The invention relates to a comprehensive information board warning system based on a PLC system, which comprises a monitoring center, a tunnel box-type substation, a variable information board, a variable speed limit sign and a lane indicator, wherein the tunnel box-type substation is provided with a primary PLC, a plurality of secondary PLCs are arranged in a tunnel, the primary PLC and the secondary PLCs are provided with local CPUs (central processing units), the primary PLC and the secondary PLCs use a double-ring network architecture and form a PLC ring network, and the primary PLC and the secondary PLCs communicate in an Ethernet communication mode; the variable information board, the variable speed limit sign and the lane indicator are respectively connected to the corresponding two-stage PLC to realize local control, and the variable information board and the variable speed limit sign are respectively connected to the PLC ring network through network interfaces to realize remote control. When receiving fire alarm signals, video warning signals of a camera and abnormal signals of environment detection data in the tunnel, the primary PLC switches warning signals of the variable information board through RS485 communication and issues the warning signals, the variable speed limit mark is switched to 20km/h, the lane indicator switches the high-speed lane to red, and green running of the low-speed lane is forbidden.
(3) When the first-stage PLC is disconnected with the second-stage PLC, the control mode of the second-stage PLC is automatically judged in the system, and a program in the second-stage PLC responds. Due to the fact that the field condition is that the network connection with the monitoring center is disconnected and the PLC ring network in the tunnel is disconnected, it is judged that abnormal conditions such as fire disasters and collapse exist, and the tunnel belongs to an out-of-control state. The second-level PLC switches the warning signals of the variable information board through RS485 communication and issues the warning signals, the variable speed limit mark is switched to be 0km/h, and the lane indicator switches the high-speed lane and the low-speed lane to be red and forbidden simultaneously.
The invention sets a first-stage PLC and a second-stage PLC in the tunnel, and can change the three-stage control mode of the information board, thereby preventing the tunnel from being out of control due to network disconnection.
