酵原浆,矿物提取物包含炉甘石。
进一步地:所述(F)无机增稠剂包含膨润土。
进一步地:所述的(G)油脂包含植物油脂中至少一种。
所述的固体化妆品为护肤化妆品或化妆用化妆品。
进一步地:所述的固体化妆品为固体面膜、棒状面膜或固体霜中的任一种
该发明还包括一种固体化妆品制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将所述(A)复合酸与所述(B)复合有机碱按相应比例分别混合并搅拌均匀后静止待用;
S2:将S1步骤中得到的(A)复合酸与(B)复合有机碱相应重量百分比的物质,以及相应质量百分比的纯水加入反应釜中,进行搅拌均质至完全溶解;
S3:将其余组分相应重量百分比的物质依次加入反应釜中,加入的顺序为乳木果油、厚朴树皮提取物、粘土、炉甘石、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单硬酸酯、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、红景天发酵原浆;
S2、S3步骤中,乳化均质反应2小时,搅拌速度50rpm/min,均质速度1000rpm/min。
上述应用中,所述固体化妆品具体可为固体面膜、棒状面膜或固体霜中的任一种。
与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用了优化配比的复合酸和复合有机碱,使用更安全;
(2)本发明所采用的特殊乳化工艺,节约生产成本,而且最大化的简化了生产步骤,使该生产技术能够实现大量生产、工业化生产,并能够充分保证产品质量的稳定性;
(3)本发明添加的红景天发酵原浆和乳木果油都是天然成分来源,也不添加香精等化学成分,确保产品对人体的安全性。可以直接作为固体面膜、棒状面膜或固体霜的任一成品中使用,比现有市面上的其他产品更加天然,不会给肌肤造成任何负作用;具有显著地抗氧化及抗衰老作用,并且具有一定的美白作用。;
(4)本发明提供的厚朴树皮提取物中富含生物碱、植物多糖及多酚物质,具有天然抑菌作用。

在进一步描述本发明具体实施方式之前,应理解,本发明的保护范围不局限于下述特定的具体实施方案;还应当理解,本发明实施例中使用的术语是为了描述特定的具体实施方案,而不是为了限制本发明的保护范围。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的试验方法,通常按照常规条件,或者按照各制造商所建议的条件。
当实施例给出数值范围时,应理解,除非本发明另有说明,每个数值范围的两个端点以及两个端点之间任何一个数值均可选用。除非另外定义,本发明中使用的所有技术和科学术语与本技术领域技术人员通常理解的意义相同。除实施例中使用的具体方法、设备、材料外,根据本技术领域的技术人员对现有技术的掌握及本发明的记载,还可以使用与本发明实施例中所述的方法、设备、材料相似或等同的现有技术的任何方法、设备和材料来实现本发明。
本发明提供的固体化妆品通过高级脂肪酸与碱反应,配合水性增稠剂与矿物质粉。获得的固体化妆品既具有泥膜的水润感和涂抹感,又具有含蜡等油包水固体化妆品的涂抹效果。
其中:
(A)复合酸
本发明的固体化妆品使用的(A)复合酸的组成与比例直接影响产品的硬度与使用感,优先使用碳数为12以上且为偶数的长链脂肪酸,可举例:十二酸(月桂酸),十四酸(肉豆蔻酸),十六酸(棕榈酸),十八酸(硬脂酸),二十酸(花生酸),二十二酸(山嵛酸),二十四烷酸,二十六酸(蜡酸),本发明中可任选两种及两种以上进行复配。
作为本发明中使用的复合酸的添加比例,在占所述固体化妆品总质量的9-21%时硬度和涂抹效果适宜。
(B)复合碱
本发明的固体化妆品使用的(B)复合碱,优先选择氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、精氨酸、氨丁三醇、乳酸钠、三乙醇胺其中两种及以上进行复配,复合碱的添加比例需根据复合酸选择的种类及添加比例适当调整。
(C)矿物质粉
本发明的固体化妆品使用的(C)矿物质粉,只要在化妆品、医药品领域中可使用,则没有特别限定,本发明中优先选择高岭土、硅藻土、氧化锌、氧化钛、氧化铁中的一种或两种以上。
(D)表面活性剂
本发明的固体化妆品使用的(D)表面活性剂选用非离子型表面活性剂,优选HLB值(亲水亲油平衡值)为8以上的非离子表面活性剂,可举例:聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯(聚山梨醇酯-60)、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯(聚山梨醇酯-20)、聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯(硬脂醇聚醚-21)、十聚甘油单硬脂酸酯(聚甘油-10硬脂酸酯)、蔗糖单硬脂酸酯等。或两种以上组合HLB值加权平均后在8以上的非离子型表面活性剂。
(E)植物及矿物提取物
本发明的固体化妆品使用的(E)植物及矿物提取物,只要在化妆品领域中可使用,则没有特别限定。植物提取物可举例:厚朴树皮提取物、积雪草提取物、苦橙花提取物、银杏叶提取物、红景天发酵原浆、山茶花提取物、金盏花提取物、桑叶提取物、柑橘果提取物、扭刺仙人掌叶提取物等。矿物提取物可举例:孔雀石提取物、橄榄石提取物、菱锰矿提取物、菱锌矿提取物。
(F)无机增稠剂
本发明的固体化妆品使用的(F)无机增稠剂可在膨润土和硅酸镁钠中任选其一。
(G)油脂
本发明的固体化妆品使用的(G)油脂,无特别要求,能够自化妆品使用中的液体油脂和固体油脂中选择。液体油脂可举例:鳄梨油、霍霍巴油、橄榄油、月见草油、葡萄籽油、金盏花油、青刺果油、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、澳洲坚果油等。固体油脂可举例:牛油果脂、芒果脂、可可脂、蜂蜡、石蜡等
(H)水
本发明的固体化妆品使用的(H)水为纯化水、离子交换水等。
实施例1-5:一种固体化妆品,所包含的具体成分及相应重量百分比如下:
实施例一:
(A)复合酸为9%,其中所述山嵛酸为3%、硬脂酸为3%、棕榈油为3%;
(B)复合有机碱为0.35%,其中精氨酸为0.15%、氨丁三醇为0.05%、氢氧化钠为为0.15%,
(C)无机增稠剂为5%
(D)乳化剂为1%,其中聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单硬酸酯为0.5%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯为0.5%
(E)植物及矿物提取物为5%,其中厚朴树皮提取物为0.5%、红景天发酵原浆为2.5%、炉甘石为2%
(F)油脂为3%,其余为纯水。
实施例二:
(A)复合酸为12%,其中所述山嵛酸为4%、硬脂酸为4%、棕榈油为4%;
(B)复合有机碱为0.7%,其中精氨酸为0.3%、氨丁三醇为0.1%、氢氧化钠为为0.3%,
(C)无机增稠剂为8%
(D)乳化剂为2%,其中聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单硬酸酯为1%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯为1%
(E)植物及矿物提取物为6%,其中厚朴树皮提取物为1%、红景天发酵原浆为4%、炉甘石为1%
(F)油脂为5%,其余为纯水。
实施例三:
(A)复合酸为15%,其中所述山嵛酸为5%、硬脂酸为5%、棕榈油为5%;
(B)复合有机碱为1.4%,其中精氨酸为0.6%、氨丁三醇为0.2%、氢氧化钠为为0.6%,
(C)无机增稠剂为10%
(D)乳化剂为3%,其中聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单硬酸酯为1.5%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯为1.5%
(E)植物及矿物提取物为8%,其中厚朴树皮提取物为1%、红景天发酵原浆为5%、炉甘石为2%
(F)油脂为5%,其余为纯水。
实施例四:
(A)复合酸为18%,其中所述山嵛酸为6%、硬脂酸为6%、棕榈油为6%;
(B)复合有机碱为2.1%,其中精氨酸为0.9%、氨丁三醇为0.3%、氢氧化钠为为0.9%,
(C)无机增稠剂为12%
(D)乳化剂为4%,其中聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单硬酸酯为2%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯为2%
(E)植物及矿物提取物为9%,其中厚朴树皮提取物为1.5%、红景天发酵原浆为5.5%、炉甘石为2%
(F)油脂为6%,其余为纯水。
实施例五:
(A)复合酸为21%,其中所述山嵛酸为7%、硬脂酸为7%、棕榈油为7%;
(B)复合有机碱为2.8%,其中精氨酸为1.2%、氨丁三醇为0.4%、氢氧化钠为为1.2%,
(C)无机增稠剂为15%
(D)乳化剂为5%,其中聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单硬酸酯为2.5%、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯为2.5%
(E)植物及矿物提取物为10%,其中厚朴树皮提取物为2%、红景天发酵原浆为6%、炉甘石为2%
(F)油脂为8%,其余为纯水。
上述实施例1-5,通过以下制备方法制得,包括以下步骤:
S1:将所述(A)复合酸与所述(B)复合有机碱按相应比例分别混合并搅拌均匀后静止待用;
S2:将S1步骤中得到的(A)复合酸与(B)复合有机碱相应重量百分比的物质,以及相应质量百分比的纯水加入反应釜中,进行搅拌均质至完全溶解;
S3:将其余组分相应重量百分比的物质依次加入反应釜中,加入的顺序为乳木果油、厚朴树皮提取物、粘土、炉甘石、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单硬酸酯、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、红景天发酵原浆;
S2、S3步骤中,乳化均质反应2小时,搅拌速度50rpm/min,均质速度1000rpm/min。
上面对本发明的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。
Claims (10)
1.一种固体化妆品,其特征在于,含有:
(A)复合酸
(B)复合碱
(C)矿物质粉
(D)表面活性剂
(E)植物及矿物提取物
(F)无机增稠剂
(G)油脂及
(H)水
相对于所述固体化妆品的总重量百分比,所述(A)复合酸为9~21%,所述(B)复合碱为0.35~2.1%,所述(C)矿物质粉为5~15%,所述(D)表面活性剂为1~5%,所述(E)植物及矿物提取物为5~10%,(F)无机增稠剂为0.5~1.0%,所述(G)油脂为3~8%,其余为纯水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种固体化妆品,其特征在于,所述(A)复合酸选自高级脂肪酸两种及以上组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种固体化妆品,其特征在于,所述(B)复合碱中为精氨酸、三乙醇胺、氨丁三醇、乳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾两种及以上组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种固体化妆品,其特征在于,所述的(C)矿物质粉包含高岭土。
5.根据权利要求1所述的化妆品,其特征在于,所述(D)表面活性剂包含HLB值为8以上的非离子型表面活性剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种固体化妆品,其特征在于,所述的(E)植物及矿物提取物中植物提取物包含厚朴树皮提取物与红景天发酵原浆,矿物提取物包含炉甘石。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种固体化妆品,其特征在于,所述(F)无机增稠剂包含膨润土。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种固体化妆品,其特征在于,所述的(G)油脂包含植物油脂中至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种固体化妆品,其为护肤化妆品或化妆用化妆品。
10.根据权利要求1-9所述的一种固体化妆品,其特征在于:所述的固体化妆品为固体面膜、棒状面膜或固体霜中的任一种。
