When the shielding assembly 2j is installed, the surrounding block 2g1 is adjusted to make the two surrounding blocks 2g1 in a symmetrical state, then the installation frame 2j1 with the filter screen 2j2 is placed on the surrounding block 2g1, then the first fixing hole 2j3 on the installation frame 2j1 is aligned with the second fixing hole on the surrounding block 2g1, namely, the axis of the first fixing hole 2j3 is in a collinear state with the axis of the second fixing hole, then the first screw is used to pass through the first fixing hole 2j3 and realize threaded fit with the second fixing hole, so that the installation frame 2j1 is arranged on the upper portion of the surrounding block 2g1, it is worth noting that the installation frame 2j1 is provided with two, so that the gap between the two surrounding blocks 2g1 can be completely filled up, and further, it is ensured that external falling leaves cannot enter into the annular groove, under the condition of rotation, the phenomenon that hard sundries are stretched and broken due to rotation is avoided, and further injury to surrounding passers-by is avoided.

In order to facilitate maintenance of the monitor 2c, before the connecting casing 2d1 is mounted on the rotating block 2f2, the rotating plate 2d4 is in an open state, and the sliding block 2d2 needs to be inserted into the sliding slot 2d3, and the sliding block 2d2 drives the monitor 2c arranged on the upper portion to move together. As shown in fig. 4-6: the fixing assembly includes a third fixing hole 2d5 and a fourth fixing hole 2d 6; the third fixing hole 2d5 is arranged on the side wall of the turnover plate 2d4 and penetrates along the length direction of the connecting shell 2d 1; the fourth fixing hole 2d6 is opened on the side wall of the slide block 2d2 along the axis of the third fixing hole 2d 5.
When the display 2c is installed, the sliding block 2d2 needs to be inserted into the sliding slot 2d3, and then the flip plate 2d4 is flipped over, so that the third fixing hole 2d5 arranged on the flip plate 2d4 is aligned with the fourth fixing hole 2d6 on the sliding block 2d2, that is, the axis of the third fixing hole 2d5 is in a collinear state with the axis of the fourth fixing hole 2d6, and then the second screw passes through the third fixing hole 2d5, so that the second screw is in threaded fit with the fourth fixing hole 2d6, and thus, the fixing function of the fixing component is realized.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7: the device also comprises a placing device 3, wherein the placing device 3 comprises an anti-skid pad 3a and support legs 3 b; the non-slip mat 3a is arranged at the bottom of the connecting shell 2d 1; the four legs 3b are provided, and the legs 3b are symmetrically provided on both sides of the connecting shell 2d 1.
When the user does not want to place the display 2c on the top of the vehicle, the connection housing 2d1 can be detached at this time, and then the connection housing 2d1 can be placed inside the vehicle, and the non-slip pad 3a provided at the bottom of the connection housing 2d1 can play a role of stabilizing the display 2c, and the legs 3b provided at the sides of the connection housing 2d1 can further increase the stability of the display.
As shown in fig. 2: comprises a solar panel 4; at least one solar panel 4 is arranged, and the solar panel 4 is arranged on the side wall of the operating platform 2 e.
The solar panel 4 converts solar energy into electric energy, thereby achieving the effect of energy conservation.

the GPS (2 b) is arranged at the upper part of the display (2 c), and the GPS (2 b) is used for positioning the position of the vehicle;
the connecting component (2 d) is arranged at the lower part of the display (2 c), the connecting component (2 d) is used for supporting the display (2 c), and a first gap is reserved between the connecting component (2 d) and the fixing frame (1);
the operating platform (2 e) is arranged in the first gap, and the lower part of the operating platform (2 e) is fixedly connected with the fixed frame (1);
the rotating device (2 f) is arranged in the operating platform (2 e), the upper portion of the rotating device (2 f) is connected with the lower portion of the connecting component (2 d), the rotating device (2 f) drives the display (2 c) to rotate through the connecting component (2 d), and the monitoring device (2 a) controls the rotating device (2 f) to operate through the first controller.

the rotary driver (2 f 1) is arranged inside the operating platform (2 e), and the output end of the rotary driver (2 f 1) is vertically upward;
the rotating block (2 f 2) is of an irregular structure, and the rotating block (2 f 2) is fixedly arranged at the output end of the rotary driver (2 f 1);
the rotating groove (2 f 3) is formed in the lower portion of the connecting assembly (2 d), and the rotating groove (2 f 3) is in clamping fit with the rotating block (2 f 2);
a stabilizing member (2 g) is provided on the running table (2 e) on the side of the rotary driver (2 f 1), and the stabilizing member (2 g) is used to assist the connecting member (2 d) in more stable rotation.
3. The energy-saving movable rotary LED-based vehicle-mounted billboard according to claim 2, characterized in that the stabilizing assembly (2 g) comprises a surrounding block (2 g 1), a receiving ring (2 g 2) and an extending piece (2 g 3);
the operating platform (2 e) is of a circular structure, an annular groove is formed in the operating platform (2 e) around the axis of the operating platform, two surrounding blocks (2 g 1) are arranged, and the surrounding blocks (2 g 1) are arranged in the annular groove in a sliding mode;

the ball (2 h 2) is arranged in the rolling groove (2 h 1) in a rolling way.
