Abstract

一种电冰箱的冷空气循环装置,当冷藏室的门快速关闭时冷冻室的门不被打开,其包括:第一和第二吸气端口,用于吸收冷藏和冷冻室的热空气并输送到蒸发器;以及分别与吸气端口连通的第一和第二吸气通路。第一和第二吸气通路分别用于把冷藏室和冷冻室中的热空气供给蒸发器,分别与第一和第二吸气端口连通并均形成在分隔部分中,第一吸气端口具有上面窄下面宽的截面形状,至少有一个台阶形成在从上部延伸到下部的倾斜面上。

Description

电冰箱的吸气端口结构
本发明涉及到电冰箱的吸气端口结构,尤其是用于电冰箱的冷藏室的吸气端口的结构,使得当冷藏室的门被迅速关闭时,冷冻室的门不被打开。
通常,如图1所示,电冰箱被分成冷藏室10和冷冻室20。压缩致冷剂的压缩机(未示出)安装在电冰箱的底部,而蒸发器30安装在冷冻室20的后边。由压缩机压缩的致冷剂循环流动,并且通过循环致冷剂的作用,蒸发器30冷却周围的空气。由蒸发器30冷却的冷空气,通过冷空气的输送通路提供给冷藏室10和冷冻室20。
为了保持在冷藏室10和冷冻室20之间的温度差,隔热部件32安置在冷藏室10和冷冻室20之间。在隔热部件32中,形成一个与冷藏室10、冷冻室20和蒸发器30连通的吸气通路。吸气通路34用防冻胶板18分开,并且延伸到冷藏室10和冷冻室20,以吸取热空气并且把热空气送到蒸发器30。门36和38安装在电冰箱前面的冷藏室10和冷冻室20上。
通过吸气端口40和吸气通路34,在冷藏室10里的热空气被提供给蒸发器30。为了使热空气能够顺利地提供给蒸发器30,常规的电冰箱配备有如图1和2所示的吸气端口40。吸气端口40具有一个上窄下宽的梯形的截面形状。
然而,在配备有上述形状的吸气端口40的常规的电冰箱中,存在一个问题,该问题与冷冻性能无关。换言之,当冷藏室10的门36迅速关闭时,冷冻室20的门38经常打开,而冷藏室10中的热空气通过吸气端口40顺利地提供给蒸发器30。当门36被迅速关闭时,在冷藏室10里面的压力立即增加,并通过吸气端口40和气体管道34,传递到冷冻室20。结果,冷冻室20里面的压力也立即增加,使得门38经常被打开。
为了解决这个问题,本发明的目的是要提供一种冷空气循环装置,由此,当冷藏室的门被迅速关闭时,冷冻室的门不被打开。
为了达到本发明的目的,配备一个可安置在电冰箱里的冷空气循环装置,电冰箱具有:一个冷藏室、一个冷冻室、一个分隔冷藏室和冷冻室的分隔部分,一个安置在冷冻室后面的蒸发器、以及一个循环空气的风扇。
冷空气循环装置包括:
第一和第二吸气端口,用于吸取冷藏室和冷冻室里面的热空气并将热空气输送到蒸发器;以及
通路装置,包括用于把冷藏室中的热空气提供给蒸发器的第一吸气通路,和用于把冷冻室里的热空气提供给蒸发器的第二吸气通路,第一吸气通路与第一吸气端口相通并且形成在分隔部分内,第二吸气通路与第二吸气端口相通并且形成在该分隔部分内。
第一吸气端口具有一个上面窄下面宽的截面形状,并且,至少有一个台阶形成在从上面部延伸到下面部的倾斜面上。

下面参考图3和4详细描述按照本发明的冷空气循环装置的优选的实施例。在该实施例中,与现有技术相同的标号用来指明相同的部件。
如前面所述,一台电冰箱被分成冷藏室10和冷冻室20。由压缩机压缩的致冷剂进行循环流动,并且,通过循环的致冷剂的作用,蒸发器30冷却周围的空气。由蒸发器30冷却的冷空气,通过冷空气输送通路提供给冷藏室10和冷冻室20。用于循环空气的风扇(未示出)安装在电冰箱的壳体中。
为了保持在冷藏室10和冷冻室20之间的温度差,将隔热部件32安置在冷藏室10和冷冻室20之间。在隔热部件32中,形成一个连通冷藏室10、冷冻室20和蒸发器30的吸气通路34。吸气通路34由防冻胶板18分开,并且延伸到冷藏室10和冷冻室20,用来吸取热空气并且将热空气输送到蒸发器30。防冻胶板18用长方形的隔热部件32制成。
通过吸气端口50和吸气通路34将冷藏室10中的热空气提供给蒸发器30。为了使热空气平稳地提供给蒸发器30,该实施例的吸气端口50具有上面窄下面宽的阶梯式的截面形状,如图3和4所示。
如图所示,台阶形成在吸气端口50的周边,并且可形成两个或多个台阶。由吸气通路34的结构和长度、吸气端口50和类似物的横截面积决定台阶的个数。
在具有按照本发明的吸气端口结构的电冰箱中,冷藏室10中的热空气能通过吸气端口50和吸气通路34平稳地提供给蒸发器30,这是因为吸气端口50具有上面窄下面宽形状。另外,由于按照本发明的吸气端口50具有一个或多个台阶,所以,在冷藏室10里瞬间增加的压力,在快速传递到冷冻室20时,被台阶阻挡。因此,虽然冷藏室10的门36被迅速关闭,在对门36迅速关闭的回应中,也不会发生冷冻室20的门38被打开的情况。

Claims (2)

1、一种可安置在电冰箱中的冷空气循环装置,电冰箱具有:一个冷藏室,一个冷冻室,一个把所述的冷藏室和所述的冷冻室分隔开的分隔部分,一个安置在所述的冷冻室后面的蒸发器,以及一个用于循环空气的风扇,所述的装置包括:
第一和第二吸气端口,用于吸收在所述的冷藏室和所述的冷冻室里面的热空气,并将热空气输送到所述的蒸发器;和
通路装置,它包括:用于将所述的冷藏室里面的热空气提供给所述蒸发器的第一吸气通路,以及用于将所述的冷冻室里面的热空气提供给所述的蒸发器的第二吸气通路,所述的第一吸气通路与所述的第一吸气端口连通并且形成在所述的分隔部分中,所述的第二吸气通路与所述的第二端口连通,并且形成在所述的分隔部分中,
其中,所述的第一吸气端口具有窄的上部和宽的下部的截面形状,并且,至少有一个台阶形成在从所述上部延伸到所述下部的倾斜面上。
2、如权利要求1所述的冷空气循环装置,其中,所述的第一和第二吸气端口被形成在所述的分隔部分中。
