And an electromagnet 314 installed in the installation groove 2121. The electromagnet 314 is connected to an end of the first elastic member 313 away from the limiting member 312.
The number of the first elastic members 313 may be one or more, and in some embodiments, the first elastic members 313 are springs.
The electromagnet 314 is a device that generates electromagnetism when energized. After the electromagnet 314 is energized, an attractive force can be generated on the first elastic member 313 to compress the first elastic member 313, and the compression energy of the first elastic member 313 can drive the limiting member 312 to move into the mounting slot 2121, so that one end of the limiting member 312 retracts into the mounting slot 2121 to be separated from the slip 311; when the electromagnet 314 is not energized, the suction force generated by the first elastic member 313 disappears, so that the first elastic member 313 restores elasticity, the elastic energy of the first elastic member 313 can move the limiting member 312 out of the mounting slot 2121, and one end of the limiting member 312 extends out of the mounting slot 2121 to abut against the insert 311.
In this embodiment, the first elastic element 313 and the electromagnet 314 are installed in the installation slot 2121, one end of the first elastic element 313 abuts against the limiting element 312, and the other end of the first elastic element 313 abuts against the electromagnet 314, so that the elastic deformation of the first elastic element 313 is realized through the energization performance of the electromagnet 314, and the movement of the limiting element 312 is driven, thereby realizing the abutting and the separation of the limiting element 312 and the inserting strip 311.
In some embodiments, in order to control the opening and closing of the electromagnet 314, a controller and a sensor may be disposed in the flexible display device, the controller is connected to the electromagnet 314 and the sensor, when the sensor senses the bending action of the flexible display device, a signal is transmitted to the controller, and then the controller controls the electromagnet 314 to be energized, so that one end of the position-limiting member 312 is retracted into the mounting groove 2121 to be separated from the inserting bar 311, thereby facilitating the implementation of the bending action. When the inductor senses the flattening action of the flexible display device, the signal is transmitted to the controller, and then the controller controls the electromagnet 314 not to be electrified, so that one end of the limiting part 312 extends out of the mounting groove 2121 and abuts against the inserting strip 311, and the flexible display device is conveniently flattened.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, an end of the slip 311 facing away from the connector 212 is provided with a serration 3111. One end of the limiting member 312 is provided with a wedge portion 3121 engaged with the serration portion 3111.
The number of the serration 3111 may be one or more.
In this embodiment, the sawtooth portion 3111 is disposed at one end of the slip 311 away from the connecting member 212, and the wedge portion 3121 matched with the sawtooth portion 3111 is disposed at one end of the limiting member 312, so that the slip 311 can be effectively abutted against the limiting member 312, and the slip 311 is limited in the slot 210.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the folding support 21 comprises:
a first folding support 21a, attached to the non-folding support 22 on one side of the folding support assembly. The first folding support 21a is provided therein with a slot 210. A limiting member 312 is installed in the first folding supporting member 21 a.
A third folding support member 21c attached to the non-folding support member 22 on the other side of the folding support assembly. A side of the third folding support 21c facing away from the non-folding support 22 is connected with a slip 311.
A second folding support 21b, one or more second folding supports 21b connected between the first folding support 21a and the third folding support 21 c. The second folding support 21b has an insertion groove 210 formed therein. A limiting member 312 is installed in the second folding supporting member 21 b. An insertion strip 311 is connected to one side of the second folding support 21 b.
In this embodiment, the folding support 21 includes a first folding support 21a, a third folding support 21c and a second folding support 21b, the first folding support 21a is connected to the non-folding support 22 on one side of the folding support, the third folding support 21c is connected to the non-folding support 22 on the other side of the folding support, and the connection of the folding support to the non-folding support 22 can be realized by the connection of the first folding support 21a, the third folding support 21c and the non-folding support 22. One or more second folding support members 21b are attached between the first folding support member 21a and the third folding support member 21 c. The insertion slot 210 is provided in the first folding supporting member 21a and is provided with a limiting member 312, so as to be conveniently matched with the insertion strip 311 provided on the second folding supporting member 21 b. The insertion groove 210 is provided with a limiting member 312 inside the second folding supporting member 21b, and the insertion strip 311 is connected to one side of the second folding supporting member 21b, so that the limiting members 312 of two adjacent second folding supporting members 21b are conveniently matched with the insertion strip 311. On the side of the third folding support 21c facing away from the non-folding support 22, a tab 311 is attached, which facilitates engagement with the slot 210 on the adjacent second folding support 21 b. The whole folding support piece 21 is reasonable in design, the structures are matched with each other tightly, and bending and flattening of the flexible display device are facilitated.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG. 4, slot 210 is arc-shaped.
In this embodiment, when the flexible display device is bent, the slot 210 is designed into an arc shape along the arc-shaped deformation and the movement of the bending of the flexible display device, and the arc-shaped deformation and the movement of the bending of the flexible display device are adapted to the deformation of the slot 311, so that the pressure of the deformation of the slot 311 on the connecting piece 212 can be reduced, the generation of creases is reduced, and the situation that the slot 311 is damaged due to the deformation is avoided. In addition, the slot 210 is designed to be arc-shaped, so that the friction force between the insertion strip 311 and the connecting piece 212 in the bending process can be reduced, the insertion strip 311 can move in the slot 210 more smoothly, the separation between the folding support pieces 21 can be facilitated, and the bending can be facilitated.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the arc radian of the slot 210 is the same as the arc radian formed at the folding support 21 with the slot 210 therein after the flexible display panel 1 is bent.
The arc radian of the slot 210 is designed to be the same as the arc radian formed at the position of the folding support piece 21 with the slot 210 arranged therein after the flexible display panel 1 is bent, so that the phenomenon of crease reduction in the bending process of the flexible display device is facilitated, and meanwhile, the smoothness of bending is ensured.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the slot 210 is provided with a stop 2100 near the notch.
In this embodiment, the position of the slot 210 near the notch is provided with the limiting platform 2100, and the limiting platform 2100 has a limiting effect on the insert 311 inserted into the slot 210, so as to prevent the insert 311 from coming off the slot 210 during the bending process.
According to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, bend-controlling assembly 3 further comprises a second controlling assembly, which comprises a plurality of second elastic members 32, and a plurality of folding supports 21 are elastically connected to each other through second elastic members 32.
The second elastic member 32 may be a spring. Two adjacent folding supports 21 may be elastically connected by one or more second elastic members 32. In some embodiments, the connection members 212 of the folding support 21 are elastically connected by the second elastic member 32. Alternatively, the second elastic element 32 may be disposed at an end of the connecting element 212 close to the flexible display panel 1, at an end of the connecting element 212 close to the supporting element body 211, at an intermediate position of the connecting element 212, and in some embodiments, the second elastic element 32 is disposed at an end of the connecting element 212 close to the flexible display panel 1.
In this embodiment, the bending control assembly 3 further includes a second control assembly, the second control assembly includes a plurality of second elastic members 32, the plurality of folding supporting members 21 are elastically connected through the second elastic members 32, and by using the elastic performance of the second elastic members 32, when the flexible display device is bent, the second elastic members 32 are deformed and unfolded by a corresponding distance to adapt to the bending of the bendable region; in the flattening process of the flexible display device, the second elastic member 32 recovers deformation, and under the effect of the deformation force, the insertion strip 311 can be automatically and smoothly retracted into the slot 210, so that the flattening efficiency and quality are improved.

Claims (10)

1. A flexible display device, comprising:
the flexible display panel (1), the flexible display panel (1) includes a bendable region and non-bendable regions located at two sides of the bendable region;
a support mechanism (2) connected to the back of the flexible display panel (1); the supporting mechanism (2) comprises a folding supporting component and non-folding supporting components (22) positioned on two sides of the folding supporting component (21), the non-folding supporting components (22) are connected to the back of the flexible display panel (1), the folding supporting component is arranged corresponding to the bendable area, and the non-folding supporting components (22) are arranged corresponding to the non-bendable area; the folding support component comprises a plurality of folding support pieces (21), and the folding support pieces (21) are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the support mechanism (2); a slot (210) is arranged in the folding support piece (21);
the two adjacent folding supporting pieces (21) are connected through the bending control assembly (3); the bend-controlling assembly (3) comprises a first controlling assembly (31), the first controlling assembly (31) comprising:
a slip (311), the slip (311) being connected to the folding support (21); the inserting strip (311) connected with one folding supporting piece (21) is inserted into the inserting groove (210) arranged in the adjacent folding supporting piece (21);
a stop (312) movably mounted within the folding support assembly;
the limiting piece (312) can be movably abutted against the inserting strip (311) so as to limit the inserting strip (311) in the slot (210), so that the flexible display device is in a flat state when unfolded;
the limiting piece (312) can also move to be separated from the inserting strip (311), so that the inserting strip (311) can move along the depth direction of the slot (210), and when the flexible display device is bent, two adjacent folding supporting pieces (21) are separated by a corresponding distance.
2. The flexible display device according to claim 1, wherein the folding support (21) comprises:
a support body (211);
a connector (212) connected to the support body (211); the connecting piece (212) is internally provided with the slot (210); one end of the inserting strip (311) is connected to the connecting piece (212); the limiting piece (312) is movably arranged in the connecting piece (212).
3. The flexible display device according to claim 2, wherein the connecting member (212) further has a mounting groove (2121) formed therein and communicating with the slot (210); the limiting piece (312) is movably mounted in the mounting groove (2121);
one end of the limiting piece (312) can move to the outside of the mounting groove (2121) and is abutted against the inserting strip (311) so as to limit the inserting strip (311) in the slot (210), so that the flexible display device is in a flat state when being unfolded;
one end of the limiting piece (312) can also retract into the mounting groove (2121) to be separated from the inserting strip (311), so that the inserting strip (311) can move along the depth direction of the slot (210), and when the flexible display device is bent, two adjacent folding supporting pieces (21) are separated by a corresponding distance.
4. The flexible display device of claim 3, wherein the first control assembly further comprises:
a first elastic member (313) installed in the mounting groove (2121); one end of the first elastic piece (313) is abutted with the limiting piece (312);
the electromagnet (314) is arranged in the mounting groove (2121); the electromagnet (314) is connected with one end of the first elastic piece (313) departing from the limiting piece (312).
5. The flexible display device according to claim 2, wherein an end of the slip (311) facing away from the connector (212) is provided with a serration (3111); one end of the limiting piece (312) is provided with a wedge-shaped portion (3121) matched with the sawtooth portion (3111).
6. The flexible display device according to claim 1, wherein the folding support (21) comprises:
a first folding support (21a) connected to the non-folding support (22) on one side of the folding support assembly; the first folding supporting piece (21a) is internally provided with the inserting groove (210); the limiting piece (312) is arranged in the first folding supporting piece (21 a);
a third folding support (21c) attached to the non-folding support (22) on the other side of the folding support assembly; the side of the third folding support (21c) facing away from the non-folding support (22) is connected with the slip (311);
-a second folding support (21b), one or more of said second folding supports (21b) being connected between said first folding support (21a) and said third folding support (21 c); a slot (210) is arranged in the second folding supporting piece (21 b); the limiting piece (312) is installed in the second folding supporting piece (21 b); the insert (311) is connected to one side of the second folding support (21 b).
7. The flexible display device according to claim 1, wherein the slot (210) is arc-shaped.
8. The flexible display device according to claim 7, wherein the arc of the slot (210) is the same as the arc of the folding support (21) with the slot (210) therein after the flexible display panel (1) is bent.
9. The flexible display device according to claim 1, wherein the slot (210) is provided with a stopper (2100) near the notch.
10. The flexible display device according to claim 1, wherein the bending control assembly (3) further comprises a second control assembly comprising a plurality of second elastic members (32), and a plurality of the folding supports (21) are elastically connected to each other by the second elastic members (32).
