Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a call forwarding method in the embodiment of the present invention is shown, which specifically includes:
step 101, if a call event is monitored, obtaining call information of the call event, wherein the call information comprises incoming call number information and call time information.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal monitors in real time whether there is a call event for the mobile terminal, that is, an event of calling the mobile terminal. If the calling event is monitored to exist, the mobile terminal acquires calling information of the calling event. In the embodiment of the invention, the calling information comprises the incoming call number information and the calling time information corresponding to the calling event.
Step 102, matching the call information with at least one call transfer transaction item in a call transfer transaction table established in advance; each call forwarding transaction item in the at least one call forwarding transaction item comprises incoming call number information, call forwarding number information, time information and address information.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal locally creates a call forwarding transaction table in advance. At least one call forwarding transaction entry is recorded in the call forwarding transaction table. In an embodiment of the present invention, the call forwarding transaction item includes, but is not limited to: incoming call number information, call forwarding number information, time information, and address information.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal matches the acquired call information with at least one call forwarding transaction item in the call forwarding transaction table one by one. That is, the mobile terminal matches the incoming call number information and the call time information in the call information with the incoming call number information and the call time information in each call forwarding transaction item one by one.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the time information in the call forwarding transaction item is empty, the mobile terminal can determine that the matching is successful under the condition that the incoming call number information is successfully matched, or further inquire whether the successfully matched call forwarding transaction item comprises address information, if the address information needs to be matched, the address information of the current mobile terminal is obtained and matched with the address information in the call forwarding time item, and if the matching is successful, the call forwarding transaction item is determined to be completely successfully matched with the call information of the call event. And if any item is not matched successfully, determining that the call forwarding transaction item is not matched with the call information of the call event.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the call information of the call event is not successfully matched with any call forwarding transaction item, the call event is accessed to the mobile terminal, namely, the call event is processed according to a normal incoming call, and the incoming call is displayed on the mobile terminal.
And 103, extracting the call forwarding number information corresponding to the successfully matched call forwarding transaction item.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal extracts the call forwarding number information corresponding to the successfully matched call forwarding transaction item.
And 104, performing call forwarding on the call event according to the call forwarding number information.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal performs call forwarding on the call event according to the extracted call forwarding number information. Specifically, the mobile terminal queries whether the call forwarding number set in the current mobile terminal is the extracted call forwarding number, and if so, does not set the call forwarding number. If not, the current call forwarding number is updated to the extracted call forwarding number. Subsequently, the mobile terminal transmits the newly set call forwarding number to the operator server. In one embodiment, the mobile terminal is in a silent mode during call forwarding. After a predetermined time (the predetermined time is usually 30s, and the specific time is set by the operator), the operator checks whether the call forwarding number is stored in the server, and if so, forwards the call event to the mobile terminal corresponding to the call forwarding number set by the server, thereby completing call forwarding.
In summary, in the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention, if a call event is monitored, call information of the call event is obtained, where the call information includes incoming call number information and call time information; matching the call information with at least one call transfer transaction item in a pre-established call transfer transaction table; each call forwarding transaction item in the at least one call forwarding transaction item comprises incoming call number information, call forwarding number information, time information and address information; extracting the call forwarding number information corresponding to the successfully matched call forwarding transaction item; and according to the call forwarding number information, performing call forwarding on the call event. Therefore, the intelligent call forwarding method is realized, the call incoming call in the call forwarding transaction table is automatically forwarded, and the user experience is effectively improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a call forwarding method in the embodiment of the present invention is shown, which specifically includes:
step 201, matching the content of the locally stored text information with the tag item in the preset list.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal retrieves the content of all the text messages stored locally, where the text messages include but are not limited to: memorandum, short message, WeChat and the like can be used for character communication. The mobile terminal matches the content of the text message with the tag items in the preset list, that is, the mobile terminal searches whether the content of the text message contains the tag items in the preset list. In an embodiment of the present invention, the tab items in the preset list are preset by a user, and in another embodiment, the tab items may also be factory set, which is not limited in this disclosure. For example, the following steps are carried out: the tag items may include: express delivery, meeting, power return, and the like.
And step 202, extracting the label item corresponding to the successfully matched text information.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal extracts the tag item corresponding to the successfully matched text information. For example: and if the contents of a certain short message are matched with the express label items in the preset list, the mobile terminal extracts the express label items.
Step 203, detecting whether the text message includes the incoming call number information.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal detects whether the text message includes the incoming call number information. In the embodiment of the invention, even if the content of the text information comprises the label item, the mobile terminal does not perform any processing on the text information without the incoming call number information.
If the content of the text message includes both the tag item and the incoming call number information, step 204 may be entered. For example, the following steps are carried out: the content of the short message is as follows: "your order is being delivered, please be ready to sign in (deliverer: Wang Di, phone: 138 xxxxxxx)" then the tag item extracted by the mobile terminal is: express delivery, the detected incoming call number information is: "138 xxxxxxx".
And step 204, if yes, creating a call forwarding transaction item according to the incoming call number information and the label item.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal may create a call forwarding transaction item corresponding to the text information in the call forwarding transaction table according to the extracted incoming call number information and the tag item. In embodiments of the present invention, call forwarding transaction items include, but are not limited to: a label item, incoming call number information, call forwarding number information, time information, and address information.
Step 205, updating the call forwarding transaction item according to the received user update instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the mobile terminal creates the call forwarding transaction item, since the call forwarding number information, the time information and the address information are uncertain, it is necessary to request the user to supplement the above information.
The mobile terminal can update the created call transfer transaction item according to the received user update instruction. Specifically, in one embodiment, if the user update instruction indicates to delete the call forwarding transaction item, the call forwarding transaction item is deleted. That is, if the user determines that call forwarding of the created call forwarding transaction item is not required after checking the created call forwarding transaction item, the user may trigger a delete instruction, and the mobile terminal deletes the corresponding call forwarding transaction item according to the delete instruction triggered by the user.
In another embodiment, if the user update instruction indicates to add the content in the call forwarding transaction item, the content in the call forwarding transaction item is updated according to the user update instruction. Specifically, after viewing the created call forwarding transaction item, the user can supplement the call forwarding number information, the time information, and the location information according to actual requirements. In an embodiment of the present invention, the time information is the effective time for the call forwarding transaction item. For example, the call forwarding transaction item a corresponds to the time information: 8:00-10:00. The call forwarding transaction item a is in effect during this time period.
In the embodiment of the invention, the location information is the current position information of the mobile terminal. For example, the following steps are carried out: if the user sets the address information as: XX mansion. The mobile terminal needs to detect the current position information of the mobile terminal after matching the incoming call number with the call forwarding items, and when the current position information of the mobile terminal is matched with the set address information, the successful matching of the call event and the call forwarding transaction item is determined.
In addition, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the call forwarding transaction item may further include call forwarding number information. The call forwarding number is used to define the number of call events for the call forwarding transaction item. For example, the following steps are carried out: if the transaction item A is transferred, the corresponding information of the number of times of call transfer is 3. And after the mobile terminal successfully carries out call forwarding on the call event corresponding to the call forwarding transaction item A each time, the number of times is-1, and after the 4 th call event is monitored, the call forwarding is not carried out any more.
In step 206, if a call event is monitored, call information of the call event is acquired, wherein the call information includes incoming call number information and call time information.
Step 207, the call information is matched with at least one call forwarding transaction entry in the call forwarding transaction table.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, in the process of matching the call information with the call forwarding transaction table, the mobile terminal sets the incoming call event to be in the silent mode, that is, does not prompt the user that there is an incoming call currently. In one embodiment, if the matching fails, that is, the call information of the call event is not successfully matched with any call forwarding transaction item, the silent mode is exited, the call event is accessed to the mobile terminal, that is, the call event is processed as a normal incoming call, and the incoming call is displayed on the mobile terminal. In one embodiment, if the matching is successful, the mobile terminal is kept in the silent mode and the subsequent call forwarding step is performed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal matches the acquired call information with at least one call forwarding transaction item in the call forwarding transaction table one by one.
And step 208, extracting the call forwarding number information corresponding to the successfully matched call forwarding transaction item.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal extracts the call forwarding number information corresponding to the successfully matched call forwarding transaction item.
Step 209, according to the information of the call forwarding number, the call event is forwarded.
Subsequently, the mobile terminal transmits the newly set call-forwarding number to the operator server while the mobile terminal is in the silent mode and does not respond any more.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal may count the number of occurrences of the call event, i.e., the number of times of call forwarding being successfully performed, after the call forwarding is completed, and generate a prompt message to inform the user of the number of times the current incoming call has been forwarded. In the embodiment of the invention, the prompt information is generated, so that the user can acquire the current call forwarding condition in real time, and can change the call forwarding setting in time according to the requirement, thereby further improving the user experience.
In addition, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the mobile terminal may further set a next call forwarding number in advance, for example: the incoming call number corresponding to the call forwarding transaction item A is A, the label item is 'express delivery', and the time information is: 8:00-10:00, address information is null. The incoming call number corresponding to the call forwarding transaction item B is B, the label item is 'get meal', and the time information is: 11:00-13: 00. then, after the mobile terminal performs call forwarding on the call event with the incoming call number a of 8:00-10:00, the mobile terminal may set the local call forwarding number as the incoming call number B corresponding to the call forwarding transaction item B in advance. Therefore, the intellectualization of call forwarding is further improved, and the user experience is improved.
In summary, in the embodiments of the present invention, by retrieving the content of the short message and/or the memo, the call forwarding transaction item can be automatically generated, and the call forwarding transaction list is generated, so that the mobile terminal can subsequently perform intelligent call forwarding of incoming calls according to the items in the call forwarding transaction list, and a user does not need to manually set for different incoming calls in different time periods or different places, thereby implementing an intelligent call forwarding method, automatically performing call forwarding on the incoming call in the call forwarding transaction list, and effectively improving user experience.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of a call forwarding method in the embodiment of the present invention is shown, which specifically includes:
step 301, if a call transfer transaction creation instruction of a user is received, creating a corresponding call transfer transaction according to the content of the call transfer transaction creation instruction.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the user may set the content corresponding to each call forwarding transaction in the call forwarding transaction table in advance. Specifically, the user may input, at the mobile terminal, information including a tag item, time information, address information, call forwarding number information, and time information included in the call forwarding transaction item to be created, so as to trigger the call forwarding transaction creation instruction.
The mobile terminal receives the creation instruction and creates a corresponding call transfer transaction item in the call transfer transaction table according to the instruction content, namely the content input by the user.
Step 302, if a call event is monitored, obtaining call information of the call event, wherein the call information includes incoming call number information and call time information.
Step 303, matching the call information with at least one call forwarding transaction entry in the call forwarding transaction table.
Step 304, extracting the call forwarding number information corresponding to the successfully matched call forwarding transaction item.
Step 305, according to the information of the call forwarding number, the call event is forwarded.
Step 302-.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, the call forwarding transaction item is created in advance through manual input by the user, and the call forwarding transaction list is generated, so that the mobile terminal can perform intelligent call forwarding of incoming calls subsequently according to each item in the call forwarding transaction list, and the user does not need to manually set for different incoming calls in different time periods or different places, thereby implementing an intelligent call forwarding method, automatically forwarding the incoming call in the call forwarding transaction list, and effectively improving user experience.
