Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of an embodiment of a method for generating a conference graph according to the present invention is shown, where the method may be applied to a conference management server, and specifically may include the following steps:
step 101, acquiring a log file corresponding to each conference communication device related to a target conference and a tag dictionary corresponding to the target conference;
as an example, in the prior art, if a related technician wants to troubleshoot a fault or accident problem occurring in a conference after the conference is ended, the entire conference process can be restored only by searching and analyzing log files of each conference communication device one by one, and content to be troubleshoot is manually integrated, which wastes a lot of human resources. Therefore, the invention realizes the process of automatically searching and quickly positioning to the corresponding content in the log file by adopting the tag dictionary by acquiring the log file corresponding to each conference communication device related to the target conference and the tag dictionary associated with the log file.
In the embodiment of the invention, the conference can be a video networking conference which is based on video networking and Internet and is actively created by a user, the conference management server can be a server for monitoring and managing the conference, the conference management server can monitor and manage corresponding conference communication equipment in real time in the whole conference process, and after the conference is finished, log files of all the conference communication equipment can be obtained, and a conference map is generated based on the log files. The conference communication device may include a video networking terminal, an autonomous server, a collaboration server, a conference system, and the like, which are in communication connection with the conference management server based on a video networking V2V communication protocol, each conference communication device may generate a corresponding log file during operation, the log file records various data of the conference communication device during operation in a conference, and the tag dictionary may be a dictionary having a corresponding relationship with the log file, and may be used to capture some information in the log file, for example, locate the log file corresponding to the video networking terminal through the tag file, capture the registration information in the video networking terminal, and the like.
In specific implementation, referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of performing log retrieval by using a tag dictionary according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, after a conference is finished, a conference management server creates the tag dictionary, retrieves a log file according to the tag dictionary, serially sorts conference information of the retrieved log file according to a command timestamp, and performs visual display and output, specifically, the conference management server determines each conference communication device involved in a communication process of a target conference in response to the communication end of the target conference, and obtains communication information of each conference communication device, where the communication information at least includes a conference communication device name, conference communication device version information, a conference interaction signaling, a signaling interaction time point, and a conference signaling state value, and then generates a device set corresponding to the target conference by using the conference communication device name, and uses the conference communication device version information, And generating conference flow contents corresponding to the target conference by using the conference interaction signaling, the signaling interaction time point and the conference signaling state value, and combining the equipment set and the conference flow contents into a tag dictionary for the target conference.
Specifically, the conference communication device name in the communication information is a device name recorded by each conference communication device in the conference management server, such as a video networking terminal a, a video networking terminal B, an autonomous server, a transfer server, a conference system, and the like, and a device set of each conference communication device involved in the target conference can be generated by using the conference communication device name, so that the conference communication device corresponding to the map generation operation is matched by the conference management server based on the device set of the tag dictionary. The version information of the conference communication device may be a current version number of the conference communication device in a conference process, for example, in a target conference, the version number of the video networking terminal a is v2.2, the version number of the video networking terminal B is v2.1, the conference interaction signaling is various instructions initiated by a user through each conference communication device in the conference, which may include a registration instruction, a login instruction, an initiation connection instruction, a conference switching instruction, and the like, which is not limited in this respect, for example, if the user registers a new account with the video networking terminal, the video networking terminal may generate the registration instruction when performing the registration operation, a time node at which each conference communication device processes the conference interaction signaling is a signaling interaction time point, and a conference signaling state value is a state at which the conference communication device receives the conference information, which includes a receiving state and a non-receiving state, and the above-mentioned various communication information are all stored in log files of each conference communication device, the conference management server can generate conference flow contents corresponding to the target conference by adopting conference communication equipment version information, conference interaction signaling, signaling interaction time points and conference signaling state values, and can call the conference flow contents of the label dictionary to directly capture the information of the log file.
Step 102, in response to a map generation operation for the target conference, extracting target conference information corresponding to each conference communication device from a log file corresponding to the conference communication device according to the tag dictionary, wherein the target conference information at least comprises device communication connection information, conference interaction signaling information and device operation information;
in the embodiment of the invention, after responding to the map generation operation for the target conference, the conference management server can firstly acquire the operation identifier corresponding to the map generation operation, such as identifiers corresponding to operations of meeting opening, stream switching, meeting stopping, chairman viewer replacing and the like, when a user inputs the map generation operation for generating the video networking terminal A, the conference entering identifier of the video networking terminal A in the conference can be acquired, then the conference entering identifier (operation identifier) is matched with the label dictionary, after the matching is successful, the target conference information corresponding to the conference entering instruction executed by the video networking terminal A can be extracted from the log file, and the map corresponding to the map generation operation is generated based on the target conference information, so that the target conference information in the log file can be quickly positioned through the label dictionary, and the generation efficiency of the conference map is improved.
Optionally, the graph generation operation may be an operation of requesting, by a user, generation of a graph for a certain conference, where the user may directly input a generated graph type, such as a signaling flow tree graph, an equipment operation situation graph, a network topology graph, and the like, which directly input a certain signaling, or the user inputs a certain conference signaling or a terminal number, and the conference management server determines the graph type to be generated according to the input information or a keyword, and because there are differences between display structures and display contents of different conference graphs, the conference management server may extract target conference information required by the graph generation operation from the log file based on different graph generation operations, so as to avoid that the conference management server obtains too much data at one time and thus takes too long time to obtain data from the log file.
Specifically, the target conference information may be various data generated by each conference communication device in the conference, for example, information generated by interaction between each conference communication device through the conference interaction signaling and the attribute of each conference communication device itself, which may include device communication connection information, conference interaction signaling information, and device operation information.
In an actual conference, the type of the device communication connection information of each conference communication device can be judged according to a heartbeat value of each conference communication device, and a long connection and a keep-alive are maintained by using a heartbeat packet, a heartbeat mechanism using the heartbeat packet mainly sets that the conference communication device sends fixed information to another conference communication device for response every few minutes to check whether the conference communication device is in normal communication connection with other conference communication devices, specifically, a heartbeat standard value and a heartbeat threshold value can be defined for the heartbeat packet of the conference communication device first, the heartbeat standard value can be set by a technician according to different conference communication devices and is used for defining the standard times of sending the heartbeat value by the conference communication devices, if the heartbeat is sent once a minute, the heartbeat threshold value can be the sending time length and the total sending times under the condition of normal communication connection set by the technical personnel, such as three minutes of sending, and the sending times are three times in total. For example, the technician defines that the heartbeat standard value of the heartbeat packet sent by the conference communication device a to the conference communication device B is once a minute, and the heartbeat threshold value is ten times in ten minutes, if the heartbeat value sent by the conference communication device a to the conference communication device B is once a minute, and ten times in ten minutes in total, it indicates that the device communication connection information of the conference communication device a is normal communication connection information, and if the heartbeat value sent by the conference communication device a to the conference communication device B is once a minute, and eight times in ten minutes in total, it indicates that the device communication connection information of the conference communication device a is abnormal communication connection information.
The conference interaction signaling information may be interaction information generated when each conference communication device receives or sends a conference interaction signaling, and includes information such as a plurality of different conference interaction signaling, a signaling interaction time point corresponding to each conference interaction signaling, and a signaling flow direction of each conference interaction signaling. The conference interaction signaling may be an instruction generated by a user through an operation executed by each conference communication device in a conference, and includes a registration instruction, a login instruction, a connection initiation instruction, a conference switching instruction, and the like. For example, if the conference interaction signaling is an admission request command, the admission time node is 11: 30, the related conference communication device includes a video network terminal a, a video network server, a protocol server and a conference system, the conference interaction signaling is a conference entry request instruction, and the signaling interaction time point is 11: 30, the signaling flow of the conference interaction signaling is as follows: terminal A of video network-video network server-conference system-protocol conversion server.
The device operation information may be information generated by the conference communication device during stable operation or unstable operation in a conference process, and may be information generated by the conference communication device during stable operation or unstable operation, and may be information generated by determining whether a message request sent by the conference communication device is paired with a received message response, and determining that the conference communication device is in a stable operation state or an unstable operation state if the message request sent by the conference communication device is paired with the received message response, and determining that the conference communication device is in an unstable operation state if the message request sent by the conference communication device is not paired with the received message response, and marking the conference communication device as an abnormal operation point or a fault point.
In a specific implementation, after the map generation operation for the target conference is performed, the device communication connection information and the device operation information corresponding to each conference communication device may be extracted from the log file corresponding to the conference communication device according to the device set, and the conference interaction signaling information corresponding to each conference communication device may be extracted from the log file corresponding to the conference communication device according to the conference process content.
In an example of the present invention, if a related technician inputs an operation keyword for acquiring a communication state between conference communication devices or directly inputs an operation keyword for generating a situation map, a message of the situation map generation operation may be sent to the conference management server, and each conference communication device corresponding to the situation map generation operation may be determined from the device set, for example, each conference communication device is determined from the device set to include a video networking terminal, a video networking server, a conference system, and a protocol server, and then device communication connection information and device operation information corresponding to the video networking terminal, the video networking server, the conference system, and the protocol server are respectively extracted from log files corresponding to the video networking terminal, the video networking server, the conference system, and the protocol server.
In another example of the present invention, if a related technician inputs a flowchart for obtaining a meeting request instruction or directly inputs an operation keyword such as a signaling flow tree map for generating the meeting request instruction, the related technician may send a request message of a tree map generation operation to a conference management server, determine a meeting request operation corresponding to the tree map generation operation from the conference flow content, and extract a conference interaction signaling (a meeting instruction) corresponding to the conference interaction operation (the meeting request operation), each signaling interaction time point corresponding to each conference interaction signaling, and a signaling flow direction from a log file corresponding to the video networking terminal, the video networking server, the conference system, and the collaboration server associated with the meeting request operation.
103, generating at least one conference map corresponding to the target conference according to the device communication connection information, the conference interaction signaling information and the device operation information, where the conference map is a map for integrally displaying the target conference information in the target conference.
In the embodiment of the invention, at least one conference map corresponding to the target conference can be generated according to the device communication connection information, the conference interaction signaling information and the device operation information which are extracted from the log file of each conference communication device, such as an equipment operation situation map, a signaling flow tree map, a network topology map, etc., different conference maps can be used to display different conference contents in the target conference, specifically, the equipment operation situation map can be a map for integrally displaying the operation of each conference communication equipment in the target conference, the signaling flow tree map can be a map for displaying the interaction flow of at least one conference interaction signaling in the target conference, different target meeting information is obtained according to different meeting maps in a targeted mode, and the corresponding meeting map is generated by adopting the corresponding target meeting information, so that the frequent and repeated retrieval of the content in the log file is avoided.
In a specific implementation, in the process of generating the device operation situation diagram, if the device communication connection information corresponding to the conference communication device indicates that the conference communication device is in normal communication connection in the target conference and the device operation information indicates that the conference communication device is stable in operation in the target conference, a device normal operation region corresponding to the conference communication device is generated, if the device communication connection information corresponding to the conference communication device indicates that the conference communication device is abnormal in communication connection in the target conference or the device operation information indicates that the conference communication device is unstable in operation in the target conference, a device abnormal operation region corresponding to the conference communication device is generated, then the device normal operation region and the device abnormal operation region are combined into the device operation situation diagram corresponding to the target conference, and the device normal operation region is displayed in a first display style in the device operation situation diagram, and displaying the abnormal operation area of the equipment in a second display style, wherein the equipment operation situation map is a map used for displaying the working operation of each conference communication equipment in the target conference.
