Claims (8)

1. A pressure difference flash evaporation device for winter jujube processing comprises a flash evaporation tank (1), a vacuum tube (2) and a steam supply tube (3) which are arranged on the flash evaporation tank (1), wherein a first sealing door (4) is hinged on the flash evaporation tank (1); the device is characterized by further comprising a rotary drum (5) rotatably installed in the flash tank (1), a spiral conveying blade (6) arranged in the rotary drum (5) and a driving mechanism (7) for providing power for the rotation of the rotary drum (5), wherein a partition plate (8) is arranged in the flash tank (1), the partition plate (8) and the inner wall of the flash tank (1) are enclosed to form a flash chamber, one end of the rotary drum (5) extends out from the partition plate (8), an opening communicated with the interior of the rotary drum (5) is formed in the end portion of the rotary drum (5), a second sealing door (9) is hinged to the opening, and a plurality of groups of through holes (10) communicating the interior of the rotary drum (5) and the flash chamber are formed in the rotary drum (5).

The differential pressure flash evaporation equipment for winter jujube processing according to claim 1, further comprising a gas distribution pipe (11), a plurality of sets of threaded rods (12), a plurality of sets of internal thread sleeves (13), a communication hose (14) and a fluted disc (15), the threaded rod (12) is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the flash tank (1), the internal thread sleeve (13) is sleeved on the threaded rod (12), the gas distribution pipe (11) is fixedly connected with the internal thread sleeve (13), the fluted disc (15) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the rotary drum (5), a gear (16) corresponding to the fluted disc (15) is fixedly arranged on the threaded rod (12), the gear (16) is meshed with the fluted disc (15), the output end of the steam air supply pipe (3) is communicated with the input end of the air distribution pipe (11) through a communication hose (14), and the output end of the air distribution pipe (11) faces the position of the rotary drum (5).

The differential pressure flash evaporation equipment for winter jujube processing according to claim 2, further comprising a sealing feeding mechanism, wherein the sealing feeding mechanism comprises a valve plate (17), a valve rod (18) and an opening feeding box (19) symmetrically installed at two sides of the valve plate (17), the valve plate (17) is rotatably installed at an opening of the rotary drum (5), and the valve rod (18) is fixedly connected with the valve plate (17).
4. The differential pressure flash apparatus for processing winter jujubes according to claim 3, wherein the end of the drum (5) close to the opening is provided with an expanded diameter stock part (20).
5. The differential pressure flash evaporation equipment for winter jujube processing according to claim 4, further comprising a rotating rod (27), wherein the valve rod (18) is provided with a mounting hole (21), and the rotating rod (27) is slidably mounted in the mounting hole (21).

The differential pressure flash evaporation equipment for winter jujube processing according to claim 5, further comprising a water injection and drainage pipe (22), wherein the water injection and drainage pipe (22) extends from the bottom of the flash evaporation tank (1) to the bottom in the flash evaporation cavity.

The differential pressure flash evaporation equipment for winter jujube processing according to claim 6, further comprising a pressure sensor (23), a temperature sensor (24) and a master controller (25), wherein the detection ends of the pressure sensor (23) and the temperature sensor (24) both extend into the flash evaporation cavity, and the pressure sensor (23) and the temperature sensor (24) are electrically connected with the master controller (25).
8. The differential pressure flash evaporation equipment for winter jujube processing according to claim 7, wherein the second sealing door (9) is provided with a pressure relief valve (26) communicated with the expanding material storage part (20).
