After the electromagnet 314 is energized, suction force can be generated on the first elastic member 313, so that the first elastic member 313 is compressed, the compression energy band limiting member 312 of the first elastic member 313 moves into the mounting groove 2121, and one end of the limiting member 312 is retracted into the mounting groove 2121 to be separated from the cutting 311; when the electromagnet 314 is not energized, the suction force generated by the first elastic member 313 is eliminated, the first elastic member 313 returns to the elasticity, the elastic band stopper 312 of the first elastic member 313 moves to the outside of the mounting groove 2121, and one end of the stopper 312 extends out of the mounting groove 2121 to contact with the cutting 311.
In this embodiment, the first elastic member 313 and the electromagnet 314 are installed in the installation groove 2121, one end of the first elastic member 313 is abutted against the limiting member 312, the other end is abutted against the electromagnet 314, and elastic deformation of the first elastic member 313 is achieved through the energizing property of the electromagnet 314, so that the limiting member 312 is driven to move, and further, abutment and separation between the limiting member 312 and the cutting 311 are achieved.
In some embodiments, to control the on/off of the electromagnet 314, a controller and an inductor may be disposed in the flexible display device, the controller is connected with the electromagnet 314 and the inductor, when the inductor senses the bending action of the flexible display device, a signal is transmitted to the controller, and then the controller controls the electromagnet 314 to be electrified, so that one end of the limiting member 312 is retracted into the mounting groove 2121 to be separated from the cutting 311, thereby facilitating the implementation of the bending action. When the inductor senses the flattening action of the flexible display device, signals are transmitted to the controller, and then the controller controls the electromagnet 314 to be not electrified, so that one end of the limiting piece 312 extends out of the mounting groove 2121 to be abutted with the cutting 311, and flattening of the flexible display device is facilitated.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, an end of the slip 311 facing away from the connector 212 is provided with a serration 3111. One end of the stopper 312 is provided with a wedge 3121 that mates with the serration 3111.
The number of the saw-tooth portions 3111 may be one or more.
In this embodiment, by providing the saw tooth portion 3111 at the end of the insert 311 facing away from the connector 212 and providing the wedge portion 3121 matching with the saw tooth portion 3111 at the end of the stopper 312, the abutment between the insert 311 and the stopper 312 can be effectively achieved, thereby achieving the limitation of the insert 311 in the slot 210.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the folding support 21 comprises:
the first folding support 21a is connected to the non-folding support 22 at one side of the folding support assembly. A slot 210 is provided in the first folding support 21 a. A stopper 312 is installed in the first folding support 21 a.
A third folding support 21c connected to the non-folding support 22 on the other side of the folding support assembly. A cutting 311 is connected to the side of the third folded support 21c facing away from the unfolded support 22.
And a second folding support 21b, one or more second folding supports 21b being connected between the first folding support 21a and the third folding support 21 c. A slot 210 is provided in the second folded support 21 b. A stopper 312 is installed in the second folding support 21 b. A cutting 311 is connected to one side of the second folding support 21 b.
In this embodiment, the folding support 21 includes a first folding support 21a, a third folding support 21c and a second folding support 21b, the first folding support 21a is connected to the non-folding support 22 on one side of the folding support assembly, the third folding support 21c is connected to the non-folding support 22 on the other side of the folding support assembly, and the connection between the folding support assembly and the non-folding support 22 can be achieved through the connection between the first folding support 21a and the third folding support 21c and the non-folding support 22. One or more second folding supports 21b are connected between the first folding support 21a and the third folding support 21 c. A slot 210 is provided in the first folding support 21a and a stopper 312 is installed so as to be conveniently engaged with the cutting 311 provided on the second folding support 21 b. The slot 210 is arranged in the second folding support 21b and the limiting piece 312 is arranged, meanwhile, the cutting 311 is connected to one side of the second folding support 21b, and therefore the limiting pieces 312 of two adjacent second folding supports 21b are convenient to be matched with the cutting 311. A cutting 311 is attached to the side of the third folded support 21c facing away from the unfolded support 22, which facilitates the engagement with the slot 210 on the adjacent second folded support 21 b. The whole folding support piece 21 is reasonable in design, and the structures are matched tightly, so that the folding and flattening of the flexible display device are facilitated.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the slot 210 has an arc shape.
In this embodiment, when the flexible display device is bent, the cutting 311 deforms and moves along the arc shape of the bending of the flexible display device, the slot 210 is designed into an arc shape, and the slot is adapted to the deformation of the cutting 311, so that the pressure of the deformation of the cutting 311 on the connecting piece 212 can be reduced, the crease is reduced, and meanwhile, the cutting 311 is prevented from being broken due to the deformation. In addition, the slot 210 is designed to be arc-shaped, so that friction force between the cutting 311 and the connecting piece 212 in the bending process can be reduced, so that the cutting 311 can move in the slot 210 more smoothly, separation between the folding support pieces 21 is facilitated, and bending is facilitated.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the arc of the slot 210 is the same as the arc formed at the folding support 21 having the slot 210 therein after the flexible display panel 1 is bent.
The arc radian of the slot 210 is designed to be the same as the arc radian formed at the folding support piece 21 with the slot 210 after the flexible display panel 1 is folded, which is more beneficial to reducing crease phenomenon in the folding process of the flexible display device and ensuring the smoothness of folding.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, a limiting table 2100 is provided at a position of the slot 210 near the notch.
In this embodiment, a limiting table 2100 is disposed at a position of the slot 210 near the slot opening, and the limiting table 2100 has a limiting effect on the cutting 311 inserted into the slot 210, so as to prevent the cutting 311 from falling out of the slot 210 during bending.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the bending control assembly 3 further includes a second control assembly including a plurality of second elastic members 32, and the plurality of folding support members 21 are elastically connected by the second elastic members 32.
The second elastic member 32 may be a spring. Adjacent two folding supports 21 may be elastically connected by one or more second elastic members 32. In some embodiments, the connection 212 of the folding support 21 is elastically connected by the second elastic member 32. Alternatively, the second elastic member 32 may be disposed at an end of the connecting member 212 near the flexible display panel 1, may be disposed at an end of the connecting member 212 near the supporting member body 211, and may be disposed at a middle position of the connecting member 212, and in some embodiments, the second elastic member 32 is disposed at an end of the connecting member 212 near the flexible display panel 1.
In this embodiment, the bending control assembly 3 further includes a second control assembly, where the second control assembly includes a plurality of second elastic members 32, and the plurality of folding support members 21 are elastically connected by the second elastic members 32, and when the flexible display device is bent, the second elastic members 32 deform and expand by a corresponding distance to adapt to the bending of the bendable region by using the elastic performance of the second elastic members 32; in the flattening process of the flexible display device, the second elastic piece 32 recovers deformation, and under the action of deformation force, the cutting 311 can automatically and smoothly retract into the slot 210, so that the flattening efficiency and quality are improved.

Claims (10)

1. A flexible display device, comprising:
a flexible display panel (1), wherein the flexible display panel (1) comprises a bendable region and non-bendable regions positioned at two sides of the bendable region;
a support mechanism (2) connected to the back surface of the flexible display panel (1); the supporting mechanism (2) comprises a folding supporting component and non-folding supporting pieces (22) positioned at two sides of the folding supporting component, the non-folding supporting pieces (22) are connected to the back surface of the flexible display panel (1), the folding supporting component is arranged corresponding to the bendable region, and the non-folding supporting pieces (22) are arranged corresponding to the non-bending region; the folding support assembly comprises a plurality of folding support pieces (21), and the folding support pieces (21) are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the support mechanism (2); a slot (210) is arranged in the folding support piece (21);
the folding support pieces (21) are connected with each other through the bending control assembly (3); the bending control assembly (3) comprises a first control assembly (31), the first control assembly (31) comprising:
-a cutting (311), said cutting (311) being connected to said folding support (21); the cutting (311) connected to one of the folding support pieces (21) is inserted into the slot (210) formed in the adjacent folding support piece (21);
a stop (312) movably mounted within the folding support assembly;
the limiting piece (312) can move to be abutted with the cutting (311) so as to limit the cutting (311) to be positioned in the slot (210), so that the flexible display device is in a flat state when unfolded;
the limiting piece (312) can also move to be separated from the cutting (311), so that the cutting (311) can move along the depth direction of the slot (210), and the two adjacent folding support pieces (21) are separated by a corresponding distance when the flexible display device is bent.
2. A flexible display device according to claim 1, wherein the folding support (21) comprises:
a support body (211);
a connector (212) connected to the support body (211); the slot (210) is arranged in the connecting piece (212); one end of the cutting (311) is connected to the connecting piece (212); the limiting piece (312) is movably arranged in the connecting piece (212).
3. The flexible display device according to claim 2, wherein the connector (212) is further provided therein with a mounting groove (2121) communicating with the slot (210); the limiting piece (312) is movably arranged in the mounting groove (2121);
one end of the limiting piece (312) can move to the outside of the mounting groove (2121) to be abutted against the cutting (311) so as to limit the cutting (311) in the slot (210), and the flexible display device is in a flat state when unfolded;
one end of the limiting piece (312) can be retracted into the mounting groove (2121) to be separated from the cutting (311), so that the cutting (311) can move along the depth direction of the slot (210), and two adjacent folding supporting pieces (21) are separated by a corresponding distance when the flexible display device is bent.
4. A flexible display device as recited in claim 3, wherein the first control assembly further comprises:
a first elastic member (313) mounted in the mounting groove (2121); one end of the first elastic piece (313) is abutted with the limiting piece (312);
an electromagnet (314) mounted in the mounting groove (2121); the electromagnet (314) is connected with one end of the first elastic piece (313) which is away from the limiting piece (312).

A flexible display device according to claim 2, characterized in that the end of the cutting (311) facing away from the connecting piece (212) is provided with a serration (3111); one end of the limiting piece (312) is provided with a wedge-shaped part (3121) matched with the saw-tooth part (3111).
6. A flexible display device according to claim 1, wherein the folding support (21) comprises:
a first folding support (21 a) connected to the non-folding support (22) at one side of the folding support assembly; -said slot (210) is provided in said first folding support (21 a); the limiting piece (312) is arranged in the first folding supporting piece (21 a);
a third folding support (21 c) connected to the non-folding support (22) on the other side of the folding support assembly; the side of the third folding support (21 c) facing away from the non-folding support (22) is connected with the cutting (311);
-a second folded support (21 b), one or more of said second folded supports (21 b) being connected between said first folded support (21 a) and said third folded support (21 c); a slot (210) is arranged in the second folding support piece (21 b); the limiting piece (312) is arranged in the second folding supporting piece (21 b); one side of the second folding support (21 b) is connected with the cutting (311).
7. A flexible display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the slot (210) is arcuate.
8. A flexible display device according to claim 7, characterized in that the arc of the slot (210) is the same as the arc of the folding support (21) in which the slot (210) is provided after the flexible display panel (1) is bent.
9. A flexible display device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the slot (210) is provided with a stop (2100) near the slot.
10. A flexible display device according to claim 1, wherein the bending control assembly (3) further comprises a second control assembly comprising a plurality of second elastic members (32), the plurality of folding support members (21) being elastically connected by the second elastic members (32).
